摘要：针对东北垄作区免耕播种玉米存在的垄台清理效果差,机具堵塞严重,作业效率低等问题,设计了凹形圆盘式玉米垄作免耕播种机,研究了凹形圆盘式垄台清理装置,通过分析其运动特点,确定了其关键结构参数。在玉米秸秆覆盖的垄作地的试验结果显示,凹形圆盘式玉米垄作免耕播种机垄台清理效果好,能够有效防止秸秆堵塞,形成清洁种床。种肥间距为47mm,均匀性好。土壤扰动量为22%,播种后种带秸秆覆盖率降低了75.9%,有利于提高苗期地温,改善播种质量,可较好满足东北垄作区玉米免耕播种的要求。

摘要：The rapid development in the dig.tal circuit desig. enhances the applications on very larg. scale integ.ation era. Encoders are one among.the dig.tal circuits found in all communication systems. The polar encoding.is mainly meant for its channel achieving.property. It finds its application in communications, sensing.and information theory. This coding.proposed by Erdal Arikan is sig.ificant because of its zero error floors and simple architecture for hardware implementation. In this paper, a folded polar encoder is desig.ed to start from the fully parallel architecture and proceeds with its data flow g.aph, delay requirement calculation, lifetime analysis and reg.ster allocation, which results in a very larg. scale integ.ation architecture with minimum hardware utilization. The results are simulated for 4 and 8 parallel folded 32-bit polar encoder using.Xilinx 14.6 ISIM and implemented in Virtex 5 field prog.ammable g.te array. A comparison is made on fully parallel and various folding.techniques based on their resource utilization.

摘要：This paper examines the use of 3D electronic medium as a tool for procuring.detailed desig. information for the Sandridg. Bridg. Travellers project. The Sandridg. Bridg. Travellers project required the production of 10 7.5 m of tall × 5 ― 12 m of wide fig.res under very tig.t prog.amme and budg.t constraints. This was achieved throug. a synthesis of art and eng.neering. whereby structure and sculpture become one and the same. Traditional procurement routes would have entailed the production and interpretation of drawing. and desig. details at all discipline interfaces before fabrication; an approach that was unfeasible g.ven the constraints. Instead, The Travellers project saw a sing.e electronic file pass backwards and forwards from client to architect, eng.neer, and fabricator, with information from the initial artistic concept work phases throug. to analysis, desig., member scheduling.and fabrication all integ.ated and facilitated by a sing.e electronic medium. Key to the delivery was the use of 3D modeling.and scripting.prog.ams that enabled the efficient use and development of desig. information throug. all stag.s of the desig. process. 摘要：The development of safe technolog.es to g.netically modify neurons is of g.eat interest in reg.nerative neurolog., for both translational and basic science applications. Such approaches have conventionally been heavily reliant on viral transduction methods, which have safety and production limitations. Mag.etofection （mag.et-assisted g.ne transfer using.iron oxide nanoparticles as vectors） has emerg.d as a hig.ly promising.non-viral alternative for safe and reproducible g.netic modification of neurons. Despite the hig. potential of this technolog., there is an important g.p in our knowledg. of the safety of this approach, namely, whether it alters neuronal function in adverse ways, such as by altering.neuronal excitability and sig.aling. We have investig.ted the effects of mag.etofection in primary cortical neurons by examining.neuronal excitability using.the whole cell patch clamp technique. We found no evidence that mag.etofection alters the voltag.-dependent sodium and potassium ionic currents that underpin excitability. Our study provides important new data supporting.mag.etofection as a safe technolog. for bioeng.neering.of neuronal cell populations.

摘要：Orig.nally identified as allelochemicals involved in plant-parasite interactions, more recently, Strig.lactones （SLs） have been shown to play multiple key roles in the rhizosphere communication between plants and mycorrhizal fung.. Even more recent is the hormonal role ascribed to SLs which broadens the biolog.cal impact of these relatively simple molecules. In spite of the crucial and multifaceted biolog.cal role of SLs, there are no data on the receptor（s） which bind（s） such active molecules, neither in the producing.plants nor in parasitic weeds or AM fung.. Information about the putative receptor of SLs can be g.thered by means of structural, molecular, and g.netic approaches. Our contribution on this topic is the desig. and synthesis of fluorescent labeled SL analog. to be used as probes for the detection in vivo of the receptor（s）. Knowledg. of the putative receptor structure will boost the research on analog. of the natural substrates as required for ag.icultural applications.
