摘要：The experiments of laser fusion welding with Al-foil addition was carried out for DP590 dual-phase steel and AZ31B magnesium alloy in an overlap steel-on-magnesium *** field was simulated by COMSOL finite element software for steel/magnesium laser fusion *** results show that when Al-foil is added,some defects,such as pores,cracks and softening in heat affected zone(HAZ),can be avoided in welding joint,the bonding strength of steel/magnesium joints is increased,heat transfer between steel and magnesium is *** the case of adding Al-foil,welding pool is divided into two parts,the upper and lower pools contact each other but do not mix,the transition layer at the interface between the upper and lower molten pools mainly contains Al−Fe phases,such as AlFe,Al2Fe and AlFe3,and these new phases are helpful for promoting the metallurgical connection between the upper and lower molten ***,adding Al-foil laser fusion welding is an effective way in joining steel to magnesium alloy.

摘要：The effects of annealing treatments(ATs)on the microstructure of Zr-Sn-Nb alloy strips were *** on the characteristics of strips for nuclear fuel assemblies,punching experiments were carried out and the formability of zirconium alloy strips was quantitatively *** results indicate that the proportions of small-angle grain boundaries of the zirconium alloy under conditions of annealing treatment at 580°C(ATⅠ)and annealing treatment at 620°C(ATⅡ)are 14.3%and 23.2%,respectively,while that of the as-received material is 12.4%.And the forming limit margin fields of the zirconium alloy under ATⅠcan reach 0.43%,while the values of the as-received material and the ATⅡare-0.35%and-2.8%,*** annealing process affects the evolution process of the strip recrystallization texture and the grain ***,the total texture and pole density are closely related to the degree of anisotropy of the ***,the small-angle grain boundary affects the strain path and crack expansion of the necking unit during the strip punching process,while the grain size affects the hardening exponent of the material.

摘要：Morphology,distribution,composition,forming ability,structural stability and intrinsic mechanical properties of the intermetallic compounds(IMCs)formed in steel/aluminum laser welding were determined through scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and first-principles *** was found that the mechanical properties of the joint are limited by the Fe−Al IMCs,whose brittleness is attributed to the orbital hybridization between Al(s),Al(p)and Fe(d).However,the joint properties are improved by adding interlayer,which is ascribed to some changes of electronic structure of the generated *** transition mechanism of IMCs changing from brittle to ductile is mainly due to the weak ability of interlayer elements to attract *** mechanical properties of the joint are closely related to the ductility or brittleness of the ***,the addition of Ti foil interlayer effectively improves the mechanical properties of the joints,which means that the experimental verification is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation predictions.

摘要：采用镁合金在上、钢板在下且添加中间夹层辅助的激光焊接技术,对AZ31B镁合金和DP590双相钢平板试件进行焊接,基于热力学性能和本征力学性质的计算来选择夹层元素,分析添加夹层前后镁/钢接头显微组织和性能的变化。结果表明:添加Sn和Al夹层,接头最大载荷分别为730和590 N,与没有添加夹层相比,分别提高2.04倍和1.46倍;添加Al夹层,接头界面生成脆性较大的Mg_(17)Al_(12)化合物,其限制了镁/钢接头性能提升;而添加Sn夹层,界面生成脆性相对较低的Mg_(2)Sn化合物以及延性Fe_(3)Sn化合物,这是添加Sn夹层镁/钢接头性能高于添加Al夹层的重要原因。

摘要：采用光纤激光器对1.0mm厚5083和1.2mm厚6016异种铝合金平板试件进行激光搭接焊试验,利用光谱测量系统、扫描电镜、维氏显微硬度仪和微机控制的电子万能试验机等手段,检测激光焊接过程等离子体产生时辐射出的时域MgI光谱信号,分析焊缝形貌、显微硬度和力学性能,研究等离子体中MgI光谱信号相对强度与焊件质量之间关系.结果表明,随着扫描速度增加,MgI光谱信号强度降低,离焦量对MgI光谱信号作用明显,而激光功率对MgI信号整体幅度改变较小;MgI光谱强度较小或较大,试件出现焊不透或焊穿现象;MgI等离子体信号波动较大处,出现咬边、凹陷、气孔等缺陷,力学性能低;而MgI等离子体信号平稳时,焊缝平整,缺陷少,力学性能好.基于MgI光谱信号与焊件质量之间的对应关系,运用Hugh hart的统计过程控制(SPC)理论,建立了焊接过程单值-移动极差控制(X-Rs)图.

摘要：The electronic structures and mechanical properties of Al4Sr, Mg2Sr and Mg23Sr6 phases were determined by the use of first-principles calculations. The calculated heat of formation and cohesive energy indicate that Al4Sr has the strongest alloying ability as well as the highest structural stability. The elastic parameters were calculated, and then the bulk modulus, shear modulus, elastic modulus and Poisson ratio were derived. The ductility and plasticity were discussed. The results show that Al4Sr and Mg2Sr phases both are ductile, on the contrary, Mg23Sr6 is brittle, and among the three phases, Mg2Sr is a phase with the best plasticity.

摘要：采用Gleeble-3500试验机对ZGMn13Cr2高锰钢进行0.1s-1应变速率下的室温压缩实验,应变量分别为5%,30%和50%.利用金相显微镜、维氏显微硬度机、XRD和TEM等方法,研究了压缩变形量对ZGMn13Cr2显微组织衍变及加工硬化机制的影响.结果表明:高锰钢压缩变形后晶粒内出现大量变形带,变形带相互交叉、缠结、割截.压缩变形量为5%时,高密度位错相互缠结呈位错胞或者位错墙,压缩变形量为30%时,基体内出现形变孪晶,随着变形量的进一步增大,孪晶的密度和体积分数增大,水韧态高锰钢在压缩变形量为50%的条件下,其显微硬度与初始态相比提高了125%,达到***结果显示,压缩变形后基体组织为奥氏体和少量的碳化物,未发现相变诱发马氏体组织.随着变形量的增大,高锰钢加工硬化机理由位错强化机制向形变孪晶强化为主、位错+少量层错强化机制为辅的机制转变.

摘要：基于TiF_3作为催化剂提高MgH_2解氢性能的实验结果,采用基于密度泛函理论的Dmol3程序包,计算从MgH_2体系中移走H原子所需能量及几何、电子结构的改变,探讨TiF_3对MgH_2体系解氢热力学影响及提高其解氢性能的机理。结果表明:Ti替代Mg,体系中Ti—H的成键作用比Mg-H强,Ti将MgH_2中的H吸附到其周围,导致MgH_2中Mg周围的H减少;创造Mg空位,随着温度的提高,体系中H—H之间的键长变短,两者情形均利于提高MgH_2体系的热力学行为。创造Mg空位所需能量(6.65 eV)高于Ti替代Mg的能量(2.34 eV),表明低温下,Ti替代Mg对MgH_2体系解氢更为有利,至此TiF_3中的Ti替代MgH_2中的Mg,利于加快化学反应的进行,使结构稳定的MgH_2发生转变,生成结构不稳定的Ti H2,这样体系解氢过程不是通过MgH_2,而是转化为Ti H2进行,因此TiF_3可提高MgH_2体系的解氢性能。

摘要：选取石墨与石墨烯两种碳材料作为掺杂剂,采用机械球磨方法分别制备纯Mg H2、Mg H2-10%石墨(质量分数)及Mg H2-10%石墨烯3种储氢体系,并结合XRD、SEM、DSC-TG实验表征手段与具有原子尺度模拟能力的第一性原理计算方法,研究碳材料掺杂对Mg H2释氢性能的影响及其微观机理。结果表明:微量石墨与石墨烯的掺杂使得Mg H2释氢温度得到降低,相比之下,石墨烯掺杂效果较为明显,其掺杂致使Mg H2初始释氢温度降低近33℃。此外,石墨与石墨烯掺杂均有助于抑制球磨过程中颗粒的团聚,起到结构限域的作用,促进Mg H2快速释氢。第一性原理计算表明,碳材料掺杂改善Mg H2释氢性能的内在原因在于其掺杂削弱了Mg—H间的键强,降低了H原子从Mg H2基体中释放时的解离能。

摘要：熔钎焊是抑制或减少钢/铝异种金属激光焊接过程中FeAl脆性金属间化合物产生的有效工艺方法。采用光纤激光器,不添加任何钎料,对1.2 mm厚DC56D＋ZF镀锌钢和6016铝合金平板试件进行激光搭接焊试验,利用MATLAB软件,针对焊接过程的实际情况,在一定的基本假设下建立准稳态下钢/铝异种金属激光焊接熔池形状的数学模型,基于准稳态形状控制方程数值计算获得的熔池几何形状分布,结合试验来调整焊接工艺参数,获得最佳焊接成形,利用卧式金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等手段研究焊接接头各区域的金相组织、主要元素分布与物相组成。结果表明：焊接激光束照射搭接在钢板上的铝板对接焊缝时,焊接功率和焊接速度对熔池几何形状的影响较大,随着激光功率的增大,熔深增加;而随着焊接速度的增加,熔深却变浅。当焊接功率为1 600~1 800 W、焊接速度v=30 mm/s、离焦量D=0 mm时,焊缝成形性良好,无明显裂纹、气孔等缺陷,焊接接头区域存在一个台阶状结构,在平台区域,钢/铝两钟金属存在明显的界限,界面结合依靠液态的铝在钢母材表面上的润湿、填充和铺展等作用;下凹区域,钢/铝熔合较好,Fe和Al元素的混合区宽度较大,未形成明显的FeAl脆性金属间化合物,Fe和Al的热扩散是该区域界面结合的主要原因。
