摘要：Time, cost, and quality are three key control factors in rockfill dam construction, and the tradeoff among them is important. Research has focused on the construction time-cost-quality tradeoff for the planning or design phase, built on static empirical data. However, due to its intrinsic uncertainties, rockfill dam construction is a dynamic process which requires the tradeoffto adjust dynamically to changes in construction conditions. In this study, a dynamic time-cost-quality tradeoff （DTCQT） method is proposed to balance time, cost, and quality at any stage of the construction process. A time-cost-quality tradeoff model is established that considers time cost and quality cost. Time, cost, and quality are dynamically estimated based on real-time monitoring. The analytic hierarchy process （AHP） method is applied to quantify the decision preferences among time, cost, and quality as objective weights. In addition, an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm （NSGA-II） coupled with the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS） method is used to search for the optimal compromise solution. A case study project is analyzed to demonstrate the applicability of the method, and the efficiency of the proposed optimization method is compared with that of the linear weighted sum （LWS） and NSGA-II.

摘要：疲劳破坏是铁道车辆焊接构架的主要问题,而国内焊接结构超长寿命的疲劳性能数据尤其缺乏。随着铁路高速、重载的发展,对我国现有超长寿命区间焊接结构的疲劳性能测定意义重大。作者利用瑞士RUMAL电磁高频疲劳试验机测定16MnR板材十字单面焊接接头在超长寿命区间的疲劳性能,并采用标准法和Dixon-Mood法对测得的试验数据进行处理,整理出十字单面焊接接头在超长寿命区间的疲劳极限,这些结果可以为焊接结构的可靠性设计及服务寿命估计提供试验数据基础。

摘要：为探讨营养强化对马口鱼(Opsariichthys bidens)亲鱼卵巢的影响。设计实验组(强化饲料)、对照组(普通饲料),营养强化45 d后,进行卵巢切片观察与计数,测定卵巢常规营养组分、性腺指数、卵子发育至Ⅳ期的相期比例、性激素水平。结果显示:营养强化45 d后,实验组的性腺指数(11.06%)显著高于对照组(9.12%);实验组和对照组卵细胞进入Ⅳ期的相期比分别为51.60%和44.86%,差异显著;卵巢营养组成与含量方面,实验组马口鱼卵巢水分含量显著降低,粗脂肪含量显著提高,而粗蛋白、灰分、钙和磷的含量差异不显著;实验组和对照组卵巢氨基酸组成及含量没有显著差异;实验组饱和脂肪酸含量显著低于对照组,单不饱和脂肪酸、EPA+DHA含量显著高于对照组,多不饱和脂肪酸含量没有显著差异性;激素水平方面,实验组亲鱼卵巢性激素(孕酮、17a-羟孕酮、维生素D3、雄烯二酮、去氧皮质酮、皮质酮)水平明显上调。综上结果表明,使用自配营养强化饲料,能一定程度上提高马口鱼亲鱼卵巢发育水平。

摘要：为了探索考虑引气影响的压气机设计方法,提出了一种基于周向槽引气的引气模型,通过将引气区域的机匣端壁无滑移边界条件替换为端壁法向引气速度代表的引气边界条件,把引气的影响计入压气机通流设计.一台两级压气机的无引气和引气通流设计以及三维数值模拟流场的对比研究表明,该引气模型和考虑引气的通流设计方法能够有效的将引气设计参数及其影响反映在通流流场结果中.此外,该引气模型和设计方法还能够准确反映引气流动随引气区域当地气动参数的变化.

摘要：AIM： To assess acellular ostrich corneal matrix used as a scaffold to reconstruct a damaged cornea. METHODS： A hypertonic saline solution combined with a digestion method was used to decellularize the ostrich cornea. The microstructure of the acellular corneal matrix was observed by transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and hematoxylin and eosin （H＆E） staining. The mechanical properties were detected by a rheometer and a tension machine. The acellular corneal matrix was also transplanted into a rabbit cornea and cytokeratin 3 was used to check the immune phenotype, RESULTS： The microstructure and mechanical properties of the ostrich cornea were well preserved after the decellularization process, in vitro, the methyl thiazolyl tetrazoUum results revealed that extracts of the acellular ostrich corneas （AOCs） had no inhibitory effects on the proliferation of the corneal epithelial or endothelial cells or on the keratocytes, The rabbit lamellar keratoplasty showed that the transplanted AOCs were transparent and completely incorporated into the host cornea while corneal turbidity and graft dissolution occurred in the acellular porcine cornea （APC） transplantation, The phenotype of the reconstructed cornea was similar to a normal rabbit cornea with a high expression of cytokeratin 3 in the superficial epithelial cell layer, CONCLUSION： We first used AOCs as scaffolds to reconstruct damaged corneas. Compared with porcine corneas, the anatomical structures of ostrich corneas are closer to those of human corneas. In accordance with the principle that structure determines function, a xenograft lamellar keratoplasty also confirmed that the AOC transplantation generated a superior outcome compared to that of the APC graft.

摘要：上海市闸北区大宁商业中心基坑东侧围护体距离已运行地铁隧道的最小净距仅为5.45 m。本文主要介绍了该工程中为控制隧道变形采取的设计技术措施:盆式开挖配合钢管斜坡撑代替大面积支撑、地铁侧坑内被动区采用水泥土搅拌桩加固和遵循时空效应原理的设计开挖工况等。同时针对本工程设计以变形控制为主的特点,采用了三维连续介质有限元法分析了开挖所引起的环境效应,其中土体采用修正剑桥模型模拟。同时采取了不同计算方案对比分析了采用抽条开挖的有效性,为设计和施工提供了有益的参考。

摘要：针对TSMC 0.13μm RF CMOS射频和混合信号工艺器件库中无变压器器件，而变压器器件是设计射频通信电路的关键，该器件的有无直接影响射频通信前端电路性能的优劣。通过对多种片上变压器的性能研究，设计出应用于LTE/WiMAX的八边形片上变压器，给出了与频率无关的集总元器件等效电路模型及模型参数提取公式，并对新器件进行了流片，测试结果表明在0.1～10 GHz频率范围内L、Q参数具有良好的吻合性，且耦合系数K良好，达到设计目的。该变压器的设计成功将有助于4G通信芯片的开发和应用。

摘要：针对任意,点数快速傳里叶变换（FFT）运算,设计并实现一种拥有并行地址无冲突策略的存储器结构FFT处理器.该策略可以支持原位回存,连续帧计算模式,可变多种点数和任意,长度的FFT运算.通过这种地址策略,FFT处理器所能达到的吞吐率由每一级抽取时的限制条件集合个数所决定.因此这种地址策略可以通过改变计算单元基底和调整计算单元并行度的方式可控地调整吞吐率.为了验证本地址策略的可行性,设计一款应用于长期演进（LTE）系统的128-2048点的可配置FFT处理器.处理器采用中芯国际55nmCMOS工艺实现,在122.88MHzX作频率下内核面积为0.615mm^2,功耗为***处理器的ASIC结果表明所提策略具有优秀的计算长度灵活性,硬件效率,可以支持任意,长度的FFT计算.
