摘      要：G&L Musical Instruments是一家吉他贝斯设计和制作公司,由Leo Fender、George Fullerton和Dale Hyatt在1970年代后期创立,Leo Fender于1965年出售了他的同名公司Fender,Leo Fender通过自己的公司CLF Research为Music Man设计和生产乐器。当与MusicMan的关系恶化时,G&L成立了,继续在MusicMan之外运作。
