摘要：分析了电力系统非线性的数学性质,指出电力系统非线性是一种有界非线性.在此基础上,将反馈主导方法(feedback domination method,FDM)引入多机电力系统非线性控制.该方法与反馈线性化方法不同;反馈线性化方法是通过反馈将原非线性系统转化为线性系统,反馈主导方法则是通过反馈将原非线性系统转换为特定形式的非线性系统,该特定形式的非线性系统的动态由反馈引入的非线性部分主导.以多机系统非线性汽门控制问题为例,设计了反馈主导非线性汽门控制器,该控制器仅包含本地量测量,易于实现.数值仿真表明,多机系统反馈主导非线性汽门控制器可显著提高电力系统暂态稳定性.

摘要：虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)可模拟同步发电机运行机制,并为系统提供惯性和阻尼支撑.在孤岛模式下,VSG并联运行多采用分散下垂控制,不具备频率恢复以及有功出力合理分配等功能,为此,本文提出了一种基于一致性的并联VSG分布式控制方法,可改善系统频率与有功功率特性.本文首先介绍了传统VSG控制的数学模型,并在此基础上设计了VSG并联系统频率恢复及有功出力合理分配的整体方案.在分布式控制模式下,相邻VSG只需少量信息交互即可控制频率恢复到额定值,并可实现功率的按需分配,满足了不同用户的定制需求.仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.

摘要：光伏微电网具有短路电流小、潮流双向流动、运行工况多变等特点,容易导致继电保护的拒动与误动。提出了基于电压启动、搜索最大电流正序故障分量的检测方法,并将其与传统差动保护方法相结合,设计了光伏微电网综合保护策略。该保护策略不依赖短路电流幅值启动,不需要整定继电保护电流阈值,适用于微电网并网和离网模式。此外,该策略在通信故障、主保护拒动等工况下依然有效。在PSCAD环境中构建了典型的光伏微电网算例,通过典型工况全面验证了综合保护策略的有效性。

摘要：压缩空气储能是一种大规模物理储能技术,为实现电网负荷削峰填谷、缓解弃风弃光问题提供了崭新的解决思路。同时,未来电网也逐步呈现新能源高占比、"强直弱交"等形态,对储能系统的运行模式和功能特征有了更丰富而具体的要求。提出了压缩空气储能系统调相运行模式,从技术原理、设计思路、性能评估、算例分析等方面探索并验证了压缩空气储能系统调相运行的有效性。所提出的调相运行模式不仅能为电网提供动态无功支撑,而且能通过降低机组启停次数而减少运维量;提出的调相运行模式很好地扩展了系统功能,有望成为压缩空气储能推广应用的重要支撑技术。

摘要：采用高通量测序技术获得了麦冬转录组53466条Unigenes,并通过序列分析识别出35832个SSR位点,分布于24539条Unigenes上,SSR出现频率高达67.02%,平均分布距离为4.88 kb。对包含SSR位点的24539条Unigenes进行GO和KEGG注释,结果显示主要集中于生物学过程、植物-病原体互作等基因功能和代谢通路。从SSR重复基元类型来看,单核苷酸重复数目最多,占比57.06%,其中A/T为绝对优势类型,有20193个;五核苷酸重复平均分布距离最高,为4069.34 kb。从重复次数来看,基元重复10次以上的类型数目最多,有20849个,占比61.69%。随机挑选30个不同类型的SSR基元位点并设计引物,对川麦冬、浙麦冬基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,结果显示28对引物可以在两个栽培种中扩增出条带,其中16对引物可扩增出目的条带。

摘要：A type of millimeter-wave antenna array with flexible design is proposed for a variety of applications at 60 *** antenna array can be adjusted to be linearly or circularly polarized by simply changing the radiation part of the antenna *** gain,wideband,and high radiation efficiency characteristics can be achieved by adopting a low insertion loss feeding network and broadband antenna *** the linearly polarized antenna array,simulation results show that the impedance bandwidth of the 2×2 antenna subarray reaches 21.6%,while the maximum gain achieves 15.1 dBi and has a fluctuation of less than 0.4 dBi within the working *** results of the 8×8 linearly polarized antenna array show a bandwidth of 21.6%and a gain of(26.1±1)dBi with an antenna efficiency of more than 80%.For the 8×8 circularly polarized antenna array,simulation results show that an impedance bandwidth of 18.2%and an axial ratio(AR)bandwidth of 13.3%are *** and efficiency of up to 27.6 dBi and 80%are achieved,respectively.A prototype of antenna array is fabricated,and results are compared and analyzed.

摘要：AIM： To construct and produce a recombinant bispecific humanized single-chain Fv （sFv） /Interleukin-2 （IL-2） fusion protein by using mammalian cells. METHODS： The sFv/IL-2 protein was genetically engineered, and transfected to mammalian cells to determine whether the mammalian protein folding machinery can produce and secrete active sFv/IL-2 with high efficiency. RESULTS： The fusion protein was constructed and high efficiently expressed with yields up to 102 ±4.2 mg/L in culture supernatant of the stably transfected 293 cell line. This recombinant fusion protein consisted of humanized variable heavy （VH） and light （VL） domains of monoclonal antibody （mAb） 520C9 directed against the human HER-2/neu （c-erbB2） proto-oncogene product p185, and human IL-2 connected by polypeptide linker. The fusion protein was shown to retain the immunostimulatory activities of IL-2 as measured by IL- 2-dependent cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays. In addition to its IL-2 activities, this fusion protein also possessed antigen-binding specificity against p185, as determined by indirect ELISA using p185 positive SKOV 3ip1 cells. CONCLUSION： The large-scale preparation of the recombinant humanized sFv antibody/IL-2 fusion protein is performed with 293 cells. The recombinant humanized sFv antibody/IL-2 fusion protein may provide an effective *** targeting therapeutic doses of IL-2 to p185 positive tumors without increasing systemic toxicity or immunogenicity.

摘要：为探究风和人体运动对服装动态热阻的影响,基于对人体和环境间热对流的分析,结合实际研究数据,阐明风和人体运动对服装动态热阻存在显著影响。总结了风和人体运动作用下动态热阻的测试方法。动态热阻变化规律的定性分析表明,动态热阻值在风和人体运动作用下呈现下降趋势,且二者对动态热阻的影响程度随着风速和步行速度的增加逐渐下降。分类对正常工作服、冬季防寒服和轻质服装动态热阻具体数值的预测模型进行了概括和总结。研究认为,服装动态热阻预测模型未来的研究重点是动态热阻修正公式的优化和局部动态热阻变化规律2个方向。

摘要：A novel series of pyrido[ 1,2-e]purin-4（3H）-one derivatives containing polar substituents on 5＇-position were designed and prepared as potential PDE5 inhibitors. This paper reports the synthetic routes, 1H-NMR data, and the PDE5 inhibitory activities of the target compounds. The polar piperazinyl group contained （on 5＇-position） compound, 3B2, showed the highest activity among the tested derivatives but less potency than sildenafil 1.
