摘要：我国现行电力市场体系下,市场主体未能完全参与市场竞争,发电机组的日前调度计划制定由市场、计划等多方面因素影响,实时负荷波动引发的调度计划修正会带来机组的经济运行与合同偏差风险。考虑负荷预测偏差以及日前计划调整代价的影响,提出市场与计划双轨制下的日内调度优化策略。基于历史负荷数据的时序特征,构建了考虑多因素的长短期记忆(long short-term memory,LSTM)模型预测未来短期日前计划调整量;基于机组的日计划完成率和负荷率设计了日前计划调节代价函数,构建了日内多阶段优化调度模型,该模型中考虑了辅助服务市场与日前计划的衔接问题,实现了日前计划调整量的再分配;基于某省级电网运行数据对模型进行仿真验证,用McCormick方法对模型中的双线性项线性化近似,转化为混合整数线性规划模型求解。算例分析结果表明,该优化调度策略能有效修正日前计划偏差,兼顾了机组的经济性和合同执行率等目标。

摘要：Calculating the flow coefficient of a spool-valve is complicated due to the coupling–throttling effect in the throttling grooves of a proportional–directional *** this paper,a methodology for expressing the flow coefficient of coupled throttling grooves is proposed to resolve that *** this purpose,an approach of a 3 D numerical simulation and an experimental bench were introduced based on the prototype of a commercial proportional *** results show consistency between the numerical simulation and the bench *** on that,the concept of‘saturation limit’is introduced to describe the value gap between the current and saturated flows,so that the flow-coefficient saturation limit of the prototype in the process can be ***,an approximate flow coefficient suitable for coupled throttling grooves within finite variable space,which is based on three typical throttling structures(i.e.O-shape,U-shape,and C-shape)of the coupled throttling grooves,is obtained based on an orthogonal *** model results are consistent with the numerical and experimental results,with maximum errors of less than 5.29%and 5.34%,*** suggests that the proposed method is effective in approximating the flow coefficient.

摘要：We first present a new multi-modular shunt active power filter system suitable for large-capacity compensation. Each module in the system has the same circuit topology, system functionality, and controller design, to achieve coordination control among the modules. The module＇s reference signals are obtained by multiplying the total reference signal by the respective distribution coefficient. Next, a novel fault-tolerant approach is proposed based on split-phase control in the a-b-c frame and real-time bus communication. When a phase fault occurs, instead of halting the whole module, the proposed strategy isolates only the faulted bridge arm, and then recalculates the distribution coefficients and transfers the compensation capacity to the same phases of the other normal modules, resulting in a continuous operation of the faulted module and optimization of the remaining usable power devices. Through steady-state analysis of the post-fault circuit, the system stability and control reliability are proven to be high enough to guarantee its engineering application value. Finally, a prototype is established and experimental results show the validity and feasibility of the proposed multi-modular system and its fault-tolerant control strategy.

摘要：Incorporating controlled elitism and dynamic distance crowding strategies, a modified NSGA-II algorithm based on a fast and genetic non-dominated sorting algorithm is developed with the aim of obtaining a novel multi-objective optimization design algorithm for wind turbine blades. As an example, a high-performance 1.5 MW wind turbine blade, taking maximum annual energy production and minimum blade mass as the optimization objectives, was designed. A 1/16-scale model of this blade was tested in a 12 m × 16 m wind tunnel and the experimental results validated the high performance. Moreover, both the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method and a free-vortex method (FVM) were applied to calculating the aerodynamic performance, which was consistent with the experimental data. For completeness, the CFD and FVM were used to analyze the wake structure, and good and consistent results were obtained between them.

摘要：针对铀转化含铀废液处理中存在的纳滤膜堵塞和离子交换树脂中毒问题,提出了含铀废液预处理工艺路线。实验室确定工艺路线中化学沉淀和有机物分解的最佳工艺参数,在此基础上进行了工程设计与验证。结果表明:预处理后废液浊度可降低至16.25 NTU(去除率达98.74%),COD可降低至110.25 mg/L(去除率达87.13%),预处理后的废液满足纳滤与离子交换树脂的水质要求,预处理工艺有效解决了铀转化含铀废液处理中存在的问题。

摘要：In this study, two full-size concrete wails were tested and analyzed to demonstrate the effectiveness of a chemically reactive enamel （CRE） coating in improving their mechanical behavior under blast loading： one with CRE-coated rebar and the other with uncoated rebar. Each wall was subjected in sequence to four explosive loads with equivalent 2, 4, 6-trinitrotoluene （TNT） charge weights of 1.82, 4.54, 13.6, and 20.4 kg. A finite element model of each wall under a close-in blast load was developed and validated with pressure and strain measurements, and used to predict rebar stresses and concrete surface sWain distributions of the wall. The test results and visual inspections consistently indicated that, compared with the barrier wall with uncoated reinforcement, the wall with CRE-coated rebar has fewer concrete cracks on the front and back faces, more effective stress transfers from concrete to steel rebar, and stronger connections with its concrete base. The concrete surface strain distributions predicted by the model under various loading conditions are in good agreement with the crack patterns observed during the tests.

摘要：根据新疆地区干燥、大温差、低温、盐渍等服役环境特点，以低碳排放、高抗蚀、阻裂增韧为设计理念，矿物掺合料替代部分水泥熟料，通过试验数据筛选分析，制备出一种绿色低碳型混凝土，同时对其混凝土工作性能、力学性能及耐久性进行分析；大掺量高炉矿渣–粉煤灰混凝土强度有所提升，在低标号区域较基准混凝土28 d抗压强度提高10%～40%；大掺量的矿渣和粉煤灰提高了混凝土的耐久性能，抗碳化性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀较基准混凝土明显提升；大掺量高炉矿渣–粉煤灰混凝土的碳排放量明显下降，较同标号基准混凝土相比每立方减少27～41 kg/m3的碳排放。
