摘要：现代厨房电气化的普及,火、燃气使用频率增加,但又缺乏对于其中不安全因素的检测,导致厨房发生安全事故的可能性逐年提高,为了减少这种灾难隐患,本文提出了一种基于物联网技术的厨房监控系统的设计方案,以STC89C51单片机作为核心芯片,利用温度传感器,烟雾传感器实现对厨房环境的数据采集,并通过LCD1602显示屏将其采集到的数据实时显示;同时设计一款APP,将数据发送到手机APP上实时显示,并可以通过手机APP实现对厨房的照明灯和换气扇的控制,若以上采集到的数据超过户主设定的阈值,首先会触发厨房的蜂鸣器实现警报功能,其次会通过GSM网络的短信功能向用户发送报警短信,以此来实现远程预警。
