摘要：Li-metal anodes are one of the most promising energy storage systems that can considerably exceed the current technology to meet the ever-increasing demand of power applications. The apparent cycling performances and dendrite challenges of Li-metal anodes are highly influenced by the interface layer on the Li-metal anode because the intrinsic high reactivity of metallic Li results in an inevitable solid-state interface layer between the Li-metal and electrolytes. In this review, we summarize the recent progress on the interfacial chemistry regarding the interactions between electrolytes and ion migration through dynamic interfaces. The critical factors that affect the interface formation for constructing a stable interface with a low resistance are reviewed. Moreover, we review emerging strategies for rationally designing multiple-structured solid-state electrolytes and their interfaces, including the interfacial properties within hybrid electrolytes and the solid electrolyte/electrode interface. Finally, we present scientific issues and perspectives associated with Li-metal anode interfaces toward a practical Li-metal battery.

摘要：In recent years, it has been demonstrated that checklists can improve patient safety significantly. To facilitate the effective use of checklists in daily practice, both the medical community and the informatics community propose to implement checklists in dynamic checklist applications that can be integrated into the clinical workflow and that is specific to the patient context. However, it is difficult to develop such applications because they are tightly intertwined with the content of specific checklists. We propose a platform that enables access to dynamic checklist applications by configuring the infrastructures provided in the platform. Then, the applications can be developed without time-consuming programming work. We define a number of design criteria regarding point of care and clinical processes by analyzing the existing checklist applications and the lessons learned from ***, by applying rule-based clinical decision support and workflow management technologies, we design technical mechanisms to satisfy the design criteria. A dynamic checklist application platform is designed based on these mechanisms. Finally, we build a platform in various design cycle iterations, driven by multiple clinical cases. By applying the platform, we develop nine comprehensive dynamic checklist applications with 242 dynamic *** results demonstrate both the feasibility and the overall generic nature of the proposed approach. We propose a novel platform for configuring dynamic checklist applications. This platform satisfies the general requirements and can be easily configured to satisfy different scenarios in which safety checklists are used.

摘要：在直流输电工程设计过程中,交流系统等值和背景谐波计算是一个必不可少的环节,为克服目前使用的电力系统分析程序交流全频等值和谐波分析功能的问题,研发了基于PSS/E和BPA数据格式的文件研发全频段交流系统等值和背景谐波计算程序。该程序利用PSS/E或BPA的数据文件,建立元件在谐波频率下的数学模型;采用单一频率下正弦稳态网络的节点分析法,扫描计算交流系统的等值阻抗和背景谐波。同时,利用电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC对程序得到的结果进行验证,结果非常吻合。故该全频段交流系统等值与谐波计算程序可为国内直流输电工程设计提供有用的工具。

摘要：对我国多民族传统文化进行挖掘,结合人体穴位,将具有各民族特点的舞蹈元素经过操化创编出新的操化动作。在动作完成过程中,通过手拍鼓的鼓面对人体穴位的拍击或肢体对鼓面的点击、叩击、拍打、捶击、甩击、敲击、甩打、弹击、撞击、撩击来打通人体经络,产生一定的健身与养生功效。这项创意于传统中国鼓及中国多民族特征与艺术元素的新轻器械体育运动,通过学校体育教育和群众体育发展双途径,弘扬与传承具有中国特色的民族传统文化,在探索体育与中医结合的医用性与健身性,实现全民健身和全民健康上有重要意义。

摘要：为了能够登上民族文化传承的大舞台以赢得更多的关注与支持,强调文化事象族属以及历史的悠久进而凸显传承某个民族文化意义的"传统主义"价值观念成为民族文化传承领域常见的舞台政治学。然而,黎族织锦技艺和黎族民歌艺术的传承过程表明,在文化事象的族属模糊以及历史也并不悠久的情形下,民族文化依然可以获得长足的发展。任何民族文化传统都是历史的产物,超越"传统主义"的局限必须学会谨慎地开发民族文化,将学会"制造"历史视为民族文化传承的历史使命。

摘要：基于IHE技术框架实现医疗信息系统集成是目前的发展方向,对大量现有的系统实现IHE集成功能,进行系统的升级扩展是既高效又经济的方法。以DICOM图像浏览器为例,分IHE模型分析、集成需求分析、集成功能设计三个步骤对现有系统进行IHE集成功能的扩展设计。该方法在对IHE模型进行分析的基础上,首先分析系统在IHE技术框架中所对应的角色、集成模型,事务、数据项和集成功能,并遵循模块化的思想对现有系统进行扩展设计。它可在不改变原有系统功能的基础上,快速进行IHE集成功能的升级扩展。基于该设计方法在范例系统上的实践经验可为其它系统的IHE集成功能设计提供参考。

摘要：目的探索基于我国现有康复体系的偏瘫老人康复服务模式,通过完善康复服务平台并设计适用于居家康复的产品,实现偏瘫老人从医院回归家庭的康复延续性。方法对北京地区医院、社区等服务组织和典型住宅小区失能老人实地调查,采用定性定量的研究方法,分析偏瘫老人生理、心理特点及康复服务需求,总结我国康复体系及北京偏瘫老人康复服务现状。运用服务设计方法,以偏瘫老人为核心,整合康复资源,进行社区康复服务与产品设计。结果搭建出联结各方利益相关者的五方联动延续性偏瘫康复服务平台,实现医疗资源的角色分工及康复信息的双向顺畅传递;设计出一款与服务配套的智能上肢康复辅具,提供个性化康复训练方案,实现居家康复科学性。结论以偏瘫上肢康复为例,整合创新延续性康复服务模式、平台和辅具的联动作用,为偏瘫老人居家康复提供可能,加快其功能康复进程。

摘要：The flammability of thermoplastic polyesters and the subsequent heavy smoke and severe melt drips formed after ignition are the main obstacles hindering their widespread application. In this study, a novel ionic monomer containing sulfonate and benzimidazole was synthesized and incorporated into the main chain of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET, used as a model thermoplastic polyester) by melt copolymerization. The synergetic effect of ionic aggregation and carbonization endowed the obtained copolyester with high melt viscosity and excellent char-forming ability at high temperatures. The copolyester having a monomer content of 8 mol.% easily achieved the Underwriters Laboratories Inc 94(UL-94) V-0 flammability rating without dripping and the limiting oxygen index value reached 33.0 vol.%.In addition, the total smoke production, peak heat release rate,and maximum CO production decreased by 45.2%, 60.5%, and75.0%, respectively, compared with those of PET. In addition,the copolyester was spinnable, and showed greater adsorption efficiency(99.6%) for a cationic dye from solution compared to PET(6.5%), demonstrating the excellent affinity of the copolyester for the cationic dye. The obtained inherently firesafe PET copolyester has great potential for applications in flame retardant textiles, artwork base materials, and decorative materials for transportation applications.

摘要：本文分析了当前主流管理信息系统中普遍存在的问题,并基于Web Service和.NET技术,提出了新一代的管理信息系统技术框架——面向服务的WebMIS软件平台框架。最后介绍了基于Web Service和.NET技术的新一代WebMIS平台的设计与实现。
