摘要：How to write a beautiful story？ It is an important question to Chinese writers because novel has not been regarded as a formal genre until late Qing Dynasty. Pu Songling answers this question with his work liao zhai zhi yi （Strange tales from a Chinese studio）. This paper aims to study his narrative arts. There are four sections included. In part 1, this paper introduces a definition of the aesthetic dialectics and its embodiment in Chinese classical literary theory; in part 2, this paper takes the liao zhai story as example to interpret Pu Songling＇s dialectic relation between description and narration; in part 3, I will show how liao zhai presents beauty by unexpected but reasonable changes; and in last part, I give more importance to the stories concerning ordinary things for the reason that Pu Songling could make them interesting and beautiful. In the end, the paper concludes that Pu Songling is successful storyteller by using dialectic arts, which should be learned by Chinese writers.

摘要：Diamidine （A） was identified in our in vitro bio-assay as a possible inhibitor of ketol-acid reductoisomerase （KARI） from the ACD database search based on the known three-dimensional crystal structure of KARI. An investigation on interaction of A on KARI active sites, led to the design and synthesis of 15 novel monoamidines. Some of those showed better biological activity than A on rice KARI （in vitro） and in greenhouse herbicidal tests （in vivo）. The structure-biological activity relationship was investigated, which provides valuable information to further study of potential KARI inhibitors.

摘要：To overcome the trade-off between the devisable micro structure and the excellent tensile ductility of bulk metallic glass composites(BMGCs),a novel ex-situ and in-situ hybrid strategy is successfully proposed to design a series of the work-hardenable ductile Ti-based multilayered BMGCs(ML-BMGCs).The asprepared ML-BMGCs,consisting of α-phases,β-phases and amorphous phases,exhibit a controllable multilayered structure of the Ti layers and the amorphous layers with alternative *** size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases are tuned by Nb *** is found that the ML-BMGCs possess a suitable size and volume fraction of the crystalline phases when Nb microalloying content are5%(at.) or 8%(at.),and they obtain an optimum combination of the specific strength of 243 MPa g kg-1 or 216 MPa g kg-1,and tensile plasticity of 4.33%±0.1 % or 5.10%±0.1%.The deformation mechanism of the as-prepared ML-BMGCs during tension is also *** ex-situ Ti layers and in-situ dendrites together effectively serve as absorbers to suppress the propagation of shear bands and multiply shear *** the defo rmation of ex-situ α-Ti phases by dislocation slip and the transformation from in-situ metastable β-Ti phase to orthorhombic α-Ti during tension impart significant work-hardening capability to the ML-B *** present study provides a guidance of developing novel high-performance BMGCs with a controllable micro structure.

摘要：利用2008−2019年浙江省杭州市春季(2−4月)逐日探空资料和欧洲中期天气预报中心第五代再分析数据集(ERA5),分析逆温层的时空分布特征、量化垂直空间基差风险,为优化茶叶气象指数保险方案设计、约定测站选择及向茶农宣导逆温层现象提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)现有气象站在垂直方向的分布密度尚不能覆盖参保区域的整体风险性,即使约定测站与参保标的距离相近,也会因海拔差、逆温层等原因导致垂直基差风险。(2)杭州地区2月逆温层厚度和强度高于3月、4月,2月开采的早生茶树品种需谨慎选择约定测站以降低基差风险。(3)气象指数厘定灾损和实际灾损存在差异,处于逆温层的参保户可能面临较大垂直空间基差风险,需建立基于海拔的精细化理赔产品,依海拔进行投保及理赔,从而降低垂直空间基差风险。

摘要：Thirteen new ethyl 2-（N-substituted-arylsulfonamido）-2-oxoacetates（3a-3m）, based on the structure of Ketol-acid reductoisomerase（KARI） inhibitor IpOHA, were designed and synthesized. Their structures were established on the basis of ^1H NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analyses. The bioassay result reveals that the structural changes from hydroxyl group on the N atom of IpOHA to arylsulfonyl groups does not enhance the inhibitory activity of the compounds to KARI in vitro. Compounds 3c, 3h, 3k, and 3m are more effective than IpOHA against the monocotyledonous bamygrass at 100 ug/mL in herbicidal tests.
