摘要：Cu has been proved to possess various beneficial biological activities, while sandblasting and acid etching(SLA) is widely used to modify the commercial dental implant in order to improve osseointegration. Based on the above, a novel antimicrobial dental implant material, Ti-Cu alloy, was treated with SLA, to combine chemical design(Cu addition) and topographical modification(SLA). In this work, the effects of SLA treated Ti-Cu alloys(Ti-Cu/SLA) on osteogenesis, angiogenesis and antibacterial properties were evaluated from both in vitro and in vivo tests, and Ti/SLA and Ti-Cu(without SLA) were served as control groups. Benefiting by the combined effects of chemical design(Cu addition) and micro-submicron hybrid structures(SLA),Ti-Cu/SLA had significantly improved inhibitory effects on oral anaerobic bacteria(P. gingivalis and ***) and could induce upregulation of osteogenic-related and angiogenic-related genes expression in vitro. More importantly, in vivo studies also demonstrated that Ti-Cu/SLA implants had wonderful biological performance. In the osseointegration model, Ti-Cu/SLA implant promoted osseointegration via increasing peri-implant bone formation and presenting good bone-binding, compared to Ti/SLA and Ti-Cu implants. Additionally, in the peri-implantitis model, Ti-Cu/SLA effectively resisted the bone resorption resulted from bacterial infection and meanwhile promoted osseointegration. All these results suggest that the novel multiple functional Ti-Cu/SLA implant with rapid osseointegration and bone resorption inhibition abilities has the potential application in the future dental implantation.

摘要：The theoretical design method of enhanced sensitivity fiber grating （FBG） strain sensors was given, and moreover high qualified strain sensors were developed and fabricated, whose sensing properties were good for practical applications. The strain sensor with cylindrical shell encapsulation contained three tubular structures, due to the uneven surface structure, in the area of the strain concentration, improving the sensitivity. It could achieve the embedment strain measurement and surface measurement and had the advantages of the easy installation. The good agreement was obtained between the measurements and theoretical simulation results. After each calibration test, twenty-four FBG strain sensors and six FBG temperature compensation sensors have been installed on the undersurface of the box girder of Diaoshuiyan bridge in Yongtaiwen highway. Finally, we built up a long-term structure health system for the highway bridge.

摘要：Novel ZrB_(2)-matrix composites were designed and prepared by in-situ introducing SiC and Zr_(2)[Al(Si)]_(4)C_(5) simultaneously for the first *** obtained composites were dense and showed good mechanical properties,especially the strength and toughness,706 MPa and 7.33 MPa·m^(1/2),respectively,coupled with high hardness of 21.3 GPa,and stiffness of 452 *** and Zr_(2)[Al(Si)]_(4)C_(5) constituted a reinforcing system with synergistic effects including grain refinement,grain pull-out as well as crack branching,bridging,and ***,the oxidation results of the composites showed that the oxidation kinetics followed the parabolic law at 1600℃,and the oxidation rate constants increased with the increase of Zr_(2)[Al(Si)]_(4)C_(5) *** formation and evolution model of the oxidation structure was also investigated,and the oxide scale of the composite exhibited a three-layer structure.

摘要：目的:在实际工程服役过程中,纤维增强塑料(FRP)约束混凝土柱在遭遇极限荷载前往往已经经历了长时间的轴压荷载作用。因此,相比其短期力学性能,本文旨在研究FPR约束混凝土柱在长期荷载作用后的力学性能。创新点:1.考虑长期轴压荷载作用,提出一种轴压作用下圆形截面FRP约束混凝土柱的长期变形分析模型;2.提出了长期轴压作用后的FRP约束混凝土本构模型,从本构关系的角度描述两个方面的影响机理。方法:运用混凝土和FRP徐变的长期变形分析迭代计算方法(图3)。结论:1.提出的长期变形分析模型实现了对FRP约束混凝土柱任意目标时刻的应力和应变状态的高效、准确预测;2.将提出的本构模型嵌入有限元软件中,有效地实现对长期轴压作用的考虑;3.基于Open Sees有限元软件,验证了长期变形分析模型和本构模型的有效性和准确性。

摘要：Site engineering seismic survey provides basic data for seismic effect analysis. As an important parameter of soil, shear-wave velocity is usually obtained through wave velocity testing in borehole. In this paper, the passive source surface-wave method is introduced into the site engineering seismic survey and practically applied in an engineering site of Shijingshan District. By recording the ubiquitous weak vibration on the earth surface, extract the dispersion curve from the surface-wave components using the SPAC method and obtain the shear-wave velocity structure from inversion. Over the depth of 42 m under- ground, it totally consists of five layers with interface depth of 3.31, 4.50, 7.23, 17.41, and 42.00 m; and shear-wave velocity of 144.0, 198.3, 339.4, 744.2, and 903.7 m/s, respectively. The inversion result is used to evaluate site classification, determine the maximum shear modulus of soil, provide basis for further seismic hazard analysis and site assessment or site zoning, etc. The result shows that the passive source surface-wave method is feasible in the site engineering seismic survey and can replace boreholes,shorten survey period, and reduce engineering cost to some extent.

摘要：Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs) are considered a promising power source for electric vehicles and stationary residential applications. However, current PEMFCs have several problems that require solutions, including high cost, insufficient power density, and limited performance durability. A kinetically sluggish oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is primarily responsible for these issues. The development of advanced Pt-based catalysts is crucial for solving these problems if the large-scale application of PEMFCs is to be realized. In this review, we summarize the recent progress in the development of Pt M alloy(M = Fe, Co, Ni, etc.) catalysts with an emphasis on ordered Pt M intermetallic catalysts, which exhibit significantly enhanced activity and stability. In addition to exploring the intrinsic catalytic performance in traditional aqueous electrolytes via engineering nanostructures, morphologies, and crystallinity of Pt M particles, we highlight recent efforts to study catalysts under real fuel cell environments by the membrane electrode assembly(MEA).
