摘要：Eighteen clones of Eucalyptus tereticornis （Sm.） were evaluated for three years by adopting randomized block design for various growth parameters at Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India and compared with two checks. Significant variations were recorded for height, diameter at breast height （DBH） and clear bole height （CBH）. The broad sense heritability was low to moderate for both height and CBH. The genetic gain for height and CBH increased substantially pe se with the increase in age of trees. The average genetic gain for thres years was recorded maximum for height （159.60%） followed by DBH （110.97%） and CBH （70.34%）. Clone 17 attained maximum DBH over other genotypes for second and third year followed by clones 14 and 11. Clone 5 showed an upward trend for DBH and maintained its superiority for CBH as the age of the tree increased. Similarly, clone 11 changed its ranking from 9th to 8th to 3rd for DBH and from 9th to 4th to 2nd for CBH, respectively for the age of one, two and three years. Nonetheless, clones 6 and 10 per- formed poorly for all the characters studied. Clones 17, 14 and 5 were found to be the most promising clones for commercial deployment.

摘要：为了解决当前图卷积网络需要依赖大型数据集,从而导致时间和空间复杂度上升问题,提出了基于自我监督学习策略的层智能图卷积网络(RRLFS-L-GCN)。首先,通过在层智能图卷积网络(layer-wise graph convolutional network,L-GCN)中添加多任务机制以提高算法的泛化能力;然后,设计一种随机删除固定步长边(aandomly remove links with a fixed step,RRLFS)的自我监督学习策略,从而提出基于自我监督学习策略的层智能图卷积网络算法;最后,通过边预测验证RRLFS-L-GCN的性能。实验结果表明,该算法的识别率最高可达97.13%。对于Cora测试集,该算法所得识别准确率比未改进的层智能图卷积网络算法提高了6.73%。对于PubMed测试集,该算法所得识别准确率比未改进的层智能图卷积网络算法提高了8.13%。与图卷积网络相比,在Citeseer数据集上,识别准确率提高了18.43%。

摘要：地点:印度Chennai结核病研究中心。目的:利用表型和基因型方法快速鉴定耐多药结核分枝杆菌。设计:对两种基因型分析方法,即 DNA测序法和聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)法和一种表型分析方法,即噬菌体生物增殖法(phaB)进行了实验室内的标准化,并利用这三种方法测定101株RFPr和100株RFPs临床分离结核分枝杆菌 的利福平耐药性。结果和结论:将三种方法的检测结果与常规间接药敏实验进行比较。DNA测序法的灵敏度和特异度分别为97％和100％,PCR-SSCP法为76％和100％,而phaB实验为97％和84％。DNA测序法的灵敏度和特异度高于其它两种方法。

摘要：An attempt was made to optimize friction welding parameters to attain a minimum hardness at the interface and a maximum tensile strength of the dissimilar joints of AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel （ASS） and copper （Cu） alloy using response surface methodology （RSM）. Three-factor, five-level central composite design matrix was used to specify experimental conditions. Twenty joints were fabricated using ASS and Cu alloy. Tensile strength and interface hardness were measured experimentally. Analysis of variance （ANOvA） method was used to find out significant main and interaction parameters and empirical relationships were developed using regression analysis. The friction welding parameters were optimized by constructing response graphs and contour plots using design expert software. The developed empirical relationships can be effectively used to predict tensile strength and interface hardness of friction welded ASS-Cu joints at 95% confidence level. The developed contour plots can be used to attain required level of optimum conditions to join ASS-Cu alloy by friction welding process.

摘要：In this paper, an efficient technique for optimal design of digital infinite impulse response （IIR） filter with minimum passband error （ep）, minimum stopband error （es）, high stopband attenuation （As）, and also free from limit cycle effect is proposed using cuckoo search （CS） algorithm. In the proposed method, error function, which is multi-model and non-differentiable in the heuristic surface, is constructed as the mean squared difference between the designed and desired response in frequency domain, and is optimized using CS algorithm. Computational efficiency of the proposed technique for exploration in search space is examined, and during exploration, stability of filter is maintained by considering lattice representation of the denominator polynomials, which requires less computational complexity as well as it improves the exploration ability in search space for designing higher filter taps. A comparative study of the proposed method with other algorithms is made, and the obtained results show that 90% reduction in errors is achieved using the proposed method. However, computational complexity in term of CPU time is increased as compared to other existing algorithms.

摘要：A compact Ultra-WideBand(UWB) slot antenna is presented in this paper. The slot is modified rectangular in shape and asymmetrically cut in the ground plane. A hexagonal patch with two stepped CoPlanar Waveguide(CPW) feed is used to excite the slot. Wider impedance bandwidth is achieved due to the extra inductive reactance created by the asymmetric slot which neutralizes the capacitive reactance of the hexagonal patch. The measured impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is 11.85 GHz(2.9–14.75 GHz). The radiation patterns of the proposed antenna are obtained and found to be omni-directional in H-plane and bi-directional in E-plane.

摘要：Empirical relationship was developed to predict the fatigue life of gas metal arc welded （GMAW） cruciform joints failing from root region. High strength, age hardenable aluminium alloy of AA7075-T6 grade was used as the base material. The design of experiments concept was used to optimize the required number of fatigue testing experiments. Fatigue experiment was conducted in a servo hydraulic controlled fatigue testing machine under constant amplitude loading. The empirical relationship was developed. By using the developed empirical relationship, the fatigue life of GMAW cruciform joints failing from root region was predicted at 95% confidence level. The effect of cruciform joint dimensions on fatigue life was discussed in detail.
