摘要：In the field of engineering, LabVIEW and MATLAB are the languages most commonly used by program developers. Howev-er, they have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The combination of the two will undoubtedly facilitate program develop-ment. Design of inference engine is the key point and difficulty in the design of fault diagnosis expert system. This paper combinesLabVIEW and MATLAB to design the inference engine of fault diagnosis expert system based on the advantages of the graphical pro-gramming environment and signal analysis toolkit of LabVIEW without the defect of neural network toolkit. In addition, it introducesthe implementation methods and precautions for combination of LabVIEW and BP network so as to make LabVIWE amd BP benefitfrom each other, which is of great pragmatic value.

摘要：Performance and reliability experiments on BJD-6100EV electric buses, jointlydeveloped by Beijing Institute of Technology and Beijing Public Transport Company, are *** power model of battery pack is established and maximum output power is analyzed. A permanentmagnetic direct current (PMDC) motor with enhanced windings is developed for the bus. Torque-speedcharacteristics of the motor are modeled and performance of electric bus is analyzed. Computationalmethod of the range of electric bus is proposed and discussed. Experiments show that electric buscan realize design requirements. Computational methods are verified with the help of field test. Itis expected that design and computation method will provide helpful reference to development ofelectric vehicles.

摘要：The device structure and technical processings of quasi-planar self-aligned silicon avalanche electron emission array arc introduced. The processing step at the edge of electron emission region is about 10nm only and the width of self-aligned current channel of shallow As implantation is about 3μm. Its I-V characteristics show a larger linear region and lower series resistance than that of the previous silicon avalanche electron emission devices. Some of the electron emission characteristics are also discussed in this paper.

摘要：This paper presents an aerodynamic optimum design method for transonic turbine cascades based on the Genetic Algorithms coupled to the inviscid flow Euler solver and the boundary-layer *** Genetic Algorithms control the evolution of a population of cascades towards an optimum *** fitness value of each string is evaluated using the flow solver. The design procedur6 has been developed and the behavior of the genetic algorithms has been tested. The objective functions of the design examples are the minimum mean-square deviation between the aimed pressure and computed pressure and the minimum amount of user expertise.

摘要：A method for optimizing automotive doors under multiple criteria involving the side impact, stiffness, natural frequency, and structure weight is presented. Metamodeling technique is employed to construct approximations to replace the high computational simulation models. The approximating functions for stiffness and natural frequency are constructed using Taylor series approximation. Three popular approximation techniques,*** response surface (PRS), stepwise regression (SR), and Kriging are studied on their accuracy in the construction of side impact functions. Uniform design is employed to sample the design space of the door impact analysis. The optimization problem is solved by a multi-objective genetic algorithm. It is found that SR technique is superior to PRS and Kriging techniques in terms of accuracy in this study. The numerical results demonstrate that the method successfully generates a well-spread Pareto optimal set. From this Pareto optimal set, decision makers can select the most suitable design according to the vehicle program and its application.

摘要：The current computer-aided technologies in design and product development, the evolution of CAD modeling, and a framework of multi-volume CADmodeling system for heterogeneous object design and fabrication are presented inthis paper. The multi-volume CAD modeling system is presented based on nonmanifold topological elements. Material identifications are defined as design attributes introduced along with geometric and topological information at the designstage. Extended Euler operation and reasoning Boolean operations for merging andextraction are executed according to the associated material identifications in thedeveloped multi-volume modeling system for heterogeneous object. An applicationexample and a pseudo-processing algorithm for prototyping of heterogeneous structure through solid free-form fabrication are also described.
