摘要：在静止无功发生器投运前对其控制装置进行功能验证,这对缩短研发周期和保证设备的安全稳定运行至关重要,为此提出一种适用于静止无功发生器控制系统的硬件在环实时仿真平台设计方法。首先,基于MATLAB Simulink Real-Time环境对静止无功发生器一次回路等效建模,模拟主回路系统实时运行和故障工况;然后,为有效平衡仿真计算量和仿真精度,对静止无功发生器模块拓扑电路进行分析得到等效电路模型,并采用现场可编程门阵列搭建静止无功发生器基于模块等效的快速仿真模型;最后,通过静止无功发生器在直流调压、定功率控制阶跃响应和高压穿越工况下的仿真分析,验证了所提平台的精准性和有效性。

摘要：A series of 6-fluoro-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]quinoline-2-carboxamide derivatives was designed based on the bioisosterism and combination principle in drug design. The target compounds were synthesized from substituted aniline through Michael addition, cyclization, Mannich reaction and condensation with 4-substituted semicarbazides, and the structures were confirmed by mass spectrometry（MS） and 1H NMR. The antifungal assay was carried out in vitro by two-fold dilution. The result shows that all the compounds are of antifungal activities against the tested fungi at different levels.

摘要：航天结构优化中常面临设计空间复杂、非线性程度高等问题,基于高保真度模型优化耗时长,难以在紧迫的研发周期内完成优化设计。对此提出了一种基于多重保真度的复杂空间缩减与优化方法。首先,针对优化问题建立高、中、低保真度的分析模型;进而,在初始设计空间中采样并基于低、中保真度数据构建代理模型,基于模糊C均值方法聚类,得到初始缩减空间;然后,在初始缩减空间内采样高保真度样本点,基于中、高保真度数据构建代理模型;最终,开展优化并根据响应值最优样本点的位置移动缩减空间,优化迭代得到最优解。为验证所提方法的有效性,针对测试函数算例和多级加筋壳工程算例开展研究。结果表明,对于测试函数,所提方法优化得到的最优解和全局最优解的相对误差分别降低了68.4%和44.4%;对于工程算例,所提方法优化得到的极限承载力相对传统单、变保真度优化方法分别提高了9.0%和14.7%。同时,相比前期工作提出的变保真度静态缩减空间方法,在达到相同极限承载力水平时计算耗时降低了41.5%。综上所述,所提优化方法可充分利用多重保真度数据,对复杂耗时的航天结构工程优化问题具有优化效率高、全局寻优能力强等优势。

摘要：提出了一种新型的高压电流光纤传感器,由Sagnac干涉仪和光路构成,采用Labview编写虚拟仪器的测试端软件。该系统利用法拉第效应,借助电子电路,获得干涉后输出光强信号中一次谐波成分,就可以将高压母线中待测电流的大小和相位分量测出。由于采用的新颖的双光路设计,与通常的干涉仪相比该系统的动态测量范围扩大数百倍,而且系统不受外界缓变量的影响。
