摘要：在继电保护、安全自动装置及其二次回路上或相关一次设备上工作时,为防范人身、电网或设备安全事故事件应采取隔离措施,二次措施单作为二次安全措施执行的书面依据,对保证电气二次回路上工作的正确性有着十分重要的作用。目前,二次措施单的规范性和正确性只能通过人工排查,难以发现二次措施单的错误。如果人工未能查出有问题的二次措施单,按照错误的二次措施单执行二次安全措施,可能造成电力事故的发生。本文采用二次措施单语义识别和校验专家库,设计开发了基于专家库的二次措施单智能校验系统。引入二次措施单语义校核功能,利用专家库的方法,通过设定的规则与专家库进行比对,完成二次措施单的语义校验。经实验验证,基于专家库的二次措施单智能校验系统大大提高了二次措施单的规范性和准确性,解决了现有的人工校核二次措施单容易出错且效率低下的问题。

摘要：目的探讨老年人群股骨近端不同区域骨质微观结构特点,为假体的设计改良及分析结构特征提供解剖学参考。方法选取内蒙古医科大学人体解剖学微计算机断层扫描实验室60~80岁完整尸体,共获得30例完整股骨近端骨标本,利用微计算机断层扫描(Micro-CT)仪,并使用自带分析测量软件测量股骨头近端压力骨小梁(PPT)、远端压力骨小梁(DPT)、股骨颈头下部(FHNJ)、股骨颈头颈部(HNFN)、股骨颈基底部(BPFN)、转子间线(IL)和大转子(GT)7个区域骨小梁厚度、骨小梁数量、骨小梁间隙、骨密度和连通性等参数。结果骨密度:IL和GT的数值均大于BPFN、FHNJ、DPT、PPT。骨小梁厚度:GT的数值最大,IL、BPFN、HNFN 3个部位次之,FHNJ、DPT、PPT 3个部位最小。骨小梁间隙:IL的数值大于GT,两者数据均大于其余部位,其中DPT和PPT最小。骨小梁数量:IL和GT数值最小,BPFN、HNFN、FHNJ较大,DPT最大。体积分数:IL的数值最小,BPFN、HNFN较大,DPT和PPT最大。结论老年股骨近端GT及IL骨密度、骨小梁厚度、骨体积和总体积均较大,好发骨折的原因并非内在骨微结构存在薄弱;垂直骨小梁近端及远端骨密度、骨小梁厚度及骨小梁间隙较小,如需进行髓芯减压做假体填充,设计时要有利于填充假体的力学传导和周围骨组织的再生。

摘要：The GABAergic neurons in the parafacial zone（PZ） play an important role in sleep-wake regulation and have been identified as part of a sleep-promoting center in the brainstem, but the long-range connections mediating this function remain poorly characterized. Here, we performed whole-brain mapping of both the inputs and outputs of the GABAergic neurons in the PZ of the mouse brain. We used the modified rabies virus Env A-DG-Ds Red combined with a Cre/lox P gene-expression strategy to map the direct monosynaptic inputs to the GABAergic neurons in the PZ, and found that they receive inputs mainly from the hypothalamic area, zona incerta, and parasubthalamic nucleus in the hypothalamus; the substantia nigra, pars reticulata and deep mesencephalic nucleus in the midbrain;and the intermediate reticular nucleus and medial vestibular nucleus（parvocellular part） in the pons and *** also mapped the axonal projections of the PZ GABAergic neurons with adeno-associated virus, and defined the reciprocal connections of the PZ GABAergic neurons with their input and output nuclei. The newlyfound inputs and outputs of the PZ were also listed compared with the literature. This cell-type-specific neuronal whole-brain mapping of the PZ GABAergic neurons may reveal the circuits underlying various functions such as sleep-wake regulation.

摘要：针对可替代性产品的市场扩散过程,研究多区域市场情形下产品扩散的机制与规律,对于企业营销战略的制定和资源调配具有重要的指导意义.首先,分析了两区域市场情形下的可替代性产品扩散规律,建立了具有普遍意义的基于抽象接受函数的可替代性产品扩散模型;然后,分别讨论了所有产品均有正广告效用和产品有非负广告效用时,模型正平衡点和非负平衡点局部渐近稳定的条件,分析了区际间人口流动率对不同条件下广告效用和口碑效应的影响,获得了没有广告宣传的产品占有市场或被淘汰的阈值:最后,通过数值模拟验证了研究结论的有效性,揭示了人口流动率、口碑效应、广告效用等因素对产品扩散的影响.

摘要：Color tunable thin film polymer solar cells have demonstrated the potentials of a wide applications in photovoltaics printing, which is significant for ink pollution reduction and energy saving. This work presents a new effective approach to realize color-tuning photovoltaic cells with optical microcavity structures. Aluminum-doped zinc oxide is utilized as electron transport layer material. With its high electrical conductivity, the thickness tuning range can be quite large, which means the cavity length has a wide variation range. It thus provides sufficient space for optical thin film design to obtain multi colors. By the transfer matrix method, device reflection and absorption spectra are numerically investigated. Based on that, the optical principles for color tunability are explored. In further step, the relationship between device photovoltaics performance and reflective colors are also discussed. Finally, the color coordinates and luminosities are calculated. As results, the colors of the devices designed are capable to cover a relatively large region in Commission Internationale de l′Eclairage(CIE) 1931 x, y chromaticity diagram, which is available to be integrated into the advertisement poster boards, building wall printing and other display applications.

摘要：A novel n-type junctionless field-effect transistor(JLFET) with a step-gate-oxide(SGO) structure is proposed to suppress the gate-induced drain leakage(GIDL) effect and off-state current I_(off).Introducing a 6-nm-thick tunnel-gateoxide and maintaining 3-nm-thick control-gate-oxide,lateral band-to-band tunneling(L-BTBT) width is enlarged and its tunneling probability is reduced at the channel-drain surface,leading the off-state current I_(off) to decrease ***,the thicker tunnel-gate-oxide can reduce the influence on the total gate capacitance of JLFET,which could alleviate the capacitive load of the transistor in the circuit *** simulation shows that I_(off) of the new optimized JLFET reduced significantly with little impaction on its on-state current Ion and threshold voltage V_(TH) becoming less,thus showing an improved I_(on)/I_(off) ratio(5×10^(4)) and subthreshold swing(84 mV/dec),compared with the scenario of the normal *** influence of the thickness and length of SGO structure on the performance of JLFET are discussed in detail,which could provide useful instruction for the device design.

摘要：In this paper, a class of new biased estimators for linear model is proposed by modifying the singular values of the design matrix so as to directly overcome the difficulties caused by ill_conditioning in the design matrix. Some important properties of these new estimators are obtained. By appropriate choices of the biased parameters, we construct many useful and important estimators. An application of these new estimators in three_dimensional position adjustment by distance in a spatial coordiate surveys is given. The results show that the proposed biased estimators can effectively overcome ill_conditioning and their numerical stabilities are preferable to ordinary least square estimation.

摘要：随着医疗技术的不断进步,场效应治疗仪作为一种新兴的物理治疗设备,在临床中的应用越来越广泛。但与其他电子设备一样,其在发挥治疗效果的同时也可能会对周边的电子设备产生电磁干扰,进而影响这些设备的正常工作。因此,开展场效应治疗仪的电磁兼容检测方法研究具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。文章首先介绍了场效应治疗仪的基本工作原理及其在临床治疗中的应用现状,并分析了电磁兼容的基本概念与适用标准,以及当前电磁兼容测试技术的最新发展状况。通过试验验证了所提出的检测方法的有效性,并对试验结果进行了详细的分析和讨论。最后对研究成果进行总结,并展望了未来场效应治疗仪电磁兼容检测技术的研究方向。不仅为场效应治疗仪的性能评估提供科学依据,也为相关医疗设备的电磁兼容设计提供参考,对提升医疗设备的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。

摘要：AIM: To evaluate contrast visual acuity(CVA) after implantation of an aspheric apodized diffractive intraocular lens(IOL) or a spherical apodized diffractive IOL in cataract surgery. ·METHODS: This prospective randomized controlled study with a 12-month follow-up compared the results of cataract surgery with implantation of an aspheric AcrySof ReSTOR SN6AD3 IOL(30 eyes) and a spherical AcrySof ReSTOR SN60D3 IOL(30 eyes). CVA with best distance correction was measured at 4 contrast levels(100%,25%,10% and 5%) under 3 levels of chart luminance [250,85 and 25 candelas per square meter(cd/m2)] using a multi-functional visual acuity tester(MFVA-100). ·RESULTS: At 12 months after surgery,there were no statistically significant differences in 100% CVA and 25% CVA under 250cd/m2(P100% =0.875 and P25% =0.057) and 85cd/m2(P100% =0.198 and P25% =0.193) between the aspheric group and the spherical group. However,the 10% CVA and 5% CVA were significant better in aspheric group than spherical group under 250cd/m2(P10% =0.042 and P5% = 0.007) and 85cd/m2(P10% =0.002 and P5%=0.039). Under the luminance level of 25cd/m 2,no significant differences was found in the 100% CVA between the 2 group(P100% = 0.245),while aspheric group had better visual acuity in the remaining 3 contracts(P25% =0.023,P10% =0.026 and P5% = 0.002,respectively). ·CONCULSION: The aspheric AcrySof ReSTOR SN6AD3 IOL provided patients with better low-contrast visual acuity than the spherical AcrySof ReSTOR SN60D3 IOL.
