摘要：Based on the principles of the bioisosterism, combination of the active substructures of selective estrogen receptor modulators which are currently therapeutic agents available for the prevention and treatment of various estrogen dependent diseases, and structural optimization, a novel series of 2-aroyl-3-aryl-6,7-dihydro-5H-furo[3,2-g]- chromen derivatives was designed as potent selective estrogen receptor modulators via molecular docking. The target compounds have been synthesized, and characterized by 1R, proton NMR, ESI-MS, elemental analysis and evaluated for their antitumor activity against human osteosarcoma U2OS-EGFP-4FI2G cell line. Some target compounds showed good inhibition effects on U2OS-EGFP-4F12G cell line and the preliminary structure-activity relationships were discussed.

摘要：In order to meet the requirements of the Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC),a 650-MHz 2-cell superconducting cavity was proposed and *** this study,we show the progress in the cavity design for the *** radio frequency and mechanical designs are ready for the first design version,called CEPC-V1.A cryomodule,which consists of two 650-MHz 2-cell cavities,was scheduled the last ***,prototypes of the 2-cell cavity based on this design were fabricated and tested the following *** vertical test results show that multipacting(MP)exists from 10 to 19 MV/*** will increase the operational risk of the CEPC,while the continuous-wave operation for the 650-MHz cavity is 19.7 MV/*** trapped modes were also found,which exist because of the identical half-cell ***,a few improvements regarding MP and more efficient extraction of higher-order mode power are discussed.A new type of cavity design,called CEPC-V2,is also discussed in this paper.

摘要：为解决传统汽车涂装车间滑橇人工清洗效率低下、人工清洗过程风险高等问题,提出了涂装车间滑橇高压水自动清洗控制系统的整体架构,并对系统内设计的软硬件进行介绍,对工艺流程及安全功能进行完善布置。该系统做到了功能完备、逻辑严谨、高效智能、绿色节能的效果,同时也为涂装外的行业工件清洗控制系统提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

摘要：目的对老年康复辅具的形态塑造与体验设计进行分析。方法从工业设计的角度剖析了老年产品形态塑造与体验设计的内涵,并结合产品功能、产品安全、情感寄托、信息传递、典型案例分析及设计方法等,论述了形态塑造与体验设计对老年康复辅具的重要性及意义。结论基于形态体验的老年康复辅具设计,可以为老年产品的研发和创意提供新思路,为新形势下发展康复辅具产业,积极进行市场开拓开辟新途径。

摘要：With the increasing complexity of industrial processes, the high-dimensional industrial data exhibit a strong nonlinearity, bringing considerable challenges to the fault diagnosis of industrial processes. To efficiently extract deep meaningful features that are crucial for fault diagnosis, a sparse Gaussian feature extractor(SGFE) is designed to learn a nonlinear mapping that projects the raw data into the feature space with the fault label dimension. The feature space is described by the one-hot encoding of the fault category label as an orthogonal basis. In this way, the deep sparse Gaussian features related to fault categories can be gradually learned from the raw data by SGFE. In the feature space,the sparse Gaussian(SG) loss function is designed to constrain the distribution of features to multiple sparse multivariate Gaussian distributions. The sparse Gaussian features are linearly separable in the feature space, which is conducive to improving the accuracy of the downstream fault classification task. The feasibility and practical utility of the proposed SGFE are verified by the handwritten digits MNIST benchmark and Tennessee-Eastman(TE) benchmark process,respectively.

摘要：本研究采用两个实验检验广告诗句的情绪愉悦效应。实验1以自定步速阅读的刺激呈现方法,以视觉通道和听觉通道比较一般广告句子与押韵广告诗句对人情绪的影响,结果发现押韵广告诗句比一般广告句子更容易形成积极的情绪心理表征,可以产生微笑效应。实验2检测广告诗句情绪愉悦效应具体出现的位置,结果发现押韵广告诗句的第二句比第一句、第四句比第三句对人情绪的影响更大,即产生更大的微笑效应。无论通过听觉通道、视觉通道还是眼睛跟踪,人都能够推断出押韵广告诗句的情绪状态,并且能够随着广告诗句语义的变化而让情绪发生变化。我们在诗句"幽默"理论的框架中讨论本研究的结果。

摘要：Over the past few years, three photorespiratory bypasses have been introduced into plants, two of which led to observable in creases in photos yn thesis and biomass yield. However, most of the experiments were carried out using Arabidopsis under controlled environmental conditions, and the increases were only observed under low-light and short-day conditions. In this study, we designed a new photorespiratory bypass (called GOC bypass), characterized by no reducing equivalents being produced during a complete oxidation of glycolate into CO2 catalyzed by three rice-self-originating enzymes, i.e., glycolate oxidase, oxalate oxidase, and catalase. We successfully established this bypass in rice chloroplasts using a multi-gene assembly and transformation system. Transgenic rice plants carrying GOC bypass (GOC plants) showed significant increases in photosynthesis efficiency, biomass yield, and nitrogen content, as well as several other CO2-enriched phe no types under both greenhouse and field conditions .Grain yield of GOC plants varied depending on seeding season and was increased significantly in the spring. We further demonstrated that GOC plants had significant advantages under high-light conditions and that the improvements in GOC plants resulted primarily from a photosynthetic CO2-concentrating effect rather than from improved energy balance. Taken together, our results reveal that engineering a newly designed chloroplastic photorespiratory bypass could increase photosynthetic efficiency and yield of rice plants grown in field conditions, particularly under high light.

摘要：针对现有设计重用较多偏重于产品几何和拓扑的重用,而无法完成真正意义上的局部需求变动型设计的现状,提出一种基于功能—效应—原理解映射的设计历史功能重用与变异方法,从根源上响应设计中的局部需求变动。基于该方法,采用功能—效应—原理解映射来建立设计历史的信息模型,并结合期望产品的设计需求,构建了设计历史功能重用与变异的过程模型,从功能重用与变异的角度实现了局部变需求的设计求解。以叉车驱动桥为例,验证了该方法的有效性。

摘要：地动仪复原模型的造型设计是科学复原的一个重要部分,既是实现仪器功能的需要,也是展现汉代文化和艺术的一种方式,涉及到结构造型和艺术造型两方面的研究。文章回顾了史料和考古研究的新进展,介绍了筒状、钟状和卵状三类现有的造型。基于中国地震局和国家文物局专家组所完成的新复原模型,分析了结构基形、悬挂点位置、调整结构和仪器稳定性等结构问题,对新模型的造型设计和研究思路做了具体介绍。
