摘要：To address the issues of reduced graphene oxide(RGO) dispersion in copper(Cu) matrix and interface bonding between RGO and Cu, an electrostatic adsorption method with interface transition phase design was employed to prepare the RGO/Cu based composites. Cu-Ti alloy powder was employed to improve the combination by forming carbides at the RGO-Cu interface. It was noted that the mechanical property of 0.3 wt.%RGO/Cu-Ti composite was increased by 60% compared with that of the matrix. Strengthening mechanism analysis suggested that the enhancement of the mechanical property was ascribed to the load transfer and second phase strengthening which were from the improved dispersion of RGO and the in-situ formed titanium carbide phase.

摘要：A new substrate,aligned Ag nanowires decorated with silver nanoparticle composite structure(AgNWs@AgNPs),was fabricated to investigate metalenhanced fluorescence(MEF) and its *** new composite structure was fabricated via a three-phase interface assembly method followed by SnCl2 sensitization and AgNO3 reduction *** size and distribution of the nanoparticles on silver nanowires increased with the sensitization and reduction *** formation of AgNPs on the surfaces of AgNWs was confirmed by multiple characterization methods including scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the fluorescence intensity of the poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) on the composite structure was greatly enhanced compared with that on bare glass substrate,and the intensity increased with the increase in particle sizes and *** mechanism was basedo n the increase in excitation rate and the radiation decay *** new type of substrate could serve as a good and efficient MEF substrate for high-performance fluorescence-based devices.

摘要：Diamidine （A） was identified in our in vitro bio-assay as a possible inhibitor of ketol-acid reductoisomerase （KARI） from the ACD database search based on the known three-dimensional crystal structure of KARI. An investigation on interaction of A on KARI active sites, led to the design and synthesis of 15 novel monoamidines. Some of those showed better biological activity than A on rice KARI （in vitro） and in greenhouse herbicidal tests （in vivo）. The structure-biological activity relationship was investigated, which provides valuable information to further study of potential KARI inhibitors.

摘要：以徐紫薯8号为原料,研究物料水分含量、套筒温度、螺杆转速、喂料转速对紫甘薯膨化圈径向膨化率及硬度的影响。在单因素试验基础上,结合Box-Behnken试验设计,优化双螺杆挤压膨化工艺,进一步对膨化产品的水合特性、糊化特性及质构特性进行分析。结果表明:最佳挤压膨化工艺参数为物料水分含量12%、套筒温度149℃、螺杆转速28 Hz、喂料转速10 Hz,在此条件下产品膨化圈的径向膨化率为3.52,硬度为63.85 N,与理论预测值接近。全粉经挤压膨化后,徐紫薯8号膨化圈的水合特性明显提高,热糊稳定性和抗老化性得到改善,口感酥脆,更易剪切。

摘要：By phenomenological analysis of warm compaction, it is found that, compared with the contribution of particle plastical deformation to densification of powder compact,the particle rearrangement is a dominant densification mechanism for powder warm compaction, and the plastical deformation of particles plays an important role in offering accommodating deformation for particle rearrangement and densifying powder compact at the final stage of *** order to attain density gain as high as possible during warm compaction, six rules for designing warm compacting powder mixtures were proposed in detail.

摘要：研究目的:为了同时预测固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的电压、温度动态特性和设计控制器,建立SOFC的控制相关动态辨识模型。创新要点:为了建立SOFC更精确的最小二乘支持向量回归机(LSSVR)动态模型,采用遗传算法(GA)优化LSSVR的参数。所建GA-LSSVR模型可同时预测SOFC的电压和温度动态特性。研究方法:1.分析SOFC的电化学和能量平衡子模型。2.利用所选择的最优LSSVR参数,建立了SOFC的GA-LSSVR动态辨识模型。通过仿真分析和比较,验证了所建模型的有效性(图3和4)。3.利用所建模型的预测结果,与模拟退火算法优化最小二乘支持向量回归机(SAA-LSSVR)和5折交叉验证最小二乘支持向量回归机(5FCV-LSSVR)模型的预测结果进行了比较,表明所建立的GA-LSSVR模型具有较高的预测精度(表3和4)。重要结论:通过比较SAA-LSSVR和5FCV-LSSVR模型的预测结果,发现所建GA-LSSVR模型具有较好的预测性能和精度。基于所建立的GA-LSSVR模型可进行有效的多变量控制器设计。
