摘要：虚假广告行为是现实生活中司空见惯的现象,但自从1997年被纳入刑法规制以来,被定为虚假广告罪而受刑罚处罚的尚不多见。而虚假广告罪网络虚假广告在理论和实践中还有很多问题值得深入研究,试对虚假广告的界定、本罪的主体和客体以及网络虚假广告等问题略抒浅见。

摘要：An approach to design and implement the control function of LD (Ladder Diagram) in the hydropower simulation system based on all paths searching algorithm is proposed in this paper. LD is widely used as a programming language for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), but it doesn’t be executed automatically in the hydropower simulation system which is a software system, and there is no compiler or interpretation for LD in it. The approach in this paper is not only to present a graphical interface to design LD, but also implement its control function through transforming it to a corresponding undigraph, in which, all paths be-tween two vertexes (live wire and null line) are searched by the proposed algorithm. An application example is presented to verify the validity of the algorithm and shows that the algorithm is correct and practicable. In addition, how to implement the control function based on object-oriented thought is introduced. The running time is shown at last, which proves that the system with the algorithm can meet the real-time request in the hydropower simulation system.

摘要：Based on the principles of the bioisosterism, combination of the active substructures of selective estrogen receptor modulators which are currently therapeutic agents available for the prevention and treatment of various estrogen dependent diseases, and structural optimization, a novel series of 2-aroyl-3-aryl-6,7-dihydro-5H-furo[3,2-g]- chromen derivatives was designed as potent selective estrogen receptor modulators via molecular docking. The target compounds have been synthesized, and characterized by 1R, proton NMR, ESI-MS, elemental analysis and evaluated for their antitumor activity against human osteosarcoma U2OS-EGFP-4FI2G cell line. Some target compounds showed good inhibition effects on U2OS-EGFP-4F12G cell line and the preliminary structure-activity relationships were discussed.

摘要：基于消费者认知视角和权变管理思想,利用我国上市公司数据实证分析慈善捐赠对广告营销与企业绩效之间关系的调节效应以及企业善待员工状况在这一过程中所发挥的深层调节影响。研究发现,慈善捐赠向消费者发出声誉信号,有助于提升广告营销投入的市场效果,慈善捐赠水平越高,广告营销促进企业销售增长的作用越强;然而企业善待员工水平较低时容易引起消费者对企业慈善动机真诚性的质疑,不利于捐赠行为增加积极的声誉资本,从而将削弱慈善捐赠对广告营销与销售增长之间关系的正向调节效应。

摘要：With the increasing complexity of industrial processes, the high-dimensional industrial data exhibit a strong nonlinearity, bringing considerable challenges to the fault diagnosis of industrial processes. To efficiently extract deep meaningful features that are crucial for fault diagnosis, a sparse Gaussian feature extractor(SGFE) is designed to learn a nonlinear mapping that projects the raw data into the feature space with the fault label dimension. The feature space is described by the one-hot encoding of the fault category label as an orthogonal basis. In this way, the deep sparse Gaussian features related to fault categories can be gradually learned from the raw data by SGFE. In the feature space,the sparse Gaussian(SG) loss function is designed to constrain the distribution of features to multiple sparse multivariate Gaussian distributions. The sparse Gaussian features are linearly separable in the feature space, which is conducive to improving the accuracy of the downstream fault classification task. The feasibility and practical utility of the proposed SGFE are verified by the handwritten digits MNIST benchmark and Tennessee-Eastman(TE) benchmark process,respectively.

摘要：Unlike the previous research works analyzing the stability of the T-S （Takagi-Sugeno） fuzzy model, an extension on the stability condition of T-S fuzzy systems with a different strategy is provided. In the strategy a new variable, which is relative to the grade of fuzzy membership function, is introduced to the stability analysis and a new stability conclusion is deduced. The definition of stability condition in this paper is different from previous works, though they are similar in form. With the proposed method, the simulation in flight control law shows a better effectiveness.

摘要：离散频率编码波形是一类常用的多输入多输出雷达波形,加入线性调频能够改善其自相关性能。将基于遗传算法和模拟退火的混合算法用于离散频率编码线性调频(discrete frequency coding waveform-linear frequency modulation,DFCW-LFM)波形的优化设计,仿真结果表明,用该优化算法得到的信号其相关性能要优于现有方法。另外,提出了一种改进的DFCW-LFM波形设计方法。该方法在DFCW-LFM波形的基础上,对频率编码子脉冲同时进行相位编码,构成DFCW-LFM和相位编码的混合波形,并采用混合算法对其进行优化设计。仿真结果表明,和已有的DFCW-LFM波形相比,所设计混合波形的相关性能得到了进一步改善。

摘要：For unacceptable computational efficiency and accuracy on the probabilistic analysis of multi-component system with multi-failure modes,this paper proposed multi-extremum response surface method(MERSM).MERSM model was established based on quadratic polynomial function by taking extremum response surface model as the sub-model of multi-response surface *** dynamic probabilistic analysis of an aeroengine turbine blisk with two components,and their reliability of deformation and stress failures was obtained,based on thermal-structural coupling technique,by considering the nonlinearity of material parameters and the transients of gas flow,gas temperature and rotational *** results show that the comprehensive reliability of structure is 0.9904 when the allowable deformations and stresses of blade and disk are 4.78×10–3 m and 1.41×109 Pa,and 1.64×10–3 m and 1.04×109 Pa,***,gas temperature and rotating speed severely influence the comprehensive reliability of *** the comparison of methods,it is shown that the MERSM holds higher computational precision and speed in the probabilistic analysis of turbine blisk,and MERSM computational precision satisfies the requirement of engineering *** efforts of this study address the difficulties on transients and multiple models coupling for the dynamic probabilistic analysis of multi-component system with multi-failure modes.

摘要：将“动态优化设计、智能化设计和可视化设计”的产品“三化”综合设计法与模糊理论相结合,提出了产品质量等级评定的多级模糊综合评价模型·该模型以产品的结构性能、工作性能和工艺性能构成相关因素集,以产品的质量等级构成决策评价集·首先对相关因素集内的各项性能分别进行初级模糊评价,然后利用初级评价结果和决策评价集完成产品质量的二级模糊评价·以新型液压振动沉拔桩机为例,对其产品质量进行了综合评价,同时也对设计方法进行了评价与验证·利用此方法可以找出各产品在结构性能、工作性能与工艺性能三方面的差距,为评价与提高产品总体质量提供科学的决策依据·
