单手性臂脱氧胆酸分子钳的设计与微波合成

摘      要：Eight molecular tweezers with single chiral arm have been synthesized by linking L-amino acid methyl esters to 3-position of methyl deoxycholate via triphosgene under microwave *** structures of these receptors are characterized by 1H NMR,IR,MS spectra and elemental *** with the conventional method,this method is simple,safe,rapid and eco-friendly.
