摘要：The present paper is an analysis of the female resisters under the patriarchy in the African-American female writer, Toni Morrison＇s Song of Solomon, which was published in 1977 and won the National Book Critics Circle Award and American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters Award. The paper focuses on how the females in Song of Solomon--Ruth and her Daughters--resist the patriarchy.

摘要：The Catcher in the Rye was the first novel by Jerome David Salinger, published in 1951. The book is considered as one of American literature classics in the 20th century and releases six million copies in various versions in the world. This paper mainly introduces how Salinger uses the first person technique through the novel, the anti-tradition language features and it also introduces the usage of stream of consciousness in the novel.

摘要：Little Women is a novel published in1868 and written by American author Louisa May Alcott. The story concerns the lives and loves of four sisters growing up during the American Civil War. It was based on Alcott＇s own experiences as a child in Concord, Massachusetts with her three sisters, Anna, May, and Elizabeth. It is a story about love, faith, fortitude, and devotion. And this paper aims at analyzing the four sisters＇ different characters and destinies and tries to give readers a new understanding about this novel.

摘要：采用燃料高温反应实验测量装置,结合化学反应机理与状态方程,构建了燃料温度、密度、压缩因子与裂解反应关联的热力学模型,分析了吸热型碳氢燃料航空煤油RP-3高温裂解反应特性。结果表明:构建的热力学模型误差在±3%以内,最大误差为2.83%。相较于原燃料,高温裂解燃料的密度从112 kg·m^(-3)下降至57 kg·m^(-3),降低了49%。平均摩尔质量由152 g·mol^(-1)降低至109 g·mol^(-1),减少了28%,高温裂解燃料的平均摩尔质量与转化率存在确定的函数关系,平均摩尔质量可作为衡量燃料反应进程的指标。高温裂解燃料的压缩因子受流体温度和化学反应的影响,压缩因子从0.76增加至0.96,增加了26%,高温裂解燃料的性质逐渐趋向理想气体状态。该研究可为热防护系统的设计与优化提供理论依据和基础数据。

Under his powerful pen, a marvelous drama is displayed before the audience, which combines the traditional elements and modem creations perfectly. This paper aims to explore the important elements in the play and compare those with what are used in Desire Under the Elms so as to draw the conclusion that Eugene O＇Neill not only uses the traditional written skills but also improves the development and inheritance of Greek tragedies.

摘要：高校图书馆馆长应该塑造和提升何种领导力来适应变革的时代?通过对19份中国高校图书馆馆长招聘广告和27份美国高校图书馆馆长招聘广告内容分析,从责任与精神、专业魅力、建立融洽关系、馆员发展、创新、战略规划、管理技能共计7个因素对比了中美两国馆长领导力的要求差别。整体而言,美国的馆长招聘广告描述职责更加清晰、指导性更强。两国馆长领导力都强调管理技能、建立融洽关系和专业魅力,差别在于美国更强调馆长战略规划能力,在领导力要素的具体理解上两国侧重点也略有不同。研究结果希望能对未来中国馆长招聘提供参考,提高人才选拔的契合度。

摘要：多模态情感计算是情感计算领域一个基础且重要的研究任务,旨在利用多模态信号对用户生成的视频进行情感理解.尽管已有的多模态情感计算方法在基准数据集上取得了不错的性能,但这些方法无论是设计复杂的融合策略还是学习模态表示,普遍忽视了多模态情感计算任务中存在的模态可信度偏差问题.认为相较于文本,语音和视觉模态往往能更真实的表达情感,因而在情感计算任务中,语音和视觉是高可信度的,文本是低可信度的.然而,已有的针对不同模态特征抽取工具的学习能力不同,导致文本模态表示能力往往强于语音和视觉模态(例如:GPT3与ResNet),这进一步加重了模态可信度偏差问题,不利于高精度的情感判断.为缓解模态可信度偏差,提出一种模型无关的基于累积学习的多模态可信度感知的情感计算方法,通过为低可信度的文本模态设计单独的文本模态分支捕捉偏差,让模型在学习过程中从关注于低可信度文本模态的情感逐步关注到高可信度语音和视觉模态的情感,从而有效缓解低可信度文本模态导致的情感预测不准确.在多个基准数据集上进行实验,多组对比实验的结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效地突出高可信度语音和视觉模态的重要性,缓解低可信度文本模态的偏差;并且,该模型无关的方法显著提升了多模态情感计算方法的性能,这表明所提方法在多模态情感计算任务中的有效性和通用性.
