摘要：690 MPa级以上高强钢的发展和工程应用受限于缺乏与其强韧性相匹配的焊接材料,其根本原因是以针状铁素体为主的690 MPa级以下高强钢熔敷金属的强韧化理论已经不能指导新一代高强钢焊接熔敷金属的设计。因此,解决该问题的关键是寻求最佳的熔敷金属微观组织结构。综述了690 MPa级以上高强钢焊接熔敷金属中出现的联合贝氏体和其它各类微观组织对其强韧性的影响。其中,由不同形貌贝氏体相和针状铁素体相组成的复相分割结构可使焊接熔敷金属实现良好的强韧性匹配;然而,联合贝氏体作为下贝氏体的一种,其大尺寸的特点会显著降低高强钢焊接熔敷金属的强韧性;此外,可以通过物理冶金改善高强钢焊接熔敷金属的性能。

摘要：A quasistatic homogenized projection is made to characterize the effective cohesive zone behavior for rough-surface adhesion. In the context of the homogenized projection, the traction versus separation relation for the homogenized cohesive zone （HCZ） of a rough interface can be highly oscillatory due to instabilities during microscopic adhesion and decohesion processes. The instabilities are found to occur not only individually but also collectively among the adhesive micro-asperity contacts, leading to extensive energy dissipation. Based on the behaviors of the HCZ relations, a framework for describing instability-induced energy dissipation in rough-surface adhesion is proposed to elucidate the effect of roughness on apparent interface adhesion. Two non- dimensional parameters, α related to roughness morphology and n related to flaw distribution, are identified to be most crucial for controlling the energy dissipation. For an interface with a shallow roughness and a strong intrinsic adhesive strength, the interface adhesion can be stronger if we make it rougher （reducing α） or lower its flaw density （increasing n）. The HCZ projection method can be potentially extended and employed to bridge the apparent adhesion from intrinsic adhesion properties for engineering surfaces with multi-scale shallow roughness.

摘要：A multi-bit antifuse-type one-time programmable （OTP） memory is designed, which has a smaller area and a shorter programming time compared with the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory. While the conventional antifuse-type OTP memory can store a bit per cell, a proposed OTP memory can store two consecutive bits per cell through a data compression technique. The 1 kbit OTP memory designed with Magnachip 0.18 μm CMOS （complementary metal-oxide semiconductor） process is 34% smaller than the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory since the sizes of cell array and row decoder are reduced. And the programming time of the proposed OTP memory is nearly 50% smaller than that of the conventional counterpart since two consecutive bytes can be compressed and programmed into eight OTP cells at once. The layout area is 214 μm× 327 μ,, and the read current is simulated to be 30.4 μA.

摘要：A novel 50 kW fast charger was proposed for electric vehicles. The proposed fast charger is divided into two main sections an AC-DC converter performing a PFC function and a DC-DC converter performing a charging function. A transformer including leakage inductances was used in the AC-DC converter in order to obtain isolation and inductance. A series-connection topology was used in the DC-DC converter between the DC-bus and outlet. This topology enables high power conversion efficiency up to 95% for the DC-DC converter. In order to reduce the impact of the 50 kW charging on the AC grid, the proposed fast charger system includes a buffering battery unit between the two main power conversion units. 摘要：工业无线技术是满足工业应用高可靠、低能耗等特殊需求的一类无线传感器网络技术。针对WIA-PA(wireless net-works for industrial automation-process automation)工业无线网络的特点,分析了工业无线网络入侵检测的重要性,设计了一种基于全信道分析仪的分层WIA-PA网络入侵检测和安全数据处理架构,提出了一种适用于WIA-PA网络的分层入侵检测方法,在此基础上,设计并实现了基于WIA-PA的安全管理系统。测试表明,基于全信道分析仪的入侵分析系统能够有效检测网络入侵攻击,基于安全管理者的设备安全入网、密钥管理和安全服务能够在无线环境中得到较好的应用,有效地解决了工业无线网络内部资源受限的问题,提高了WIA-PA网络通信的安全性能。
