摘要：A hybrid optimization approach combining a particle swarm algorithm, a genetic algorithm, and a heuristic interleaving algorithm is proposed for scheduling tasks in the multifunction phased array radar. By optimizing parameters using chaos theory, designing the dynamic inertia weight for the particle swarm algorithm as well as introducing crossover operation and mutation operation of the genetic algorithm, both the efficiency and exploration ability of the hybrid algorithm are improved. Under the frame of the intelligence algorithm, the heuristic interleaving scheduling algorithm is presented to further use the time resource of the task waiting duration. A large-scale simulation demonstrates that the proposed algorithm is more robust and efficient than existing algorithms.

摘要：我国约有1/3的滑坡灾害发生在黄土地区。黄土滑坡作为发育较为普遍的一种不良地质现象,坡体常常伴随有泥岩、红黏土、古土壤等隔水层或软弱夹层,具有分布广、危害大、隐蔽性强、易多次滑动的特点。在总结前人经验的基础上,对离隰高速某一处典型黄土滑坡进行局部卸载后采用微型钢管桩与挡墙组合支挡的方案进行处治,取得了良好的效果。该方案的成功实施为今后类似工程的治理提供了借鉴。

摘要：运用Spielberger等设计(Spilberger,1996)的状态-特质焦虑测试问卷(STAI),对平时参加和不参加体育锻炼的311名大学生进行状态焦虑分数测评。从311名学生中选60名状态焦虑分数较高的学生,其中50%(30名学生)的学生作为试验组参加有组织的体育锻炼,而另外30名作为对照组不参加体育锻炼。在为期70天的试验过程中,运用状态-特质焦虑测试问卷对两组实验者进行3次心理状态测评。结果显示:在性别差异上,女生的状态焦虑水平比男生更高;参加体育锻炼活动可以降低不同性别不同年龄学生的焦虑水平。研究认为,体育锻炼活动在降低青春期大学生状态焦虑水平上起到十分重要的作用。

摘要：[目的]分析耕地利用转型特征和碳排放时空分布差异,探究各影响因素在耕地利用转型碳排放过程中的作用机制,为耕地低碳化利用提供科学依据。[方法]基于土地利用数据结合碳排放系数,从县区与5 km网格尺度揭示湖南省2000-2020年耕地利用转型及其产生的碳排放的时间演化特征,借助空间自相关方法识别和分析碳排放空间分布特征,最后运用最优参数地理探测器探究因子影响与因子间的相互作用程度。[结果]①研究期内湖南省的耕地面积缩减,伴随耕地与林地、水域以及建设用地之间转化,碳排放量呈现波动增加趋势。②空间自相关分析显示耕地利用转型碳排放在两种尺度上皆存在显著的高-高集聚和低-低集聚现象,表明耕地利用转型碳排放在时空维度均具有较强的集中分布特征。③各影响因子间的交互作用对碳排放的解释力皆强于单因子作用强度,社会经济因素和区位条件因素的交互作用在两种尺度下均有显著的解释力。[结论]湖南省耕地利用转型对碳排放的影响显著,不同空间尺度下碳排放特征和驱动因素存在明显差异,未来应当更科学合理制定耕地利用减排降碳措施。

摘要：结构健康监测系统在公路桥梁中得到了广泛应用。利用PSO智能优化算法对LSTM神经网络模型中参数进行优化,设计了PSO—LSTM算法对公路桥梁进行结构损伤识别,以提升桥梁结构工况的实时监测状态和评估效果的准确率。通过建立斜拉桥有限元模型获取静态数据、动态响应数据和振动响应数据等桥梁结构监测数据,建立深度学习的数据库,对桥梁的结构工况进行损伤识别分析。结果表明,PSO—LSTM算法对桥梁结构工况损伤识别的准确率可达到平均98.53%以上的较高水平,优于单一的LSTM深度学习算法和目前应用的PSO—BP神经网络学习算法。为公路桥梁全生命健康周期管理中结构损伤监测提供了一种有效的解决方案。

摘要：Pre-configured cycles （p-cycles） can attain high capacity efficiency and fast protection switching times in wavelength division multiplexing （WDM） networks. This article proposes the weighted straddling link algorithm（WSLA） for generating a subset of all cycles that can guarantee 100% restorability in case of dual link failure, and give an integer linear programming（1LP） formulation that solves the shared p-cycles design problem minimizing the total spare capacities. Numerical result shows that our method can achieve 100% dual link failure restorability with acceptable spare capacity. The larger standard deviation of demand set and the larger node degree network, the better the shared p-cycles scheme performs.
