摘要：SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) has become the memory standard in many digital system designs, because of low price and high read/write speed. In this paper, Based on the analysis of the working principle and characteristics of SDRAM, an SDRAM controller design method is proposed based on field programmable logic gate array FPGA. In order to reduce resource consumption and increase the read and write speed of SDRAM, the performance control of SDRAM is further optimized. We designed SDRAM controller by using Verilog HDL and Altera Quartus II 14.1 software, and simulated about this design with Model Sim-Altera 10.3c software. Then we verified this design by using Cyclone V 5CSEMA5F31C6 FPGA in DE1-SoC development board. The verification results show that the SDRAM is initialized successfully, the input and output data are completely consistent, and it has stable refresh and read and write functions. The SDRAM controller design meets the requirements.

摘要：The design of a lead slowing down spectrometer is being developed at KAERI （Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute） for an analysis of isotopic fissile content in spent and recycled fuel. The lead spectrometer has an advantage to assay fissile content directly from spent fuel. Accurate fissile material data must be fed back to the spent fuel design and management. For reutilization of PWR spent fuel, an isotopic fissile content analysis is required to obtain safety and economics in the fuel cycle. The LSDS （lead slowing down spectrometer） uses the different fission signatures of each fissile with respect to the interrogation neutron energy. Several simulations were done and parameter was obtained for the system working. Energy between 1 keV to 0.1 eV is very sensitive to isotopic fissile material fission with good energy resolution. An external source neutron is necessary to induce enough fissile fission. A neutron production methodology is being developed for cost effectiveness, easy maintenance and high neutron yield rate. The threshold fission detector screens the prompt fast fission neutrons from an intense radiation background. The detection of a fission signature has a direct relationship with the isotopic fissile content.

摘要：The long-term adjustment processes of atmosphere and ocean in response to gradually increased atmospheric CO2 concentration have been analyzed in 70 and 140 a integrations with NCAR fully-coupled climate system model (CSM). In these experiments the CO2 concentration has been increased to double and quadruples the initial concentration, respectively. After 70 a, at the time of CO2 doubling, the model predicts surface air temperature rises by 1.2 and 1.5 K for the globe and the northwestern Pacific Ocean, respectively. The behavior of the quadrupling run is similar: each global and regional mean surface air temperatures increase by 2.8 and 3.0 K at the time of CO2 quadrupling. From the experiments, surface air temperature changes in the northwestern Pacific Ocean will be more distinctive compared with the global average, mainly due to exceptionally large wanning and sea level change near the entrance of the Kuroshio extension.

摘要：磁耦合谐振式(magnetically-coupled resonant,MCR)是一种适用于中距离无线电能传输的技术。该技术在传输距离变化时存在耦合状态变化的情况,随之造成的阻抗不匹配现象使系统的传输效率急剧下降。为了避免上述现象的发生,本文提出一种基于非同轴线圈的距离适应无线电能传输方法,通过该方法指导确定传输系统的驱动线圈参数,系统可以实现阻抗匹配,有效抑制因距离变化造成传输效率急剧下降的缺点,提高系统的传输性能,同时采用非同轴线圈结构可以减小驱动线圈圆周以外的导线寄生电感和高频交流电阻,降低系统损耗,减小系统发射端的体积,并且保证系统实际设计与理论计算实现高度匹配。仿真分析与实验结果均验证了该方法的有效性和准确性。

摘要：In photoelectrochemical （PEC） water splitting, charge separation and collection by the electric field in the photoactive material are the most important factors for improved conversion efficiency. Hence, ferroelectric oxides, in which electrons are the majority carriers, are considered promising photoanode materials because their high built-in potential, provided by their spontaneous polarization, can signifi＇canfly enhance the separation and drift of photogenerated carriers. In this regard, the PEC properties of BiFeO3 thin-film photoanodes with different crystallographic orientations and consequent ferroelectric domain structures are investigated. As the crystallographic orientation changes from （001）pc via （ll0）pc to （lll）p~, the ferroelastic domains in epitaxial BiFeO3 thin films become mono-variant and the spontaneous polarization levels increase to 110 btC/cm2. Consequent136 the photocurrent density at 0 V vs. Ag/AgC1 increases approximately 5.3-fold and the onset potential decreases by 0.180 V in the downward polarization state. It is further demonstrated that ferroelectric switching in the （lll）pc BiFeO3 thin-film photoanode leads to an approximate change of 8,000% in the photocurrent density and a 0.330 V shift in the onset potential. This study strongly suggests that domain-engineered ferroelectric materials can be used as effective charge separation and collection layers for efficient solar water-splitting photoanodes.

摘要：背景:由于关节软骨再生修复能力有限,自体软骨细胞移植技术为关节软骨损伤的修复提供了较好的修复材料。目的:多中心评估自体软骨细胞移植的短期疗效与安全性。设计、时间及地点:自身前后对照观察,于2001-03/2006-04在韩国80所附属医院完成。对象:软骨缺损患者261例,男169例,女92例,年龄15～70岁,平均36.47岁。软骨缺损面积2.0～20.0cm2。其中股骨髁损伤215例,滑车30例,髌骨25例,胫骨2例。方法:取关节非负重区软骨组织200～300mg,体外培养扩增后将软骨细胞植入患者关节缺损区。于移植后6个月对所有患者进行随访,膝关节功能评估标准采用美国膝关节协会评分系统[Knee society score-A(KSS-A)和Knee society score-B(KSS-B)]。主要观察指标:自体软骨细胞膝关节缺损区移植后KSS-A和KSS-B评分。结果:获得随访患者261例。患者移植前KSS-A评分为63.55±18.47,移植后6个月为88.74±11.47,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)移植前KSS-B评分为59.56±24.92,移植后6个月为85.13±14.67,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。患者移植前后膝关节疼痛、活动度、前后稳定性、屈曲挛缩、伸直迟滞、行走能力和上下楼能力均明显改善(P<0.05)。综合评价移植有效率为97.3%,优良率为89.3%。结论:自体软骨细胞移植可有效的治疗关节软骨缺损,促进膝关节功能的恢复。

摘要：雄性不育性状被用在植物育种中,以降低种子生产成本。雄性不育分为细胞核雄性不育(GMS)和细胞质雄性不育(CMS)2种类型,在辣椒商业育种中都有应用。因为缺少恢复源,细胞质雄性不育系统在诸如甜椒等一些辣椒品种上并不适用。因此,细胞核雄性不育对于甜椒的种子生产而言就非常重要。本研究构建了一个F2分离群体,利用集群分离分析法(BSA)和扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)技术获得了一个与甜椒细胞核雄性不育连锁的标记。我们分析了1024对AFLP引物,发现Eco RI ACG/MseIGTT引物扩出了多态性。对多态性AFLP标记所扩增的395bp片段重新设计引物,进行高分辨率熔解曲线分析(HRM)。在92个F2单株中,有87个单株的性状和HRM标记表型相一致。这个HRM标记被定位在AC99连锁图的第5号染色体上。
