摘要:Biomimetic blades for soil-rototilling and stubble-breaking were designed learning from the geometrical structure of the tips of toes of mole rat (Scaptochirus moschatus). The orientation, the number and the central angle of the biomimetic structure were taken as the testing factors. The optimal structure of the biomimetic blade was determined through the tests of soil-rototilling and stubble-breaking operation in an indoor soil bin. The optimal combination of the biomimetic structure pa- rameters is that three arc concave teeth are equally arranged on the front cutting edge with a central angle of 60°. The results of comparative tests between the optimal biomimetic blade and a conventional universal blade show the torque acting on the biomimetic blade is lower during soil-rototilling and stubble-breaking operations. The results of field tests show that the working quality of the biomimetic blades meets the requirements of the national standard of China. Tests of soil-rototilling show that, when the orientation of the biomimetic structure was at low and middle levels, the torque ofbiomimetic blades decreased from 34.17 N·m to 31.03 N·m. The torque also decreased with the increase of the number of biomimetic structure. The average torques were 34.57 N·m, 33.44 N·m and 31.37 N·m, respectively. The maximum different value between two levels of central angle was 0.41 N·m. Tests in field indicate that for soil-rototilling operation, the tillage depth is deeper than 80 mm, the soil-crushing rate (length of soil block less than 40 mm) is over 50 %, and the vegetation coverage rate is over 55 %. For stubble-breaking operation, the stubble-breaking depth is deeper than 70 ram, the stubble-breaking rate (length of stubble less than 40 mm) is over 60%, and the stubble coverage rate is over 80%, which can meet the stubble-breaking requirement of corn.
摘要:Based on the Joukowsky transformation and Theodorsen method, a novel parametric function (shape function) for wind turbine airfoils has been developed. The airfoil design space and shape control equations also have been studied. Results of the analysis of a typical wind turbine airfoil are shown to illustrate the evaluation process and to demonstrate the rate of convergence of the geometric characteristics. The coordinates and aerodynamic performance of approximate airfoils is rapidly close to the baseline airfoil corresponding to increasing orders of polynomial. Comparison of the RFOIL prediction and experimental results for the baseline airfoil generally show good agreement. A universal method for three-dimensional blade integration-" Shape function/Distribution function" is presented. By changing the parameters of shape function and distribution functions, a three dimensional blade can be designed and then transformed into the physical space in which the actual geometry is defined. Application of this method to a wind turbine blade is presented and the differences of power performance between the represented blade and original one are less than 0. 5%. This method is particularly simple and convenient for bodies of streamline forms.
摘要:基于Navier-Stokes方程的数值模型和物理模型实验研究流体晃荡现象存在计算效率低和经济成本高的不足。为此,本文通过构建神经网络模型对数值和实验结果进行时序重构,预测流体晃荡的压强和波高。以数值和实验的总压强和自由表面高程数据作为训练样本,将神经网络中表征能力强的CNN、RNN、LSTM用于重演流体晃荡响应的时间演化过程。在模型训练过程中,系统地调节神经网络的内部结构参数,分析预测结果与实际值之间的误差和相关性。结果表明,RNN和LSTM的重构误差低于4%,相关性达到0.88,整体优于CNN;LSTM的整体性能最佳,可以作为预测长序列数据的首选。整体来讲,三种代理模型均可以较好地复现流体晃荡的波高和压强,在流体晃荡研究方面具有良好的应用前景。

摘要:【背景】布鲁氏菌(Brucella)、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus,IBRV)和犬新孢子虫(Neospora caninum)是引起奶牛流产的重要病原,目前针对上述病原的血清学检测方法,存在特异性低或操作复杂等问题,PCR或RT-PCR方法仅能对单一病原进行检测;多重PCR可同时对多种病原进行检测,可极大地提高病原的检测效率。【目的】建立布鲁氏菌、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒和犬新孢子虫的多重PCR检测方法,对临床样品进行快速检测。【方法】针对布鲁氏菌omp25基因、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒gB基因和犬新孢子虫SRS2基因设计特异性引物,优化多重PCR的退火温度、引物浓度、延伸时间和循环次数;以沙门氏菌(Salmonella)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium)、弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)和圆环病毒标准核酸验证多重PCR反应的特异性,以含靶基因的重组质粒验证多重PCR的敏感性;对55份流产奶牛阴道拭子进行检测。【结果】多重PCR的退火温度为59℃,延伸时间为40 s,循环次数为30,各引物浓度为1μmol/L;对omp25基因和SRS2基因的检测下限为4×10~1 copies,对gB基因的检测下限为4×10~2 copies;与其他病原无交叉反应;55份样品中检出布鲁氏菌阳性9份,牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒阳性3份,犬新孢子虫阳性7份,其中布鲁氏菌和犬新孢子虫混合感染1份。【结论】成功构建了3种病原的多重PCR检测方法,能够对临床样品进行快速、准确的检测。
摘要:Two silicon-based ultraviolet (UV) and blue-extended photodiodes are presented, which were fabricated for light detection in the ultraviolet/blue spectral range. Stripe-shaped and octagon-ring-shaped structures were designed to verify parameters of the UV-responsivity, UV-selectivity, breakdown voltage, and response time. The ultra-shallow lateral pn junction had been successfully realized in a standard 0.5-μm complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process to enlarge the pn junction area, enhance the absorption of UV light, and improve the responsivity and quantum efficiency. The test results illustrated that the stripe-shaped structure has the lower breakdown voltage, higher UV-responsicity, and higher UV-selectivity. But the octagon-ring-shaped structure has the lower dark current. The response time of both structures was almost the same.
摘要:针对当前台区线损系统接入海量数据,导致异常数据难以精准辨识的问题,提出了非参数核密度估计下台区线损异常数据辨识方法。构建基于高斯核的台区线损异常数据模型,结合非参数核密度估计方法,分析异常数据正负“秩和”特征。计算历史电量数据在同一时刻下的最大和最小值,获取历史数据域窗宽上下限。结合二维小波去噪方法,对去噪阈值自身特征进行半软阈值函数处理,实现电网台区线损数据去噪。设计非参数核密度估计待检曲线,实现线损异常数据辨识。由实验结果可知,该方法在夏天辨识出2个线损异常数据,在冬天辨识出9个线损异常数据,与实际线损异常数据数量一致,具有精准辨识效果。可以根据辨识出来的台区线损异常数据,对配电网供电线路进行优化调整,以降低线损并提升供电质量。

摘要:Multi-group cross section library is the basic condition for lattice calculation, which provides the necessary nuclear data parameters. The multi-functional lattice code SONG(Si et al. in Nucl Power Eng 35:111–115,2014. doi:10.13832/***.2014.S2.0112; chen et al. in Nucl Power Eng 35:127–130, 2014. doi:10.13832/***.2014.S2.0127) is developed to adapt to the research demands of different types of new reactors, especially the fourth generation(GEN-IV) reactors(Cerullo and Lomonaco in Nucl Fuel Cycle Sci Eng, 2012. doi:10.1533/9780857096388.3.333; Giorgio et al. in Energy Policy61:1503–1520, 2013. doi:10.1016/***.2013.06.101).The corresponding multi-group cross section library of SONG(SONGLIB) is well designed with much effort considering the next generation reactors' new feature in material, spectrum, burnup depth, etc. Therefore, the burnup chain(Maria and Jaakko in Nucl Sci Eng164:140–150, 2010. doi:10.13182/NSE09-14), energy group structure(Tholakele et al. in Ann Nucl Energy80:279–292, 2015. doi:10.1016/***.2015.01.038),and reaction path should be specially considered. The library SONGLIB is processed with the Evaluated Nuclear Data File(ENDF), nuclide data auxiliary processing code NJOYBAT(Si et al. 2014), and library management code MANLIB(Si et al. 2014). A series of verification work of SONGLIB is then carried out, and the calculated results are satisfied.
摘要:为建立一种能快速检测奶牛乳房炎主要病原菌(大肠埃希氏菌、无乳链球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肠炎沙门氏菌)的多重PCR检测方法,根据大肠埃希氏菌phoA基因、无乳链球菌ef-tu基因、肺炎克雷伯氏菌Khe基因、金黄色葡萄球菌Nuc基因和肠炎沙门氏菌invA基因设计特异性引物,优化PCR反应体系与反应程序并进行特异性试验,同时分别构建含病原菌基因的pMD-19T重组质粒进行灵敏性试验。结果显示,多重PCR反应的最适引物工作浓度为0.8μmol/L,最适退火温度为59.6℃,最佳延伸时间为40 s,最合适的循环数为30次;优化后的多重PCR反应体系可扩增出5种目标病原菌的特异性条带;5种病原菌PCR检测灵敏度可达到5 copies/μL。进一步利用该多重PCR反应体系对采集的108份乳房炎乳样进行检测,检测结果显示,108份样本的阳性检出率为77.8%,大肠埃希氏菌、无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌的检出率分别为23.1%、8.3%、34.3%、8.3%、5.6%。结果表明,建立了一种具有良好特异性和灵敏性的多重PCR检测方法,在临床生产实践中可用于快速鉴定奶牛乳房炎的致病菌,为奶牛乳房炎的诊断、防控与流行病学调查提供了方法基础。
