摘      要：Based on the current situation of China Construction BIM technology, this article discussed the requirement of BIM applications in construction phase. By the introduction ofPKPM BIM-based Construction Management Platform, the meaning of the platlbrm application was revealed. Finally, two application cases were shown to explain platform＇s value and prospect.
