摘要：Despite the existence of advanced functions in smartphones, most blind people are still using old-fashioned phones with familiar layouts and dependence on tactile buttons. Smartphones support accessibility features including vibration, speech and sound feedback, and screen readers. However, these features are only intended to provide feedback to user commands or input. It is still a challenge for blind people to discover functions on the screen and to input the commands. Although voice commands are supported in smartphones, these commands are difficult for a system to recognize in noisy environments. At the same time, smartphones are integrated with sophisticated motion sensors, and motion gestures with device tilt have been gaining attention for eyes-free input. We believe that these motion gesture interactions offer more efficient access to smartphone functions for blind people. However, most blind people are not smartphone users and they are aware of neither the affordances available in smartphones nor the potential for interaction through motion gestures. To investigate the most usable gestures for blind people, we conducted a user-defined study with 13 blind participants. Using the gesture set and design heuristics from the user study, we implemented motion gesture based interfaces with speech and vibration feedback for browsing phone books and making a call. We then conducted a second study to investigate the usability of the motion gesture interface and user experiences using the system. The findings indicated that motion gesture interfaces are more efficient than traditional button interfaces. Through the study results, we provided implications for designing smartphone interfaces.

摘要：We design a grey wolf optimizer hybridized with an interior point algorithm to correct a faulty antenna array. If a single sensor fails, the radiation power pattern of the entire array is disturbed in terms of sidelobe level（SLL） and null depth level（NDL）, and nulls are damaged and shifted from their original locations. All these issues can be solved by designing a new fitness function to reduce the error between the preferred and expected radiation power patterns and the null limitations. The hybrid algorithm has been designed to control the array＇s faulty radiation power pattern. Antenna arrays composed of 21 sensors are used in an example simulation scenario. The MATLAB simulation results confirm the good performance of the proposed method, compared with the existing methods in terms of SLL and NDL.

摘要：针对财政压力下刺激消费的资金来源问题,本文根据转移支付的拉弗曲线,认为政府可以将部分财政收入以消费券的形式补贴居民消费,通过合理设计消费券的杠杆,确定消费券中政府补贴和居民支付的合理比例,能够使得新增税收完全弥补政府先前的转移支付,从而既刺激了消费,又保证了财政收入。本文通过对这一假说的阐述,构建了消费券最低杠杆的估算模型,并基于中国投入产出数据,测算了消费券中应设置的最低杠杆。研究发现,当消费券中政府补贴和居民支付的平均比例为1:5.54时,政府转移支付的资金既能促进消费,又能使得新增税收完全弥补政府先前的转移支付,从而在财政压力下解决了刺激消费的资金来源问题。

摘要：This paper reports 10 kV to 100 kV high voltage impulse generator. Generation of variable outputs impulse generator can be designed by combination of flyback transformer and Marx generator which can produce different high voltages. It is a portable device for field. The experimental final results have been taken by using spark gap measurements and voltage divider technique. This high voltage lightning impulse generator produces standard T1/T2 waveshape impulses. The testing of protection devices such as SPD (surge protection device) is extremely important to find out whether these devices can operate in standard conditions or not. That’s why the high voltage lightning impulse generator is developed for such testing. Similarly, our research work consists of modeling and practical design of a 100 kV impulse generator.

摘要：目前对铁路行车事故救援的研究众多,但均停留于救援装备、事故分析、技术方法的层面上。而未能从系统机理、救援原理、体系结构的角度对其研究内容及研究框架予以界定。针对上述问题,本文沿着救援体系规划、救援管理、救援实施这一纵向思维轴,系统地构建了铁路行车事故救援的研究体系,并将其划分为理论体系、技术体系及管理实施体系,并在此基础上对各子体系间相互关系及各体系的具体研究内容与框架结构进行了分析确定,从而从空间架构上形成铁路行车事故救援研究体系。该体系的建立为我国铁路现场事故救援体系的规划、设计、管理与实施提供参考与依据。
