摘      要:课后服务是一种为应对“双减”政策而提供的学生课后活动服务,与义务教育紧密相关,属于教育延伸服务。然而在发展过程中出现了课程与小学各年级阶段不匹配、班级纪律难以维持等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了根据学生身心发展特点设计有针对性的课程,并采取教师轮岗与校外教师相互配合的策略。After-school service is a type of student activity service provided in response to the “double reduction” policy, closely related to compulsory education, and belongs to the extension of education services. However, during the development process, there have been problems such as mismatches between the curriculum and the various stages of primary school, and difficulty in maintaining class discipline. In response to these issues, this article proposes designing targeted courses based on the characteristics of student physical and mental development, and adopting a strategy of teacher rotation and cooperation with off-campus teachers.
