摘要：提出了机械化农艺体系的概念,针对黄淮海井灌区小麦玉米一年两熟轮作种植制度,设计了一个既符合农学要求又符合机械化作业要求的小麦玉米机械化轮作生产种植规格。根据种植规格和保护性耕作的要求,集成了动力防堵、粉碎灭茬播种和隔行深松等技术,研发了适合机械化农艺体系的系列机具,并对轮作区全程机械化机具开发中的基本规格、基本参数和功能提出了优化要求。

摘要：为了明确机械式株距无级调节器在玉米播种机上的工作性能,以本校设计的一种播种机电控株距无级调节器为对象,阐述了其基本结构和工作原理,进行了株距调节性能的分析;以排种器的合格指数、漏播指数、重播指数和变异系数为试验指标,对株距无级调节器的工作性能进行试验。结果表明:播种机电控株距无级调节器工作稳定、播种机前进速度为4km/h时,666.7m2株数为4 000、5 000时的合格指数分别为89.01%、90.00%;播种机前进速度为7 km/h时,666.7 m2株数为4 000、5 000时的合格指数分别为90.65%、90.11%以上数据均达到国家标准。
