摘要:A comprehensive understanding of excited-state dynamics of semiconductor quantum dots or nanomaterials at the atomic or molecular level is of scientific *** inorganic(or non-covalently protected)seimiconductor molecular nanoclusters with atomically precise structure are contributive to establish accurate correlation of excited-state dynamics with their composition/structure,however,the related studies are almost blank because of unresolved solvent dispersion ***,we designedly created the largest discrete chalcogenide seimiconductor molecular nanoclusters(denoted P2-CuMSnS,M=In or/and Ga)with great dispersibility,and revealed an interesting intracluster“core–shell”charge transfer relaxation dynamics.A systematic red shift in absorption spectra with the gradual substitution of In by Ga was experimentally and computationally investigated,and femtosecond transient absorption measurements further manifested there were three ultrafast processes in excited-state dynamics of P2 nanoclusters with the corresponding amplitudes directed by composition *** results hold the great promise of the solution-processible applications of semiconductor-NC-based quantum dots and facilitate the development of atomically precise nano-chemistry.
摘要:Fingerprint has been widely used in a variety of biometric identification systems in the past several years due to its uniqueness and immutability. With the rapid development of fingerprint identification techniques, many fingerprint identification systems are in urgent need to deal with large-scale fingerprint storage and high concurrent recognition queries, which bring huge challenges to the system. In this circumstance, we design and implement a distributed and load-balancing fingerprint identification system named Pegasus, which includes a distributed feature extraction subsystem and a distributed feature storage subsystem. The feature extraction procedure combines the Hadoop Image Processing Interface(HIPI) library to enhance its overall processing speed; the feature storage subsystem optimizes MongoD B's default load balance strategy to improve the efficiency and robustness of *** and simulations are carried out, and results show that Pegasus can reduce the time cost by 70% during the feature extraction procedure. Pegasus also balances the difference of access load among front-end mongos nodes to less than 5%. Additionally, Pegasus reduces over 40% of data migration among back-end data shards to obtain a more reasonable data distribution based on the operation load(insertion, deletion, update, and query) of each shard.
摘要:为了给汽车安全控制系统提供准确的行驶姿态数据,设计了基于集成微机电系统(IMEMS)传感器的虚拟仪器检测系统。系统采用IMEMS传感器采集车身姿态参数,在虚拟仪器平台下对数据进行分析处理,使用卡尔曼滤波器对测量值进行估计,并在实车工况下对检测系统进行测试。结果表明:系统能够很好地满足汽车行驶姿态检测的要求,具有可靠的实时性。

摘要:目的研究靶向趋化因子受体CCR7的反义肽核酸(PNA)对树突状细胞(DC)CCR7蛋白表达及凋亡的影响,并探讨其凋亡机制。方法体外培养大鼠骨髓来源的DC,脂多糖(LPS)诱导成熟。设计靶向CCR7 mRNA翻译起始区的反义PNA,以随机PNA和空白组为对照处理体外培养7d的未成熟DC,脂多糖诱导48h后收集成熟DC,免疫细胞化学染色法检测CCR7蛋白表达,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡率,Western blot检测磷酸化Akt和Akt蛋白表达。应用渥曼青霉素(wortmannin)抑制磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/Akt信号通路进一步观察磷酸化Akt蛋白表达和细胞凋亡率的变化。结果反义PNA组DC CCR7蛋白表达明显低于随机PNA组和空白组,而细胞凋亡率却明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Western blot检测显示反义PNA组Akt蛋白磷酸化水平明显低于随机PNA组和空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DC经PI3K抑制剂预处理后,CCR7介导的Akt蛋白磷酸化及抗凋亡作用被阻断。结论CCR7反义PNA能够有效抑制体外培养的大鼠DC趋化因子受体CCR7的表达并导致其发生凋亡,其机制可能是阻断了CCR7介导P13K/Akt信号转导通路的活化。
摘要:鉴于广播星历和精密星历的差异,对它们的处理采取了不同的措施,对广播星历的处理采取切比雪夫多项式拟合的方法,对精密星历的处理采取拉格朗日插值的方法,来尽量减小星历误差对定位精度的影响,并通过实际的算例证实了这两种方法的可行性。
摘要:近年来,为响应国家"美丽乡村"建设的号召,一大批特色小镇正在快速蓬勃发展,成为农村产业转型升级、景观功能优化的平台。文章根据当前馆陶县寿东村"美丽乡村"建设的现状,对当地农村景观设计理念进行分析,针对当前新农村景观设计中存在的弊端,提出有关"美丽乡村"景观设计的理念与方法。
摘要:目的探讨3D打印技术联合静脉滴注氨甲环酸在脊柱侧弯矫形椎弓根钉内固定术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2018-01-2019-12采用3D打印技术联合静脉滴注氨甲环酸椎弓根钉内固定治疗的18例脊柱侧弯,术前制作3D打印导航模板并设计手术方案,术中将3D打印导航模板贴伏于相关椎体棘突、椎板和关节突的骨性结构上,辅助打孔攻丝后置入螺钉。结果 18例均顺利完成手术并获得至少6个月的随访。未出现相关血管神经损伤并发症与深静脉血栓。手术时间125~238 min,平均165.4 min;术中出血量450~1 100 mL,平均682.6 mL;术后引流量410~850 mL,平均697.3 mL;围手术期输血量600~1 200 mL,平均808.5 mL;主弯矫形率57%~86%,平均69.2%。共置入304枚螺钉,置钉等级:Ⅰ级232枚,Ⅱ级54枚,Ⅲ级18枚。结论 3D打印技术联合静脉滴注氨甲环酸椎弓根钉内固定治疗脊柱侧弯可节约手术时间,提升置钉效果,术中出血量与围手术期输血量较少。
摘要:根据提速客车转向架橡胶球铰的结构特点,结合橡胶的本构模型及相关系数,利用ABAQUS软件对其径向刚度、轴向刚度、偏转刚度和扭转刚度进行了分析,并将计算结果和试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:计算结果和试验结果具有较好的一致性,利用有限元分析能指导橡胶球铰及同类产品的结构设计。
摘要:通过分析变电所的现状,详细分析了用于变电所的数据采集系统的设计方案。介绍了该实时数据采集系统的结构及各部分的作用。重点介绍了模拟量输入电路和开关量输入电路,分析了对信号进行的采集处理的过程。针对不同特性的信号,采取了的不同的处理方法。最后对综合信息采集系统各部分之间的通信联络实现方法进行了研究,提出了利用RS-485构成局部网络的构想,为实现采集数据的广泛应用打下基础。
