摘要：The OsLpa1 gene（LOC_Os02g57400） was identified to be involved in phytic acid（PA） metabolism because its knockout and missense mutants reduce PA content in rice grain. However, little is known about the molecular characteristics of OsLpa1 in rice and of its homologues in other plants. In the present study, the spatial pattern of OsLpa1 expression was revealed using OsLpa1 promoter：：GUS transgenic plants（GUS： β-glucuronidase）; GUS histochemical assay showed that OsLpa1 was strongly expressed in stem, leaf, and root tissues, but in floral organ it is expressed mainly and strongly in filaments. In seeds, GUS staining was concentrated in the aleurone layers; a few blue spots were observed in the outer layers of embryo, but no staining was observed in the endosperm. Three OsLpa1 transcripts（OsLpa1.1, OsLpa1.2, OsLpa1.3） are produced due to alternative splicing; quantitative reversetranscriptase polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） analysis revealed that the abundance of OsLpa1.3 was negligible compared with OsLpa1.1 and OsLpa1.2 in all tissues. OsLpa1.2 is predominant in germinating seeds（about 5 times that of OsLpa1.1）, but its abundance decreases quickly with the development of seedlings and plants, whereas the abundance of OsLpa1.1 rises and falls, reaching its highest level in 45-d-old plants, with abundance greater than that of OsLpa1.2 in both leaves and roots. In seeds, the abundance of OsLpa1 continuously increases with seed growth, being 27.5 and 15 times greater in 28-DAF（day after flowering） seeds than in 7-DAF seeds for OsLpa1.1 and OsLpa1.2, respectively. Transient expression of chimeric genes with green fluorescence protein（GFP） in rice protoplasts demonstrated that all proteins encoded by the three OsLpa1 transcripts are localized to the chloroplast.

摘要：提出应用静电力矩反馈的方法解决一种新型转子式陀螺的欠阻尼问题。设计了静电力矩反馈的机械结构,并对其进行了建模分析以及有限元仿真验证。通过对比不同反馈条件下陀螺的动态响应发现,该方法可以显著改善陀螺的动态特性。随着反馈电压的增加,陀螺系统从欠阻尼状态无限趋近临界阻尼状态。考虑到介质击穿的限制以及反馈强度对幅频特性的影响,最终确定反馈电压应设置在100V附近。此时,系统单位阶跃响应的过冲由开环时的87%以上降低到约5%,稳定时间由1.3s缩短为0.1s左右。

摘要：针对大型温室群普遍存在耗能高、监测困难及温度调控滞后等问题,设计集光伏发电、低功耗广域物联网和长短期记忆网络预测技术于一体的温室监控系统。根据广西桂南地区的气候特征,通过Ecotect仿真得出屋顶光伏组件覆盖率在25%或33%时可兼顾光伏发电和温室内部采光效果。监控系统利用LoRa和NB—IoT技术混合组网实现环境参数的无线采集,上位机结合云平台及物联网技术对温室环境进行远程监控,并运用采集数据训练WOA—LSTM模型为温度预测提供支撑。测试表明,系统通信距离在500 m内,丢包率不超过3%,满足大型温室群对环境信息采集和稳定传输的需求,温度预测模型的均方根误差和平均绝对误差分别为0.476℃、0.367℃,可为温度预测和提前调控提供参考。该系统能够实现温室环境的实时监测、温度预测与调控,可为进一步提高温室种植作物的产量和质量提供借鉴。

摘要：为深入剖析与诊断我国南方城市污水处理厂进水浓度较低的原因,以华南某市建成区为例,选取5种典型用地类型共306个地块开展调查和实测,对其污水排放特征进行了研究。结果表明,研究区域内合流、清污分流不彻底和较彻底的地块排水BOD_(5)日平均浓度均值分别为95.10、118.51、145.24 mg/L;5类典型地块中,居民小区和公共机构地块的排水污染物日平均浓度相对较低,其中COD日平均浓度均值分别为255.58、219.94 mg/L,公共机构地块排水BOD_(5)日平均浓度均值不足100 mg/L;不同类型地块排水水质差异较明显,除工业地块外,其他地块排水的BOD_(5)/TN值普遍集中在2.29~3.56,低于可生物脱氮指标(BOD_(5)/TN≥4);与国内其他地区相比,华南地区人均用水量偏高可能是导致地块排水水质浓度相对偏低的原因。提升地块排水管道清污分离程度是排水系统提质增效的关键因素之一。

摘要：渗流计算在大坝设计与运用中扮演着重要的角色,快速、准确确定坝体各分区渗透系数是渗流计算的中心工作。利用拉丁超立方抽样(LHS)生成均布渗透系数反演数据集,以BP神经网络作为基础模型,引入寻优能力强、收敛速度快的新算法冠豪猪优化器(CPO)寻优模型超参数,形成完整的LHS-CPO-BP神经网络渗透系数反演模型。利用该模型对某黏土斜墙坝工程坝体分区材料进行渗透系数反演。将反演结果带入有限元模型进行正分析得到计算测点水头值并与实测水头值进行比较,同时对比了其它几种常见元启发式算法与BP神经网络组合模型的反演效果。结果表明,LHS-CPO-BP神经网络反演模型对测试集的预测效果较好,模型各输出的相关系数R2均不低于0.816。由实际渗透系数预测值计算出的计算水头值与实际测点水头值的最大相对误差不超过1.187%,精度明显优于其余几种对比模型。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。

摘要：Rock pillar is the key supporting component in underground *** an earthquake,the key rock pillar must bear both the seismic load and the load transferred from other damaged *** paper attempts to reveal the influence of the mainshock on damage evolution and failure characteristic of the key rock pillar during aftershocks by cyclic loading test of *** levels of pre-damage stress(i.e.,10,30,50 and 70 MPa)in the first cycle were used to simulate the mainshock damage,and then cyclic stress with the same amplitude(namely 10 MPa)was conducted in the subsequent cycles to simulate the aftershock until rock *** results indicate that the presence of pre-damage has an obvious weakening effect on the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of rock materials during the aftershock ***,the increase of pre-damage significantly changes the final failure pattern of the key rock pillar,and leads to an increase in the proportion of small-scale rock *** study may contribute to understanding the seismic capacity of the unreinforced rock pillar during mainshock-aftershock seismic sequences and to optimizing the design of the key rock pillar in underground engineering.

摘要：A novel series of first procaspase activating compound（PAC-1） analogues was designed, synthesized and evaluated for antitumor activity towards two cell lines[human promyelocytic leukemia cell line（HL60） and human embryonic lung fibroblast cell line（HLF）] by the MTT[3-（4,5）-dimethylthiahiazo（-z-yl）-3,5-di-phenytetrazo- liumromide] method in vitro. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by IH NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Among the compounds synthesized^（E）-2-[（3-{[4-（tert-buty~）benzy~]（methy~）amin~}pr^py~）（methy~）amin~]- N＇-[4-（diethylamino）-2-hydroxybenzylidene]acetohydrazide（compound 6n） exhibits a good anti-proliferative activity to the majority of tumor cells tested, and selectively cleaves cancer cells. Thus, compound 6n was identified as promising lead compound for further structural modification.

摘要：设计了一种新型的LED阵列式紫外固化光源系统,该系统主要包括多路可控恒流源,紫外LED空间阵列及光学系统等,其中紫外LED空间阵列结构提高了光源的辐照度和均匀性。在分析光源结构的基础上,对其光学系统进行了设计,给出了LED空间阵列光学系统的设计方法和设计实例,并利用Light Tools光学仿真软件对其进行了模拟。结果表明:采用该光学设计方法得到的空间阵列辐照系统,其紫外辐照度可达200 mW/cm2,辐照面上光强分布均匀稳定,能够满足紫外光固化过程对光源的指标要求。

摘要：The linearity of the traveling-wave tube is a very important characteristic for a modern communication system. To improve the linearity of the traveling-wave tube at no expense of the saturated output power and overall efficiency, a modified pitch profile combined with a small adjustment of operating parameters is proposed. The optimal design of the helix circuit is evaluated theoretically by a large signal analysis, and the experimental test is also carried out to make a comparison of performance between the novel and original designed traveling-wave tubes. The experiments show that the saturated output powers and efficiencies of these two tubes are close to each other, while the linearity of the traveling-wave tube is obviously improved. The total phase shift and AM/PM conversion at saturation of the novel tube, averaged over the operating band, are only 30.6°/d B and 2.5°/d B, respectively, which are 20.1°/d B and 1.6°/d B lower than those of the original tube, respectively. Moreover, the third-order intermodulation of the novel tube is up to 2.2 d Bc lower than that of the original tube.
