摘要：For the conventional single-ended eFuse cell, sensing failures can occur due to a variation of a post-program eFuse resistance during the data retention time and a relatively high program resistance of several kilo ohms. A differential paired eFuse cell is designed which is about half the size smaller in sensing resistance of a programmed eFuse link than the conventional single-ended eFuse cell. Also, a sensing circuit of sense amplifier is proposed, based on D flip-flop structure to implement a simple sensing circuit. Furthermore, a sensing margin test circuit is proposed with variable pull-up loads out of consideration for resistance variation of a programmed eFuse. When an 8 bit eFuse OTP IP is designed with 0.18 ~tm standard CMOS logic of TSMC, the layout dimensions are 229.04 μm ×100.15μm. All the chips function successfully when 20 test chips are tested with a program voltage of 4.2 V.

摘要：The stability and reliability of a tilting index table should be considered at the design stage. A design method for the lightweight and improvement of the stability of the structure in a tilting index table was proposed using a commercial analysis program, ANSYS Workbench 12, by analyzing the static-thermal characteristics of the developed high-accuracy tilting index table at its design stage. The results of the performed structural analysis show that the maximum stress is generated at the stock tail part. An optimum design for the stock tail part was carried out to reduce the maximum stress and deformation. Also, the design variables were determined by considering the support of the stock tail part for the C-axis body. In the comparison of the results before and after the optimization, the maximum deformation and stress are improved by 2.8% and 8%, respectively.

摘要：本文把元代艺术家颜辉与同时代画家作了比较,并从其作品入手分析了颜辉的审美意识及其时代精神。颜辉在同时代画家都消极遁世的大潮中,勇敢面对现实,积极正视现实,把民间和道教逐鬼大神——"钟馗和李铁拐"成功地刻画在绘画作品上,呈现了颜辉艺术的灵魂——"愤怒的爱国精神"。颜辉把李成的"遭遇的历史意识"和郭熙的"超现实的神秘感"两者结合起来,以前无古人之创新画法,表面上画道教宗教画,但实际画出了打退蒙古族的盼望。尤其是他看透了道教人物李铁拐本身内在的"驱傩原理",把李仙的外貌丑陋和内心的高尚完美结合在一起,成功刻画了李铁拐的内部精神世界,又充分体现了自己的美学哲学——"丑和怪的美学"。目前发现最早的《李仙图》,充满着震撼力和生命力,在700年之后仍然涌现出"不可接近的内在力量",这就是颜辉艺术精神的精髓和价值所在。

摘要：Recently, if you look at the trend of the Unmanned Combat Entities (UCE) on the world that are actually operational, a large number of personnel per one UCE has been operating the GCS. However, UCEs to perform the attack/reconnaissance mission are very expensive assets and require a considerable amount of time to train for UCE operations. Accordingly, the future battlefield environment has become important to develop multiple UCE ground control station. In this study, we developed a multiple UCE GCS that one operator can operate up to four UCEs. The software was built with a total of 6 displays using a Lockheed Martin Corporation’s prepar3D. Scenario of research takes into account the operation of the South Korea-type future multiple UCEs, to take advantage of the simulation system, in this paper, we propose for each of the concepts and technologies.
