摘要：In modern energy-saving replication storage systems, a primary group of disks is always powered up to serve incoming requests while other disks are often spun down to save energy during slack periods. However, since new writes cannot be immediately synchronized into all disks, system reliability is degraded. In this paper, we develop a high-reliability and energy-efficient replication storage system, named RERAID, based on RAID10. RERAID employs part of the free space in the primary disk group and uses erasure coding to construct a code cache at the front end to absorb new writes. Since code cache supports failure recovery of two or more disks by using erasure coding, RERAID guarantees a reliability comparable with that of the RAID10 storage system. In addition, we develop an algorithm, called erasure coding write （ECW）, to buffer many small random writes into a few large writes, which are then written to the code cache in a parallel fashion sequentially to improve the write performance. Experimental results show that RERAID significantly improves write performance and saves more energy than existing solutions.

摘要：文章对立法引领和推动卫生改革作了阐述。首先由立法和改革关系论入手,审视了卫生立法和卫生改革的互动。随之厘清了立法引领和推动卫生改革的基本内涵,即立法设定卫生改革的基本走向、立法厘清卫生改革各方主体的权利与义务,以及立法明确卫生改革的规则;分析了卫生立法与卫生改革之间的不适应、不协调之处,即卫生立法决策与卫生改革决策尚未有效衔接、卫生改革措施于法无据,以及卫生立法尚未主动适应卫生改革的需要。最后对立法引领和推动卫生改革作出展望,提出通过立法,完善卫生治理权力配置等重点领域的顶层设计,完善"立、改、废、释"卫生立法体系构建,落实卫生立法与卫生改革的决策衔接机制。

摘要：介绍了生物质气化+变换及CO合成、生物质气化后双合成、生物质气化加氢合成、生物质直燃碳捕集加氢4种主要技术方案,对技术应用方案的物料平衡和经济性进行了计算,并对各方案的可行性进行了对比分析。结果表明,在具备CO_(2)消纳条件时,可采用生物质气化、变换及CO合成方案,甲醇的生产成本为3608元/t;在有新能源场景的前提下,可考虑3万~10万t的气化后双合成方案,生产成本为3694~3768元/t;待CO_(2)、CO、H_(2)合成甲醇的催化剂较成熟后,可考虑气化后加氢合成方案,生产成本为2648~3027元/t,即使采用传统电价计算时经济性也较高;当电价降低至0元时,生物质直燃碳捕集加氢方案的生产成本将降至1555元/t。

摘要：Demand for large vibrating screen is huge in the mineral processing industry. As bending and random vibration are not considered in a traditional design method for beam structures of a large vibrating screen, fatigue damage occurs frequently to affect the screening performance. This work aims to conduct a systematic mechanics analysis of the beam structures and improve the design method. Total motion of a beam structure in screening process can be decomposed into the traditional followed rigid translation(FRT), bending vibration(BV) and axial linear-distributed random rigid translation(ALRRT) excited by the side-plates. When treated as a generalized single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF) elastic system analytically, the BV can be solved by the Rayleigh's method. Stochastic analysis for random process is conducted for the detailed ALRRT calculation. Expressions for the mechanics property, namely, the shearing force and bending-moment with respect to BV and ALRRT, are derived, respectively. Experimental and numerical investigations demonstrate that the largest BV exists at the beam center and can be nearly ignored in comparison with the FRT during a simplified engineering design. With the BV and FRT considered, the mechanics property accords well with the practical situation with the maximum error of 6.33%, which is less than that obtained by traditional method.

摘要：Real-time monitoring of the Bragg peak location of carbon ions is urgently required for the quality control of hadron therapy. In this study, we design an annular detector to monitor the Bragg peak location of carbon ions with Geant4 simulation. This 360° surrounding structure has a high detection efficiency for the small-dose situation. The detector consists of a multilayered collimator system and an Na I scintillator for prompt gamma counting. The multilayered collimator includes a lead layer to prevent unwanted gammas and the paraffin and boron carbide layers to moderate and capture fast neutrons. An inclination of the detector further diminishes the background signal caused by neutrons. The detector, with optimized parameters, is applicable to carbon ions of different energies. In addition, the scintillator is replaced by an improved EJ301 organic liquid scintillator to discriminate gammas and neutrons. Inserting thin Fe slices into the liquid scintillator improves the energy deposition efficiency. The Bragg peak location of 200 Me V/u carbon ions can be monitored by prompt gamma detection with the improved liquid scintillator.
