摘要：A multi-bit antifuse-type one-time programmable （OTP） memory is designed, which has a smaller area and a shorter programming time compared with the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory. While the conventional antifuse-type OTP memory can store a bit per cell, a proposed OTP memory can store two consecutive bits per cell through a data compression technique. The 1 kbit OTP memory designed with Magnachip 0.18 μm CMOS （complementary metal-oxide semiconductor） process is 34% smaller than the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory since the sizes of cell array and row decoder are reduced. And the programming time of the proposed OTP memory is nearly 50% smaller than that of the conventional counterpart since two consecutive bytes can be compressed and programmed into eight OTP cells at once. The layout area is 214 μm× 327 μ,, and the read current is simulated to be 30.4 μA.

摘要：试验旨在评估产蛋鸡日粮中添加δ-氨基乙酰丙酸（ALA）和维生素C（VC）对蛋鸡生产性能、铁营养状况和蛋品质的影响。试验选择252只海兰褐色商品蛋鸡（57~63周龄）,采用2×3因子设计,饲喂2个水平VC（0和500mg·kg-1）、3个水平ALA（0、5和10mg·kg-1）。每个处理含7个重复,每个重复6只母鸡。试验结果表明,4～6周,日粮添加ALA和VC可显著提高产蛋量（P〈0.05）。红细胞压积（hCT）、总铁结合力（TIBC）、白细胞（WBC）、总蛋白和白蛋白浓度不受日粮处理组的影响。不过,观察到ALA和ALA与VC的交互影响,可提高红细胞、血红蛋白和血清铁浓度（P〈0.05）。此外,与不添加ALA的母鸡相比,添加ALA和VC可提高母鸡血淋巴细胞的百分比（P〈0.05）。而且,3～6周,ALA或VC有改善（P〈0.05）蛋黄颜色单位和白蛋白高度的单个效果。受ALA的影响,蛋壳颜色加深（P〈0.05）。试验结束时,添加VC也可提高（P〈0.05）哈夫单位。不过,ALA和VC都不能对蛋重、蛋壳断裂强度和蛋壳厚度产生影响。试验结果表明,日粮添加ALA和VC可改善产蛋母鸡铁营养状况和蛋品质。

摘要：A power management unit （PMU） chip supplying dual panel supply voltage, which has a low electro-magnetic interference （EMI） characteristic and is favorable for miniaturization, is designed. A two-phase charge pump circuit using external pumping capacitor increases its pumping current and works out the charge-loss problem by using bulk-potential biasing circuit. A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply to reduce the layout area. The PMU chip is designed with MagnaChip＇s 0.25 μ high-voltage process. The driving currents of ELVDD and ELVSS are more than 50 mA when a SPICE simulation is done.

摘要：Fault detection technique is introduced with similarity measure. The characteristics of conventional similarity measure based on fuzzy number are discussed. With the help of distance measure, similarity measure is constructed explicitly. The designed distance-based similarity measure is applicable to general fuzzy membership functions including non-convex fuzzy membership function, whereas fuzzy number-based similarity measure has limitation to calculate the similarity of general fuzzy membership functions. The applicability of the proposed similarity measure to general fuzzy membership structures is proven by identifying the definition. To decide fault detection of flight system, the experimental data （pitching moment coefficients and lift coefficients） are transformed into fuzzy membership functions. Distance-based similarity measure is applied to the obtained fuzzy membership functions, and similarity computation and analysis are obtained with the fault and normal operation coefficients.

摘要：A new spherical torus called VEST （Versatile Experiment Spherical Torus） is designed, constructed and successfully commissioned at Seoul National University. A unique design feature of the VEST is two partial solenoid coils installed at both vertical ends of a center stack, which can provide sufficient magnetic fluxes to initiate tokamak plasmas while keeping a low aspect ratio configuration in the central region. According to initial double null merging start-up scenario using the partial solenoid coils, apprdpriate p6wer supplies for driving a toroidal field coil, outer poloidal field coils, and the partial solenoid Coils are fabricated and successfully commissioned. For reliable start-up, a pre-ionization system with two cost-effective homemade magnetron power supplies is also prepared. In addition, magnetic and spectroscopic diagnostics with appropriate data acquisition and control systems are well prepared for initial operation of the device. The VEST is ready for tokamak plasma operation by completing and commissioning most of the designed components.

摘要：Numerical simulation technology was applied for optimizing the casting design and conditions in large cast iron castings for marine engine. By the simulation of mold filling and solidification sequences the problems of the previous casting conditions were analyzed and marked improvements for large cylinder liner parts were derived from these results. Especially the amount and positions of chills were optimized to increase the mechanical properties and to minimize the shrinkage and microporosity in the castings. Ultrasonic testing, penetration testing and mechanical property testing were carried out for the parts with the modified casting conditions. It showed that no defects in the castings were found and the productivity could be distinctly increased. The mechanical properties satisfied also the specification demanded.

Scanning was performed using a 5.0 mhz transducer mounted with a Flock of Birds (FOB) magnetic receiver (GE System Five). The probe was scanned to sweep continuously across and over the balloon volume over 3 - 7 seconds. Digital loops were stored on magneto-optical disks and reviewed retrospectively using 3D Echopac software (GE)based on Simpson's method and compared with a two-dimensional (2D) biplane area-length method (1/2L x R) measurements at end systole and end diastole.
