摘要：本文对直流变频压缩机以及电机的驱动控制技术进行了分析,通过对R410A冷媒的直流变频空调器的试验测试,验证了采用180°正弦波驱动控制技术的变频器对压缩机运行噪声的改善效果是非常有效的。

摘要：In this article, based on least square estimation, a recursive algorithm for indirect learning structure predistorter is introduced. Simulation results show that of all polynomial predistorter nonlinear terms, higher-order （higher than 7th-order） nonlinear terms are so minor that they can be omitted in practical predistorter design. So, it is unnecessary to construct predistorter with higher-order polynomials, and the algorithm will always be stable. Further results show that even when 15th-order polynomial model is used, the algorithm is convergent after 10 iterations, and it can improve out-band spectrum of 20 MHz bandwidth signal by 64 dB, with a 1.2×10^11 matrix condition number.

摘要：Pre-configured cycles （p-cycles） can attain high capacity efficiency and fast protection switching times in wavelength division multiplexing （WDM） networks. This article proposes the weighted straddling link algorithm（WSLA） for generating a subset of all cycles that can guarantee 100% restorability in case of dual link failure, and give an integer linear programming（1LP） formulation that solves the shared p-cycles design problem minimizing the total spare capacities. Numerical result shows that our method can achieve 100% dual link failure restorability with acceptable spare capacity. The larger standard deviation of demand set and the larger node degree network, the better the shared p-cycles scheme performs.

摘要：Novel chiral tetralin compounds were designed and synthesized, and their antifungal activities in vitro were tested. The results showed that all of target compounds had potent antifungal activities, and were stronger than that of control compounds tetrahydroisoquinolines. The binding model of lead molecules in the active site of CYP51 of Candida albicans showed that lead compound specifically interacted with the amino acids residues in the active site, without binding with the heme of CYP51, which was different from azole antifungal drugs. The present study might afford a novel lead molecule to develop non-azole CYP51 inhihitars of fungi.

摘要：在怀旧风潮盛行的大背景下,怀旧广告日益受到了广告主的青睐。然而,由于怀旧诉求未能正确匹配目标受众,导致一些怀旧广告的无效甚至是起反面效果。基于此,通过区分个人怀旧诉求和虚拟集体怀旧诉求,并将其联结于消费者的两种自我概念形态(独立自我与互依自我),经由两个实验探查了受众的自我概念形态对不同怀旧广告诉求的反应。实验一采用2(怀旧诉求:个人怀旧与虚拟集体怀旧)×2(自我概念:独立自我与互依自我)组间因子设计,检验自我概念形态是否对个人怀旧诉求广告、虚拟集体怀旧诉求广告的效果起调节作用;实验二通过对自我概念采用不一样的操控方式,对认知反应进行更加有效的测量,对同一被试接触到怀旧广告信息前后的品牌态度进行对比等,重复检验了实验一的研究结果。实验结果显示:独立自我程度高的消费者往往偏好于个人怀旧诉求,而互依自我程度高的消费者往往偏好于虚拟集体怀旧诉求。研究结果表明:怀旧虽是一项很好的广告题材,但在具体应用时,需要注意怀旧诉求与目标受众的匹配性。本研究拓展了自我概念这一重要心理变量在怀旧广告领域的应用;同时,论文研究结果对于怀旧营销、跨文化营销也有一定的启示意义。

摘要：近年，随着动漫产业的发展，人才需求量的增加，我国动画人才教育规模不断扩大，但是，客观地讲，相比一些动画人才教育较为成熟的国家（如美、英、法、日、韩等国），我国的动画专业教育还存在着这样那样的问题，如教学结构不合理、动画教学的定位与目标不明确、动画人才培养模式不成熟、师资与教学效果问题、动画教学投入严重不足、动画教学与产业结合以及如何使中国动画实现民族化等等，而针对这些问题的有效解决所进行的理论研究和实践探索还处于起步阶段，亟待从事动画专业教育相关人员的不懈努力。
