A nove. ray.tracing planning me.hod comb.ne. with succe.sive.y.optimizing e.e. and odd powe. coe.ficie.ts of phase.poly.omials in turn is propose., which can succe.sfully.de.ign a non-rotational asy.me.ry.CGH for the.te.ts of FOSs with an F-O le.s. A ne. e.ght-ste. fab.ication proce.s is also pre.e.te. aiming to solve.the.prob.e. that the.line.idth on the.same.circle.of the.CGH for te.ting fre.form surface.is not uniform.
