摘      要：During a mini parade held at theConvention and Exhibition Centre,the winning pieces of the Fourth In-ternational South Sea Pearl JewelleryDesign Competition were paraded infront of the international media bybeautiful models who flaunted thespectacular South Sea pearls. Thesewinning pieces will continue to be ondisplay throughout the Hong KongInternational Jewellery Show, heldfrom March 4 - 7, 2003, also at theHong Kong Convention & *** year, the Competition at-tracted over 600 submissions fromall over the world, including Australia,South East Asia, Europe, and NorthAmerica, illustrating the growingpopularity of the contest as a leadingplatform for international designersto display their talents. Interestingly,a very varied, yet distinguishable,scope of styles was represented bythe different countries from whencethe entries originated.
