摘要：纺锤体驱动蛋白(kinesin spindle protein,KSP/Eg5)作为潜在的肿瘤治疗靶点,使发现KSP抑制剂成为热点.设计并合成了4-氧基-β-四氢咔啉衍生物作为新型的KSP抑制剂,并测定了其对KSP的抑制活性,均优于阳性对照物.其中化合物9c抑制KSP的IC50=0.065μmol?L-1,优于阳性对照物Monastrol100多倍.生物活性研究表明为抗肿瘤药物提供了新结构类型的候选化合物.

摘要："气氛"美学是当代德国众多新美学流派中的突出代表。鲍曼试图建立一种新美学。他认为,以往的美学侧重于判断,为评价艺术品提供理论依据;从而忽略了感受,也忽略了自然;新美学则要恢复这两点。同时,当代美学日益趋向于符号学,新美学则要恢复审美经验的当下在场特性。最后,更重要的,新美学要为以往被贬称为"工艺美术"的日常生活审美作品正名,提倡:审美需求是每个人的正常需求,不是精英的特权。这种新美学的建立,全靠"气氛"概念的确立。"气氛"并非新鲜事物,在无论对艺术作品的评价,还是日常生活、工作中,该词都被广泛运用。学术领域,本雅明曾提出"灵气"概念,但局限于艺术品;史密茨基于身体哲学讨论了"气氛"的身体性,但过于强调主体。作为新美学核心概念的"气氛",则要摆脱主客体二元论,还原审美现象的开放性、模糊性,介于主客体之间的居间状态。它是一种"物的迷狂",突破事物的物理界限和规定性,突出它们共同的时空当下的在场性;另一方面也突破了意识的主观性,营造出一种"气氛"。因此,气氛是可以被制造出来的,园林设计就是典型的气氛制造者,诸如舞台美术、商品设计等都是气氛制造者。"气氛"概念因此也就具有了批判功能,希特勒、斯大林的极权统治曾广泛运用各种艺术形式制造气氛,加强权力控制。但利用气氛控制大众并非极权统治的特权,在商业社会同样广泛存在。批判的前提是首先尊重大众的日常审美需求,而众多在精英文化中被贬为"工艺品"的审美制品则应该受到更多重视。

摘要：Reproducibility of clinical output is important when investigating therapeutic efficacy in pre-clinical animal *** to its physiological relevance,a swine myocardial infarction(MI)model has been widely used to evaluate the effectiveness of stem cells or tissue-engineered constructs for ischemic heart *** methods are used to induce MI in the swine ***,it is difficult,using these approaches,to obtain a similar level of functional outcomes from a group of animals due to interpersonal variation,leading to increased experimental ***,in order to minimize human intervention,we developed an approach to use a customized occluder that has dimensional similarities with that of the coronary artery of animals in the case of the swine *** carried out angiography to measure the diameter of the middle left anterior descending artery of each individual animal to fabricate the customized occluder using a 3D-printing *** fabricated occluder contained a central hole smaller than that of the targeted middle left anterior descending artery to mimic an atherosclerotic coronary artery that has an approximately 20%blocked ***,the 3D-printed occluder can provide continuous blood flow through the central pore,indicating a high survival rate(88%)of up to 28 days *** method showed the possibility of creating consistent myocardial infarction induction as compared to the conventional representative closed-chest method(50%survival rate),thus highlighting how our method can have a profound effect on accelerating reliable experiments for developing new therapeutic approaches to ischemic heart diseases.

摘要：As an emerging class of crystalline porous materials, covalent organic frameworks（COFs） have been widely used as catalysts or catalyst supports. Flexible regulation of the pores and easy introduction of functional active sites onto the skeleton of COFs make them promising platforms for many catalysis applications. However, only a single function is generally observed in these COFs. Herein, we synthesized a negatively charged ionic COF（I-COF） and successfully incorporated functionalized counter ions, that is, metallic Mn2＋ and a coordination complex of manganese（Ⅱ） bipyridine complexes（[Mn（bpy）2]2＋）, via a simple ion exchange process. The resulting I-COFs can act as effective heterogeneous catalysts for epoxidation reactions. We envisage that with this type of ionic architecture, a variety of other functional cations could be exchanged into the frameworks, thus making the COF a versatile platform for different applications.

摘要：①原始的脑电信号十分微弱,一般都在10～50μV,必须进行放大。文内主要介绍了前置电路和主放大电路的设计。②在对脑电放大的同时,电极的极化电压、高频干扰电压、以及产生干扰最严重的50Hz工频干扰电压也随之放大,故必须使用滤波器对这些干扰电压加以滤除,必要时,使用光电耦合进行隔离。文内还介绍了脑电采集系统中使用的滤波电路:包括低通滤波器、高通滤波器、50Hz工频陷波器的设计与实现。经过处理之后,可以得到高质量的脑电信号,然后进入AD转换器进行转换,以便进一步处理。

摘要：Currently,artificial-membrane lungs consist of thousands of hollow fiber membranes where blood flows around the fibers and gas flows inside the fibers,achieving diffusive gas *** both ends of the fibers,the interspaces between the hollow fiber membranes and the plastic housing are filled with glue to separate the gas from the blood *** a uniaxial centrifugation process,the glue forms the“potting.”The shape of the cured potting is then determined by the centrifugation process,limiting design possibilities and leading to unfavorable stagnation zones associated with blood *** this study,a new multiaxial centrifugation process was developed,expanding the possible shapes of the potting and allowing for completely new module designs with potentially superior blood flow guidance within the potting ***-phase simulations of the process in conceptual artificial lungs were performed to explore the possibilities of a biaxial centrifugation process and determine suitable parameter sets.A corresponding biaxial centrifugation setup was built to prove feasibility and experimentally validate four conceptual designs,resulting in good agreement with the *** summary,this study shows the feasibility of a multiaxial centrifugation process allowing greater variety in potting shapes,eliminating inefficient stagnation zones and more favorable blood flow conditions in artificial lungs.
