摘要：The standard software development life cycle heavily depends on requirements elicited from stakeholders. Based on those requirements, software development is planned and managed from its inception phase to closure. Due to time and resource constraints, it is imperative to identify the high-priority requirements that need to be considered first during the software development process. Moreover, existing prioritization frameworks lack a store of historical data useful for selecting the most suitable prioritization technique of any similar project domain. In this paper, we propose a framework for prioritization of software requirements, called Re Pizer, to be used in conjunction with a selected prioritization technique to rank software requirements based on defined criteria such as implementation cost. ReP izer assists requirements engineers in a decision-making process by retrieving historical data from a requirements repository. Re Pizer also provides a panoramic view of the entire project to ensure the judicious use of software development resources. We compared the performance of Re Pizer in terms of expected accuracy and ease of use while separately adopting two different prioritization techniques, planning game（PG） and analytical hierarchy process（AHP）. The results showed that Re Pizer performed better when used in conjunction with the PG technique.

摘要：This paper delves into Anton Chekhov＇s The Seagull and George Bemard Shaw＇s The Apple Cart to extensively analyze their infusion of certain comical elements in depicting ostensibly tragic concerns. The paper aims at exploring the use of the comic elements that is not without purpose. Instead through this incorporation of farce, linguistic humor, witty repartee and exaggeration, the holistic vision of life is obtained which was earlier compartmentalized by the Greeks and Roman playwrights. Comic elements including slapstick humor, the singing of songs, and certain character portrayal are discussed as techniques employed at the hands of the playwrights to reflect over the real historical milieu of their respective times, yet giving a boost to realism as a theory and a practice. This is a qualitative study based upon hermeneutic theory of textual analysis. The paper establishes the similarities in Bernard Shaw＇s and Anton Chekhov＇s employment of comical elements as well as the difference between their essential purposes in generic transgression. Although the two writers have their roots in different countries, their humorous portrayal of various issues is seen to be similar. From the microanalysis of these plays, the same comic strains can be traced out in modern drama at macro level that will enhance the implication of this research paper. This paper therefore concludes that comic and tragic elements are not antagonistic rather complimentary to each other.

摘要：空化会影响泵的正常工作和稳定运行,为了探索能够有效抑制轴流泵内发生空化的策略,提出了将矩形流向障碍物布置在轴流泵叶片背面的方法.以比转数700的轴流泵作为研究对象,采用全流道非定常数值模拟,分析障碍物对轴流泵外特性空化性能的影响.结果表明:在设计工况下布置障碍物的改进模型在空化各阶段均能有效减少空泡体积,尤其当空泡发展至障碍物位置时效果最好,空泡体积减少了72.5%;布置障碍物能够提高叶片背面出口压力,限制低压区向出口方向扩张,减小逆压梯度,阻挡轮毂侧发生偏流,梳理空化发展的流线,优化流场结构,抑制空化的发展,并将断裂扬程提升了10.19%.

摘要：众所周知,目前集成电路的功耗正变得越来越高。电路功耗密度的增长速度十分惊人,使得功耗管理几乎对每一类设计都变成了一个日益严峻的问题。从ASIC设计的角度来看,面向SoC的高效功耗管理技术从架构设计阶段就成为IC设计的一部分,而低功耗实现的技术则需要应用于从RTL到GDSⅡ设计的每一阶段。本文将着重介绍基于通用功耗格式(CPF:Common Power Format)的完整低功耗设计流程。

摘要：Hydrologiska Byrans Vattenbalansavdeling(HBV) Light model was used to evaluate the performance of the model in response to climate change in the snowy and glaciated catchment area of Hunza River Basin. The study aimed to understand the temporal variation of streamflow of Hunza River and its contribution to Indus River System(IRS). HBV model performed fairly well both during calibration(R2=0.87, Reff=0.85, PBIAS=-0.36) and validation(R2=0.86, Reff=0.83, PBIAS=-13.58) periods on daily time scale in the Hunza River Basin. Model performed better on monthly time scale with slightly underestimated low flows period during bothcalibration(R2=0.94, Reff=0.88, PBIAS=0.47) and validation(R2=0.92, Reff=0.85, PBIAS=15.83) periods. Simulated streamflow analysis from 1995-2010 unveiled that the average percentage contribution of snow, rain and glacier melt to the streamflow of Hunza River is about 16.5%, 19.4% and 64% respectively. In addition, the HBV-Light model performance was also evaluated for prediction of future streamflow in the Hunza River using future projected data of three General Circulation Model(GCMs) i.e. BCC-CSM1.1, CanESM2, and MIROCESM under RCP2.6, 4.5 and 8.5 and predictions were made over three time periods, 2010-2039, 2040-2069 and 2070-2099, using 1980-2010 as the control period. Overall projected climate results reveal that temperature and precipitation are the most sensitiveparameters to the streamflow of Hunza River. MIROC-ESM predicted the highest increase in the future streamflow of the Hunza River due to increase in temperature and precipitation under RCP4.5 and 8.5 scenarios from 2010-2099 while predicted slight increase in the streamflow under RCP2.6 during the start and end of the 21 th century. However, BCCCSM1.1 predicted decrease in the streamflow under RCP8.5 due to decrease in temperature and precipitation from 2010-2099. However, Can ESM2 predicted 22%-88% increase in the streamflow under RCP4.5 from 2010-2099. The results of this study could

摘要：设计了 6对分别针对鸡传染性支气管炎病毒 (IBV )、禽流感病毒 (AIV)、鸡毒霉形体 (MG )、鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒 (ILTV )、新城疫病毒 (NDV)和滑液霉形体 (MS)的特异性引物 ,根据反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)原理和多重PCR原则 ,优化建立了一次PCR反应同时检测 6种禽呼吸道病原的二温式多重PCR。该方法可同时扩增出 6条区段大小与设计相符的特异性片段 ,即IBV 172 0bp、AIV 10 5 0bp、MG 73 2bp、ILTV 64 7bp、NDV 3 10bp、MS 2 0 7bp ,对人工感染鸡临床样品检测结果证明 ,该方法可用于临床诊断。

摘要：This paper analyzes and compares the performance of a new inverter topology with two types of input sources: 1) Solar PV source and 2) Ideal dc source (battery). The simulation is done in SIMULINK/MATLAB Software. It is shown that when the solar panel is connected, spikes are obtained in output voltage waveforms. These spikes are eliminated by inserting a capacitor. The capacitor is chosen for a particular power factor which is optimum with respect to cost, size and power quality. Total Harmonic Distortion, Active Power, Reactive Power, RMS Voltage and RMS Current are measured for different load power factor. Finally these results are compared with those obtained using battery with same input voltage magnitude. This Paper shows that for Solar Panel Circuit, THD, P and Q are less for 0.8 and above power factor, however below 0.8 PF, the THD, active and reactive power transfer are more. This means that the performance of Solar Panel in the proposed circuit topology is seen to be better as compared to the same circuit with battery within a range of power factor.

摘要：设计了一种改进型Canfield机械结构,该机械结构采用旋转副代替移动副,采用扭力弹簧消除了旋转副引入的奇点,减小了结构尺寸,增强了伸缩性能,能实现全半球运动。针对这种设计利用机构的对称性,给出了一种运动学解算的简便方法,在进行运动学解算时不需要考虑奇异性问题,减少了未知数个数,简化了计算。给出了结构3D打印的实物模型及基于模型顶部安装的惯性测量单元(IMU)的模型运动姿态测试方案和带集成光电编码器的直流伺服驱动电机电机转角反馈运动姿态解算方案。对比了基于MapleSIM和Matlab的结构运动仿真计算结果和结构模型实际运动控制实验效果。结果表明,实验和仿真解算数据吻合程度好,验证了所设计结构的合理性和所提出的运动学解算方法的有效性。

摘要：针对传统深度网络模型难以精确提取建筑物边缘轮廓特征及对不同尺寸建筑物无法自适应提取的问题,提出一种膨胀卷积特征提取的多尺度特征融合深度神经网络模型(multiscale-feature fusion deep neural networks with dilated convolution,MDNNet)对遥感图像建筑物自动分割的方法;首先在ResNet101模型中引入膨胀卷积扩大提取视野保留更多特征图像分辨率;其次利用多尺度特征融合模块获取多个尺度的建筑物特征并将不同尺度的特征融合;最终利用特征解码模块将特征图恢复到原始输入图像尺寸,实现遥感图像建筑物精确分割;在WHU遥感图像数据集的实验结果表明,提出模型有效克服道路、树木和阴影等因素影响,分割结果有效保留建筑物边界细节信息,有效提升分割精度,像素准确率PA达到0.864,平均交并比mIoU达到0.815,召回率Recall达到0.862。
