摘要：介绍一种改良的适用于心血管效应机理研究中大鼠心肌组织灌注取材的新型实验装置及方法。其创新之处在于将离体心脏主动脉插管逆行灌注的原理与传统灌注方法相结合,设计出的这款新型装置可避免常规在体心脏灌流固定取材时应用主动脉夹及针头导致大鼠心肌组织夹伤破损的问题,且结构简单、易于操作。制作出的心肌组织切片完整、美观,镜下心肌组织结构清晰,荧光免疫组化染色效果理想。通过该装置及方法的应用,有利于针灸、药物或针药结合心血管效应机理研究相关的形态学观察及结果展示。
