摘要：Long-wave pass edge filter of high transmittance, wide band pass and sharp transition have been designed and fabricated using a single weakly absorbed Al2O3 thin film material of nano- structural properties. The thickness was about 80.7 nm prepared by spray pyrolsis technique. A detailed mathematical analysis based on characteristic matrix theory is presented to predict the pass bands of wavelength. Design was taken into account the effect of dispersion phenomena over a wide spectral region.
