摘要：The outbreak in Shanghai,China in 2022 brought huge challenges to this protracted battle against the *** on the deliberate metaphor theory,this study uses the news reports of Shanghai’s fight against the COVID-19 pandemic as the corpus and uses quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the types and characteristics of deliberate metaphors and its pragmatic purpose in a specific *** results show that there are various types used in news reports,among which War metaphor,Climate metaphor and Education metaphor are used *** deliberate metaphors makes the news more understandable attractively and pleasantly,thus evoking the emotional resonance of the public.

摘要：This article employs the theory of conceptual metaphor to conduct a thorough analysis and exploration of translation strategies for the metaphors in Song Ci. Ci, a treasure in ancient Chinese literature, makes frequent use of metaphor. Its unique form of expression and abundant artistic effects often create difficulties in translation. This study selects some representative metaphor examples from Song Ci to explore the patterns and strategies in the translation process. The study reveals that in face of the metaphors in Song Ci, translators need to comprehensively apply strategies such as retaining the metaphor, replacing the metaphor, and translating the literal meaning to ensure the quality of translation while restoring the aesthetic charm of the original metaphor.

摘要：This paper applies Newmark’s communicative translation and semantic translation theory to analyzing the English translation of Chinese public signs and its pragmatic functions. It finds that communicative translation is typically used to fulfill the communicative function of public signs. Both communicative and semantic translation are employed to adapt to different situational contexts, in order to preserve the pragmatic functions of the Chinese public signs. The differences between Chinese and English lead to pragmatic errors in translation, making the translator’s bilingual proficiency and familiarity with English culture necessary. The fundamental principle of public sign translation is to be concise and clear, which often requires modifying some complex rhetorical devices from Chinese in translation.

摘要：针对适航条款CCAR 25.773(a)(1)对驾驶舱视界的要求,通过对比分析美国航天推荐准则(ARP)4101/2和咨询通告(AC)25.773-1,从清晰无障碍视界、着陆视界和视界障碍物三个方面对驾驶舱视界的适航符合性验证评估指标进行了总结。着重分析了无障碍视界范围和视界障碍物投影尺寸的测量方法,并通过VB对CATIA二次开发的方式将其编制成驾驶舱视界测量程序。最后对某型飞机三维驾驶舱模型的无障碍视界和视界障碍物(风挡前立柱,左前立柱,左侧立柱)投影尺寸进行测量,从驾驶舱视界适航验证的角度对该三维驾驶舱模型的驾驶舱视界设计提出一定的建议。

摘要：设计的斩波式中频点焊电源主电路由一对反向串联的IGBT及其保护电路组成,两个IGBT在设定的占空比通断信号控制下轮流导通,从而实现了焊接变压器次级交流斩波波形的输出,线路简单、工作稳定可靠。以S7-200PLC为核心,设计开发了电源及焊接过程控制系统。其中,斩波控制信号由基于TL494的PWM信号发生电路产生,该电路还可对斩波电压进行闭环控制实现网压补偿。空载调试结果表明,PLC控制系统的软、硬件设计合理,能够控制主电路按照设定的占空比输出理想的斩波电压波形。从输出波形可以看出,该电源可获得较高的调节精度及连续稳定的能量输出,理想焊接工艺性更理想。

摘要：目的研究飞行仪表布局变化对飞行员观察各仪表注视时间、注视点、仪表间注视转移频率和扫视轨迹的影响,以开展飞机飞行仪表布局的工效学评估。方法设计眼动测量试验,通过搭建简易仿真平台,让12名被试驾驶塞斯纳172、波音737-300和波音737-800依次完成直线爬升、平直飞行和水平转弯3个阶段的模拟飞行任务,同时记录被试的眼动数据。结果 (1)同一飞行任务中飞行员对各飞行仪表的注视时间百分比和注视点百分比没有因为仪表布局的差异而产生显著性差异。(2)对于不同型号飞机的飞行仪表布局,同一飞行任务中飞行员在各飞行仪表间的注视转移频率基本一致,但对波音737-800飞机飞行仪表的扫视轨迹长度更短且具有明显差异。结论随着飞行仪表布局的优化,飞行员观察飞行仪表时的注意力分配和各仪表间的注视转移频率并无明显差异,但扫视轨迹长度逐渐变短且变化显著。

摘要：当前城市河道洪峰流量可采用水利部门或市政部门暴雨计算公式进行计算,以上两个计算公式受各自成立的前提条件限制,若直接用于城市河道洪峰流量计算,与实际流量存在较大偏差。以市政部门暴雨计算公式的极限强度理论为基础,将一条河道流域划分为若干子汇水分区,分别计算各子汇水分区汇入河道的洪峰流量及时间,从上游至下游依次将各汇水子分区排口洪峰流量与该排口上游河道洪峰流量错峰叠加,计算出每个子汇水分区排口下游两个可能的洪峰流量,将两个计算结果进行比较并取最大值,该最大值即为该处排口下游河道的洪峰流量。

摘要：A new linac injector CSR-LINAC for the Cooler Storage Ring of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL-CSR) is proposed to improve the performance of the HIRFL. As a key component of the CSRLINAC, the 108.48-MHz radio frequency quadrupole(RFQ) is under design at the Institute of Modern *** ions with mass-to-charge ratios of 3–7 will be accelerated from 4 to 300 keV/u by the RFQ. In the beam dynamics design, the New Four-Section Procedure is adopted to improve the transmission efficiency and obtain a compact structure. In this paper, a transmission efficiency of 98.0% in the 3.07-m-long cavity was obtained. The Interdigital H-type structure is employed because of its mechanical stability and high shunt impedance. The RF performance of the cavity is investigated by the electromagnetic simulation. The optimized results of the electric field to meet the beam dynamics requirements are presented in this paper.
