摘要：百年“楚怡”精神就是弘扬“爱国、求知、创业、兴工”精神。快节奏艺术品产销市场,在普及大众陈设空间的同时,也逐渐让传统工匠精神这一文化符号淡出人们的视野,“楚怡”精神下的陶瓷雕塑系列家居陈设产品设计实践,正弥补了这种缺陷。本课题在传统陶瓷工艺创新过程中,适时提出具有时代特色工匠精神与产品融合创新设计的研究方法、路径、目标,并系统梳理工匠精神与陶瓷雕塑系列家居陈设产品的设计语言与内在联系。工匠精神逻辑语言的梳理和设计路径对于家居陈设陶瓷艺术作品的创新设计与应用有着重要的支撑作用。

摘要：基于紧张理论和资源保存理论,提出双元领导在同事职场友谊边界下通过创意越轨作用于创意实施的“非法”路径,并对5家国有企业管理者和员工进行问卷调查,采用多项式回归和块变量分析法进行假设验证。结果发现:双元领导的不一致性会带来更多结构紧张,员工创意越轨行为随之增加,而双元领导一致性有利于员工开展更多创意实施;创意越轨在双元领导与创意实施间发挥部分中介作用;同事职场友谊存在调节效应,高同事职场友谊条件下创意越轨的中介效应显著,反之,低同事职场友谊下创意越轨不存在显著中介效应。

摘要：目的后疫情时代背景下,地摊经济的崛起已然带动着中国文化创新产业的急速发展。创意市集近年来焕发出崭新面貌。深入了解和挖掘创意市集品牌初创的关键要素,找寻其内在规律,以尝试为创意市集品牌的创业者提供更为系统而科学的设计思路,从而能够高效地开展工作。方法利用Python爬虫技术进行数据挖掘,结合扎根理论三级编码的研究方法提炼概念与范畴,找寻其内在逻辑与关联,最终构建理论模型。结果提炼出4个核心范畴、13个主范畴、609个副范畴,以及4872个相关概念,构建了一个由市集品牌创立目标、市集品牌受众人群、市集品牌整体内容规划,以及市集品牌运营这4个核心元素为基础的品牌初创模型。结论通过结合社会学与设计学方法,揭示了创意市集在后疫情时代所展现出的强大生命力,对地摊经济和文化创新产业发展有积极的推动作用,同时为新手创业者提供实践指导,强调未来研究应关注其多样性、理论框架建立及跨学科方法应用。
