摘要：基于人体生理溶液各参数,设计并建立了一种智能型仿生矿化仪。该仪器能模拟生物材料在体内所处的化学环境和流体力学环境,在线检测模拟体液中Ca2+、H+等离子浓度和系统温度,并自动补充含钙磷离子溶液。采用智能仿生矿化仪对模拟体液r-SBF的温度、钙离子浓度以及pH值等进行智能控制,溶液各参数实际测量值与设定值吻合较好,系统对模拟体液离子浓度、pH值和温度等参数控制可靠性好。
