摘要:Three types of laminates were designed by alternately stacking AZ91 extruded sheets in different states for extrusion to improve the mechanical *** tensile tests revealed that the combination of solid-solution-treated sheets with the aging-treated sheets achieved high tensile strength and ductility,i.e.,ultimate tensile strength of~386 MPa and elongation of~19.8%,*** backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and TEM results indicated that the aging-treated layers with more nano-sized precipitates and small grain size provided high strength and reasonable ductility,while the solid-solution-treated layers with low dislocation density facilitated strain ***,the strong interface bonding between the successive layers played an important role in the enhanced ductility.
摘要:为全面提升高速涡轮发动机的超多级压气机(7级以上)的研制能力,本文对高通流宽工况适应范围超多级压气机开展了技术研究与验证。针对其进口马赫数高、工作转速范围宽等特点,开展了高通流小轮毂比压气机设计以及兼顾地面起飞和高马赫数状态的宽工况适应范围压气机设计等技术研究工作,并在此基础上完成高通流宽工况适应范围超多级压气机的设计仿真和试验验证,全面研究地面起飞和高马赫数两种状态下各级的匹配情况。试验结果表明:地面起飞和高马赫数两种状态下,压气机流量、压比、效率达到设计指标。地面起飞状态1.0相对转速,最高效率0.891,高马赫数状态0.741相对转速,最高效率0.865,各转速稳定裕度均大于24%。各级匹配良好,解决了高负荷超多级压气机匹配难和高通流压气机效率低等问题,为下一代发动机的压气机设计奠定了基础。
摘要:针对漏斗车底门密封技术中的货物泄漏和运用安全问题,归纳分析了目前国内外运用的4种漏斗车底门密封技术,分析了各种底门密封结构在设计、制造、运用中的优缺点,指出在不同种类漏斗车的实际应用中,应根据用户要求、装载货物粒度、车体结构、传动机构及成本因素等进行综合考虑,合理确定底门密封结构。
摘要:研究了一种可以模拟超声波时差法流量测量原理和热电阻温度测量原理的超声波热量表性能校验装置。该校验装置属于干校验装置,由流量模拟模块、温差模拟模块、微处理器单元和上位机组成。详细叙述了流量模拟模块与温度模拟模块的实现方法及微处理器的设计。最后热量表的实流标定数据与本文校验装置的校验数据对比结果表明超声波热量表校验装置可以有效地实现超声波热量表功能测试。

摘要:为提高搅拌质量和机器工作可靠性,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,分析了振动搅拌不同激振方式对混凝土搅拌性能的影响,确定了振动搅拌装置设计和使用时的合理激振方式。结果表明:内置专用激振方式的振动与搅拌机构相分离,只有振动强度达到20时才能保证混合料受到足够的振动作用;而内置复合激振方式的振动与搅拌机构相结合,需要的振动强度仅约为4,在普通振动机械的范围内,能够在混凝土快速拌匀的同时保证设备的使用寿命。
摘要:高温超导材料在液氮温度下具有零电阻特性和完全抗磁性,使用高温超导材料制备的超导电缆具有大容量、低损耗等特点,在未来城市电网建设中具有重要意义。超导电缆系统通常由电缆本体、终端系统、制冷系统和监控系统构成。其中,终端系统是超导电缆本体、高压电网和制冷系统三者的汇接处,对于超导电缆系统的运行和性能具有重要影响。因此,本文在国内外文献的基础上介绍了超导电缆终端系统设计和应用的研究进展,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
摘要:曲块转运是白酒行业中制曲工艺的必要工序,需要将曲块从曲房转运至粉碎口。由于曲块的固有特性和生产工艺的特殊性,曲块转运需要耗费大量人力,而且会产生大量扬尘。为满足自动化生产需要,设计一套自动化曲块转运系统,实现曲块上料、同楼层转运、跨楼层转运、下料粉碎全过程的自动化,从而有效降低工人劳动强度,控制生产指标。
摘要:Electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction (CO_(2) RR) offers a practical solution to current global greenhouse effect by converting excessive CO_(2) into value-added chemicals or fuels. Noble metal-based nanomaterials have been considered as efficient catalysts for the CO_(2) RR owing to their high catalytic activity, long-term stability and superior selectivity to targeted products. On the other hand, they are usually loaded on different support materials in order to minimize their usage and maximize the utilization because of high price and limited reserve. The strong metal-support interaction (MSI) between the metal and substrate plays an important role in affecting the CO_(2) RR performance. In this review, we mainly focus on different types of support materials (e.g., oxides, carbons, ligands, alloys and metal carbides) interacting with noble metal as electrocatalysts for CO_(2) RR. Moreover, the positive effects about MSI for boosting the CO_(2) RR performance via regulating the adsorption strength, electronic structure, coordination environment and binding energy are presented. Lastly, emerging challenges and future opportunities on noble metal electrocatalysts with strong MSI are discussed.
摘要:以全钢轮胎为研究对象,采用不同尺寸的包络块,分析不同加载速度下轮胎径向负荷与凸起位移之间的关系,并用斜率法和两点法分别对不同径向负荷区间的包络刚性进行求解分析。结果表明:在初始状态下,轮胎的包络刚性不受包络块顶点半角、最终加载负荷的影响;采用径向负荷>5 000 N的数据计算的包络刚性值与采用整体数据计算的包络刚性值较为接近,径向负荷≤5 000 N的数据对结果影响较小。
