摘要：试验旨在研究接受高温干燥对潜在多微生物益生素的影响。潜在多微生物益生素通过固体基质发酵生产,在低温（LT,40℃72h）或高温（HT,70℃36h）下干燥。试验1,288头断奶仔猪（体重6.43±0.68kg）根据体重分配给4个处理（每个处理4个猪圈,每个猪圈18头猪）。日粮处理为负对照组（NC组,不添加抗菌剂的基础日粮）、正对照组（PC组,基础日粮＋金霉素0.1%）、含LT益生素0.03%的基础日粮、含HT益生素0.03%的基础日粮。日粮分两个阶段饲喂,0~14d为第1阶段,15~28d为第2阶段。评估猪的生长性能、总消化道养分表观消化率（ATTD,第28天）和粪便微生物区系（第14和28天）。试验结果表明,在28d试验期中,与饲喂NC组日粮的猪只比较,饲喂PC组和益生素日粮的猪只有较高的平均日增重（P〈0.001）、酸性洗涤纤维进食量（P〈0.05）和饲料转化率（P〈0.01）。与饲喂NC组日粮的猪只比较,饲喂益生素日粮猪只干物质的ATTD和总能较高（P〈0.05）。第28天,与饲喂NC组日粮的猪只比较,饲喂PC组和益生素日粮猪只粪便中发现较少的梭状芽胞杆菌（P〈0.01）,不过,饲喂LT益生素和HT益生素日粮猪只之间的生长性能、干物质ATTD和总能及粪便梭状芽胞杆菌菌群相似。试验2,288头断奶仔猪（起始体重5.84±0.18kg）根据体重以2×2因子设计分为4个处理,研究添加或不添加抗生素（金霉素,0、0.1%）的2个HT（0.30、0.60%）益生素水平对生产性能、ATTD、小肠形态学及粪便与肠道菌群的影响。试验结果表明,饲喂HT益生素0.60%日粮的仔猪改善了总平均日增重、干物质ATTD、总能及粪便和肠道中的乳酸菌菌群,降低粪便和回肠中梭状芽胞杆菌和大肠杆菌群（第14天）（P〈0.05）。抗生素的加入改善了总的平均日增重、酸性洗涤纤维进食量和干物质ATTD（第14天）,降低粪便梭状芽胞杆菌菌群数量（第28天）（P〈0.05）。在饲喂HT益生素0.60%和抗生素日粮的猪只中,观察到空肠和回肠绒毛高度、回肠绒毛高度与腺窝深度的比值增加（P〈0.05）。试验结果表明,较高的干燥温度对潜在多微生物益生素的功效无影响。不过,高温干燥益生素以0.60%比例加入日粮时更有效,而抗生素的加入可改善猪只的生产性能,但是抗生素与益生素之间无交互作用。

摘要：Reproducibility of clinical output is important when investigating therapeutic efficacy in pre-clinical animal *** to its physiological relevance,a swine myocardial infarction(MI)model has been widely used to evaluate the effectiveness of stem cells or tissue-engineered constructs for ischemic heart *** methods are used to induce MI in the swine ***,it is difficult,using these approaches,to obtain a similar level of functional outcomes from a group of animals due to interpersonal variation,leading to increased experimental ***,in order to minimize human intervention,we developed an approach to use a customized occluder that has dimensional similarities with that of the coronary artery of animals in the case of the swine *** carried out angiography to measure the diameter of the middle left anterior descending artery of each individual animal to fabricate the customized occluder using a 3D-printing *** fabricated occluder contained a central hole smaller than that of the targeted middle left anterior descending artery to mimic an atherosclerotic coronary artery that has an approximately 20%blocked ***,the 3D-printed occluder can provide continuous blood flow through the central pore,indicating a high survival rate(88%)of up to 28 days *** method showed the possibility of creating consistent myocardial infarction induction as compared to the conventional representative closed-chest method(50%survival rate),thus highlighting how our method can have a profound effect on accelerating reliable experiments for developing new therapeutic approaches to ischemic heart diseases.

摘要：Fault detection technique is introduced with similarity measure. The characteristics of conventional similarity measure based on fuzzy number are discussed. With the help of distance measure, similarity measure is constructed explicitly. The designed distance-based similarity measure is applicable to general fuzzy membership functions including non-convex fuzzy membership function, whereas fuzzy number-based similarity measure has limitation to calculate the similarity of general fuzzy membership functions. The applicability of the proposed similarity measure to general fuzzy membership structures is proven by identifying the definition. To decide fault detection of flight system, the experimental data （pitching moment coefficients and lift coefficients） are transformed into fuzzy membership functions. Distance-based similarity measure is applied to the obtained fuzzy membership functions, and similarity computation and analysis are obtained with the fault and normal operation coefficients.

摘要：A gas liquid centrifugal separator is widely used in industry on account of its simple geometry and little maintenance. These separators have considerable advantages over filters, scrubbers or precipitators in term of compact design, lower pressure drop and higher capacity. A gas liquid centrifugal separator is a device that utilizes centrifugal forces and low pressure caused by rotational motion to separate liquid from gas by density differences. Efficient and reliable separation is required for the optimum operation. These separators are often operated at less than peak efficiency due to the entrainment of separated liquid through an outlet pipe which is closely associated with the very complicated flow phenomena involved. Design parameters such as length of the separation space, vane exit angle, inlet to outlet diameter ratio, models for separation efficiency and pressure drop as a function of physical dimensions are not available in literature. This leaves the designer with very little to go on except known designs and experimentation. The aim of present study is to perform a parametric study to get higher efficiency for gas-liquid separator. A parametric study has been carded out with the help of CFD tools to analyze a separation performance of a centrifugal separator by varying the length of separator space. The best design parameters are analyzed based upon obtained results, tangential velocities, vortices, total pressure losses. From the present study several attempts are made to improve the performance of conventional centrifugal separators.

摘要：In this paper, the nonlinear state feedback controller has been developed to control the pressures of the oxygen and the hydrogen in the PEM（Proton Exchange Membrane） fuel cell system. Nonlinear model of the PEM fuel cell system was introduced to study the design problems of the state observer and model based controller. A cascade observer using the filtering technique was used to estimate the pressure derivatives of the cathode and the anode in the system. In order to estimate the pressures of the cathode and the anode, the sliding mode observer was designed by using these pressure derivatives. To estimate the oxygen pressure and the hydrogen pressure in the system, the nonlinear state observer was designed by using the cathode pressure estimates and the anode it. These results will be very useful to design the state feedback controller. The validity of the proposed observers and the controller has been investigated by using a Lyapunov＇s stability analysis strategy.

摘要：Numerical simulation technology was applied for optimizing the casting design and conditions in large cast iron castings for marine engine. By the simulation of mold filling and solidification sequences the problems of the previous casting conditions were analyzed and marked improvements for large cylinder liner parts were derived from these results. Especially the amount and positions of chills were optimized to increase the mechanical properties and to minimize the shrinkage and microporosity in the castings. Ultrasonic testing, penetration testing and mechanical property testing were carried out for the parts with the modified casting conditions. It showed that no defects in the castings were found and the productivity could be distinctly increased. The mechanical properties satisfied also the specification demanded.

摘要：本文为双型电力机械无级变速器(EVT)混合电动车辆推荐了一个操纵策略,首先,进行网络分析估算复式EVT与速比有关的效率,由网络分析发现,当功率循坏发生在电驱动变速器时,EVT效率降低,而EVT在速比范围内工作时,可提供相对高的系统的效率,这就要求操纵策略应从动力系总效率观点出发而不只是内燃机的热效率。为了开发复式EVT的操纵策略,采用反向基础控制求出包括EVT的HEV动力系的动力学方程式,以及指定马达转矩控制算法。在HEV动力系动态模型的基础上,采用Cruise和MAT-LAB/simulink开发了一个HEV模拟器。该模拟结果指出,本文推荐的操纵策略可以操纵发动机在预定速比范围内具有相对高的效率,它比常规控制方法提供的燃油经济性有所改进。这是基于变速器效率可以用于HEV复式EVT设计要求的操纵策略。
