摘      要：The development of healthy sustainable economy in Guizhou entails green economy based on the human-centerednotion and the ongoing economic and social transition. This paper argues for three stages involved in the processfrom sustainable development to green development. In Guizhou, green economy is not merely a means ofenvironmental management, but also a design for coordination between economic development, resourcesconservation, and environmental protection. Seen in this way, it is an important pattern for Guizhou’s economicdevelopment.
