摘要：An optimization method is introduced to design the aerodynamic parameters of a dual-spin twodimensional guided projectile with the canards for trajectory correction. The nose guidance component contains two pairs of canards which can provide lift and despin with the projectile for stability. The optimal design algorithm is developed to decide the profiles both of the steering and spinning canards,and their deflection angles are also simulated to meet the needs of trajectory correction ***, the aerodynamic efficiency of the specific canards is discussed according to the CFD *** that obtained here can be further applied to the exterior ballistics design.

摘要：目的探讨虫草素(cordycepin,COR)减轻庆大霉素(gentamicin,GEN)肾毒性的作用及其抑制GEN诱导的氧化应激和细胞铁死亡的分子机制。方法将SD大鼠分为对照组、GEN组与GEN+COR组3组,动物模型构建成功后,检测各组大鼠血清肌酐和尿素氮水平,HE染色评价肾脏组织损伤程度。另外,检测各组SD大鼠肾脏组织中丙二醛和谷胱甘肽含量,并通过Western blot的方法分析细胞铁死亡标志蛋白GPX4、SLC7A11表达。结果与对照组相比,GEN组大鼠血清肌酐、尿素氮明显升高(P<0.01),同时给予50 mg·kg-1 COR后有效降低肌酐与尿素氮水平,HE结果也显示COR能够缓解GEN造成的肾脏组织损伤;COR可逆转GEN造成的大鼠肾脏组织中丙二醛水平升高与谷胱甘肽水平下降。同时,COR能够恢复GEN诱导的GPX4、SLC7A11蛋白水平下降。结论COR能够通过减轻细胞氧化应激与铁死亡缓解GEN造成的肾损伤。

摘要：Novel stable high spin molecules possessing three different arranged fashions are designed with - · N-N< as a spin-containing(SC) fragment, phenylene as an end group and various aromatic molecules, such as benzene(1), 2,6-pyridine(2), 3,5-pyridine(3), pyridazine(4), 4,6-pyrimidine(5), 2,6-pyrimidine(6), pyrazine(7) and triazine(8), as a ferromagnetic coupling(FC) unit. The effects of the different coupling units on the spin multiplicities of the ground states and their stabilities were investigated by means of AM1-CI approach. It has been found that the spin densities on the two atoms of the SC fragment are different from delocalization results in the specific stability of - · N-N<. In these molecules, the stabilities of the triplet states decrease when the distance between the atoms of central SC(-N-) increases. It is shown that the heterocycles as the coupling units have influence on the stabilities of the high-spin ground states. That the heteroatom lying in m -phenyl can improve ferromagnetic coupling, while the heteroatom lying in o -phenyl or p -phenyl is not in favor of the ferromagnetic coupling.

The effects of different EG on the spin multiplicities of the ground states and their stabilities were investigated by means of the AM1-CI approach. All the investigated molecules corresponded to the FC and possessed high-spin ground states. The spin on the two atoms of the SC fragment was not in agreement with the delocalization results in the specific stability of —^＊N—S—. In those molecules, the stabilities of the triplet states decreased when the distance between the atoms of central SC fragments （—N—） increased. The stabilities of the triplet states of compounds 1a-n, 1b-n and 1c-n, with heterocycles as EG were higher than those of the triplet states of those compounds with phenyl as EG. Furthermore, the stahilities of the triplet states of the compounds with pyrimidine and triazine as EG were higher than those with pyridine, pyridazine or pyrasine as EG.

摘要：目的 比较铅门跟随技术和铅门固定技术在左乳腺癌保乳术后静态调强放射治疗中的剂量学差异。方法 选择21例乳腺癌保乳术后女性患者,年龄35~70岁,中位年龄51岁;病灶左侧;病理分期TisN0M0。采用XHA1400加速器配套的Raystation 9.0治疗计划系统(TPS)进行治疗计划设计。每例患者均分别计算静态调强放射治疗铅门跟随(sIMRTJT)计划和静态调强放射治疗铅门固定(sIMRT-SJ)两种治疗计划,比较两种治疗计划剂量学参数。结果 与sIMRT-SJ计划相比,sIMRT-JT计划明显降低了靶区的近似最大剂量(D_(2%))[(5 416.24±39.90) cGy vs (5 403.43±40.92) cGy。P 0.05);与sIMRT-SJ计划相比,sIMRT-JT计划明显降低了左肺、心脏、左前降支冠状动脉及右侧乳腺的受照剂量(P <0.05);sIMRT-JT计划的机器跳数明显高于sIMRT-SJ计划[(521.81±72.22) MU vs (508.03±66.16) MU。P <0.05]。结论对于左乳腺癌保乳术后静态调强放射治疗,sIMRT-JT计划剂量学参数优于sIMRT-SJ计划。

摘要：The cooling control of the melt during the casting process is of great significance. A comprehensive closed-loop cooling control of castings by adopting a skeletal sand mold design was proposed. The skeletal sand mold consisting of an adaptive shell, functional cavities and a support was designed and created based on the finite difference meshes of a casting. It was applied to a round wall test casting. Two kinds of skeletal sand molds, one with lattice support and the other with enforcing ribs for this casting were designed and printed out by the 3 D printing(3 DP) method. Aluminum alloy A356 was cast by using these two sand molds. The first mold was cooled by natural convection, the other one by water spray cooling. Two sound castings were obtained. The sand mold temperature, cooling curves, microstructures, mechanical properties, residual stress and deformation were measured, compared and discussed. Water spray cooling hastened the cooling rate by 62%, increased the content of Mg and Cu in the α-Al matrix, improved the mechanical properties, and altered the surface residual stress state.

摘要：This paper presents an embedded SRAM design for write buffer applications in flash *** write buffer is implemented with a newly proposed self-adaptive timing control circuit,an area-saving sense-latch circuit and 6 T SRAM cell units.A 2 kb SRAM macro with the area of 135μm×180μm is implemented in and applied to a 128 Mb NOR flash memory with the SMIC 65 nm NOR flash memory *** simulation and chip test results show that the SRAM write buffer is beneficial to high-density flash memory design.
