摘要：The coronary artery calcification score and pericardial fat volume have recently been reported to be strongly associated with the severity and presence of coronary atherosclerosis. However, no studies have explored the outcome of phased progression of atherosclerosis by non-contrast computed tomography in asymptomatic people in China. The population-based cohort study in outcome of phased progression of atherosclerosis in China （PERSUADE）, an observational, longitudinal and prospective cohort study in a target population of healthy sub- jects based in Jidong Oilfield （China）, prospectively analyzes the outcome of phased progression of atherosclerosis by non-contrast computed tomography in healthy population. The results of this study are expected to be of value for utilizing noninvasive imaging combine with tradi- tional cardiovascular risk factors to create a risk stratification and find pertinent biomarkers associated with the outcome of phased progres- sion of atherosclerosis in healthy people, thereby could help to establish a more personalized treatment of clinical practice.

摘要：针对传统图像滤波器设计方法存在的局限性,将演化硬件引入图像滤波器设计中,提出软硬件协同仿真的演化思想,并设计了基于System Generator的图像滤波器演化系统。通过图像滤波器演化实验验证了演化系统的有效性,实验结果及分析表明,最优演化滤波器在性能和实现代价方面均优于传统滤波器。与现有的图像滤波器演化方法相比,软硬件协同仿真的演化方法具有实现简单、运算能力强、功能灵活等优点。该系统的演化算法可综合成硬件,为后续实现在线自适应滤波奠定了基础。

摘要：国内现有的变电站仿真系统大多数只提供操作票的开票功能,但是往往新学员对重点线路的操作或者是在处理复杂的倒闸操作任务上缺乏经验,记忆强度也不够。因此有必要在提高培训强度的同时以扩充新功能优化软件的方法来增强培训效果,针对以上问题,在基于自主研发的变电站操作票开票系统基础上提出了统计受训人员操作步骤、完整性评估、正确性评估、操作顺序评估四个方面的校验层次,围绕着这四个校验层次搭建了操作票评价系统的总体设计平台。

摘要：热休克蛋白90(Hsp90)通过对几百种蛋白质底物(客户蛋白质)进行合理的折叠、成熟其构象并且激活,在肿瘤细胞的生长和繁殖中发挥重要作用.因此,Hsp90成为非常有吸引力、有前途的抗肿瘤药物靶点,并且超过20种抑制剂已经进入临床实验阶段.我们在这里设计并合成了一个小分子抑制剂:FS36.收集了Hsp90~N-FS36复合物晶体结构的X射线衍射实验数据.高分辨率X射线晶体结构表明,FS36在ATP结合位点上与Hsp90~N相互作用,并且FS36可能替代核苷酸与Hsp90~N结合.FS36和Hsp90~N的复合物晶体结构和相互作用为后期设计和优化新型抗肿瘤药物奠定基础.

摘要：Aiming at the problems such as more repeatedly design and longer design cycle, in this paper, the similarity theory was introduced to the design process of the key structures of flotation machine. The impeller and U-shaped tank of flotation machine system were analyzed as similarity unit. Meanwhile, the level of similarity of the units and the similarity of the system were calculated. Based on the analysis of the impeller and the size of U-shaped tank, the similarity criteria were derived. The derived conclusions are： （1） The relationship between the diameter of the impeller and the volume of the tank was power function and calculated as the similarity criteria of the impeller; （2） The relationship between the ratio between the U-shaped tank＇s cross-sectional area and impeller＇s diameter and the volume of the tank was power function and calculated as the similarity criterions of the U-shaped tank. 摘要：特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输的运量大、时限要求紧,容易导致区域内运能紧张,并造成短时间内运输秩序紊乱和运输质量下降。本文提出制定列车运行计划的方法,对运输能力进行合理利用,统筹规划铁路运输生产,可以较好地解决该问题。在分析运行计划制定要求的基础上,建立特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输运行模型。从特殊需求的自身规律出发,运用知识系统和案例推理相结合的方法选择运输径路,设计基于固定点号的运行计划安排算法,在选定的运输径路上安排运行计划。提出突发事件情况下的运行计划调整方法。依据该模型算法,开发出相应的软件。通过实例验证,制定的运行计划合理可行,还能针对突发事件进行调整,可为特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输提供有效的决策支持。

摘要：极紫外光谱观测和诊断是研究太阳大气基本物理过程的最重要手段之一。但因为波长短,很多可见光仪器的设计方案不再适用,且极紫外观测只能在太空中开展。国际上现有卫星上的太阳极紫外成像仪和光谱仪都有各自的不足,比如极紫外成像仪不能获得高光谱分辨率的谱线信息;狭缝式光谱仪通过扫描可得到活动区域的信息,但扫描时间过长,对于研究剧烈变化的太阳活动有很大的局限性。这些不足制约了对日冕物质抛射(CME)和耀斑等太阳活动的高精度观测及对其机理的研究:无法看到CME在内日冕的加速过程,而且无法将可见光看到的CME现象同极紫外看到的日面源区直接联系;缺少观测目标的视向速度信息,难以识别CME的触发过程。采用多级衍射成像方式的一种新型太阳极紫外成像仪,除实现传统极紫外成像仪功能外,还可以在太阳活动变化过程中同步获得全日面各区域的光谱信息。新型成像仪可以得到高光谱分辨率数据,用于反演低日冕的等离子体视向速度,获得全日面的速度分布,与同时得到的高空间分辨率图像相结合,可以识别太阳活动现象对应的物质运动,为空间科学研究提供数据;因为没有狭缝和运动部件,可以实现对大视场的太阳活动区域的高时间分辨率成像,有利于捕捉日面活动的快速变化。新型成像仪采用无狭缝光谱分光成像的设计理念,即同一时间把一定光谱带宽的信息记录到一个二维的图像上,此过程可以看成是从某一个角度将空间和光谱数据立方体投影到一个面上,然后再利用反演得到空间分辨图像和光谱信息。多级光谱成像的光学设计与传统光谱仪最大的不同是其不存在逐行扫描的狭缝,这使得其能够同时获得大视场内太阳的空间信息和光谱信息。因为极紫外波段的特殊性,以及本仪器面向卫星遥感应用,不可能像可见光波段或者医用CT机一样实现很多衍射级的同时成像。因此,新型极紫外成像仪光学系统由反射镜、色散光栅和五个探测器组成,入射的太阳极紫外辐射经过光栅色散后分别由五个级次的探测器接收,其中四个探测器分部接收±1和±2衍射级图像,另外一个接收0级图像。空间信息可以直接从0级图像得到,而光谱信息则需要根据五个级次成像的反演结果得出。介绍了光学系统的设计以及反演算法,并分析了反演算法的误差。光路基于变间距光栅设计,可实现空间分辨率1.8 arcsec·pixel^(-1),光谱分辨率7.8×10^(-3) nm·pixel^(-1),同时减小了体积和重量,适合空间应用。
