摘      要：Computer and network technology make it possible to cooperate globally on oversea Chinese studies. The loose and repeating collection of information and the lack of cooperation lead to the current network inefficiency. The development of such cooperation can be divided into two stages. In the first stage, news groups can be established and in the second stage, websites are to be built and then with the development of liberal arts and computer technology, network cooperation on oversea Chinese studies can be improved considerably.
