摘要：Dear Editor, An increasing number of single-nucleotide polymorphisms （SNP） have been identified and extensively used in genetics studies with advances in next-generation sequencing （NGS） and SNP arrays. However, due to frequent calling errors, the accuracy of SNPs of interest must usually be validated. In recent years, the single-nucleotide polymorphism genotyp-ing by fluorescent competitive allele-specific polymerase chain reaction （NiPTag, the commercial technology named KASP）, a relatively new and powerful SNP genotyping technique, relies on a mismatched nucleotide of a primer, and the mismatched nucleotide prevents amplification of the mutated allele.

摘要：In this paper, graphite-like carbon （GLC） films with Cr buffer layer were fabricated by DC magnetron sputtering technique with the thickness ratio of Cr to GLC films varying from 1：2 to 1：20. The effect of Cr]GLC modulation ratio on microstructure, mechanical and tribological properties in artificial seawater was mainly investigated by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）, nano-indenter and a reciprocating sliding tribo-meter. The propagation of defects plays an important role in the evolution of delamination, which is critical to wear failure of GLC films in artificial seawa- ter. Designing the proper multilayer structure could inhibit the defects propagation and thus protect the basis material. The multilayer Cr/GLC film with optimized ratio of 1：3 demonstrates a low average friction coefficient of 0.08 ± 0.006 and wear rate of （2.3 ± 0.3） × 10^-8 mm3/（N m） in artificial seawater, respectively.

摘要：On the basis of the principle of combination of active groups,a series of novel N-(4-([2,2':5',2''-terthiophen]-5-yl)-2-methylbut-3-yn-2-yl)benzamide derivatives were designed,synthesized and systematically evaluated for their antiviral activity against tobacco mosaic virus(TMV).The bioassay results showed that most of these compounds displayed good anti-TMV activity,and some of them exhibited higher antiviral activity than commercial ***,compound 8e with excellent anti-TMV activity(inactivation activity,92.3%/500μg•mL^(−1);curative activity,85.7%/500μg•mL^(−1) and protection activity,64.7%/500μg•mL^(−1))emerged as a potential inhibitor of plant virus *** structure-activity relationship studies proved that the van der Waals volume(V)and electronic parameter(Σ(Σσo+σp)andΣσm)for the substituent R1 were very important for antiviral activities in this class of compounds.

摘要：The ability to detect conspecific＇s distress is crucial for animal survival. In rodent models, observational fear （OF） occurs when one animal perceives another fear related negative emotions, which may model certain behaviors caused by witnessing traumatic experiences in humans. Anterior cingulate cortex （ACC） has been showed to play a crucial role in OF. However, cellular and neural circuit basis relating to ACC governing OF is poorly understood. Here, we used Designer Receptor Exclusively Activated by a Designer Drug （DREADD） system to investigate the cell type specific circuit mechanism of ACC in OF. Firstly, inhibitory hM4D （Gi） designer receptor together with clozapine N-oxide （CNO） injection was applied to inactivate ACC neurons in the observer mice. We found that, chemogenetic inhibition of ACC resulted in a decreased freezing response in the observer mice. Next, combining PV-ires-Cre mice and Cre-dependent DREADD system, we selectively targeted the ACC parvalbumin （PV） interneurons with the excitatory hM3D （Gq） designer receptor. Activation of ACC PV interneurons following CNO injection reduced freezing response in the observer mice, while had no effect on freezing response in the demon- strator mice. Finally, monosynaptic rabies retrograde tracing revealed that ACC PV interneurons receive inputs from the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus （MD） and the ventromedial thalamic nucleus （VM）, both known for their roles in OF. Taken together, these findings reveal that ACC activation is important for OF, during which PV interneurons in ACC play an important regulatory role. Abnormal function of ACC PV interneurons might contribute to the pathology of empathy- deficits related diseases, such as autism and schizoohrenia.

摘要：The presence of electromagnetic interference(EMI)leads to distortion of current and voltage waveforms,which reduces the accuracy and stability of sensor *** emergence of flexible electronic devices has broken the limits of physical space,as they can be bent and twisted at ***,this characteristic exacerbates unwanted coupling of their internal sensing elements,which can interfere with each *** present,the solution to EMI is based on electromagnetic shielding(EMS),but this method alone cannot solve internal EMI of flexible sensor *** this study,the gallium-based liquid metal(LM)circuits are printed on the Ecoflex@Fe film to realize a stretchable film with both EMS and wave-absorbing functions,which is expected to simultaneously address the effects of internal and external *** results show that the shielding efficiency of the electromagnetic wave shielding and absorbing(EWSA)film is as high as 54.5 dB on one side,while the reflection loss on the other side is as low as−43.5 *** addition,the LM-based EWSA film maintains positive wave-absorbing and EMS properties during stretching in different directions and it can also effectively avoid EMI after 1000 times of ***,the LM-based EWSA film,which enables broadband EMS and wave-absorption,provides a solution for the development of next-generation flexible electronic skin that eliminates both internal and external EMI.

摘要：Varicocele repair in adolescent remains controversial. Our aim is to identify and combine clinical trials results published thus far to ascertain the efficacy of varicocelectomy in improving testis volume and semen parameters compared with nontreatment control. A literature search was performed using Medline, Embase and Web of Science, which included results obtained from meta-analysis, randomized and nonrandomized controlled studies. The study population was adolescents with clinically palpable varicocele with or without the testicular asymmetry or abnormal semen parameters. Cases were allocated to treatment and observation groups, and testis volume or semen parameters were adopted as outcome measures. As a result, seven randomized controlled trials （RCTs） and nonrandomized controlled trials studying bilateral testis volume or semen parameters in both treatment and observation groups were identified. Using a random effect model, mean difference of testis volume between the treatment group and the observation group was 2.9 ml （95% confidence interval [CI]： 0.6, 5.2; P 〈 0.05） for the varicocele side and 1.5 ml （95% CI- 0.3, 2.7; P 〈 0.05） for the healthy side. The random effect model analysis demonstrated that the mean difference of semen concentration, total semen motility, and normal morphology between the two groups was 13.7 x 106 ml-1 （95% CI： -1.4, 28.8; P= 0.075）, 2.5% （95% CI：-3.6, 8.6; P= 0.424）, and 2.9% （95% CI： -3.0, 8.7; P= 0.336） respectively. In conclusion, although varicocelectomy significantly improved bilateral testis volume in adolescents with varicocele compared with observation cases, semen parameters did not have any statistically significant difference between two groups. Well-planned, properly conducted RCTs are needed in order to confirm the above-mentioned conclusion further and to explore whether varicocele repair in adolescents could improve subsequently spontaneous pregnancy rates.

摘要：《聊斋志异》是我国古代短篇小说的艺术丰碑,由苏联汉学家阿列克谢耶夫完成的俄语选译本在俄罗斯完成经典化。本文以阿列克谢耶夫译本为例,运用文本细读法,从翻译内外二分化视野,对译者行为进行批评分析。研究发现,在翻译外层面上,译者身份、译者与作者之间的“知己关系”等因素促使译者行为偏向作者/原文一端;在翻译内层面上,译者运用多种翻译手段最大限度地实现了对作者/原文的求真,同时在求真的基础上,使译文对读者/社会务实,译者行为合理度较佳。

摘要：EVT (electric vehicle terminal) has played an important role in EV (electric vehicle) operation. Based on research status of vehicle terminal, EVT brought about in the future should have the following functions: (1) fundamental functions, including real-time monitoring of batteries, guidance in station, position guidance of charging/battery-swap infrastructures, communication with OMS (operation and management system), and so on;(2) advanced functions, including but not limited to multi-media entertainment, subscribing and payment for charging/battery-swap, identification, and safety control during driving. Complete design of new-generation EVT in software structure and hardware architecture is proposed;a new idea of the application of EVT in EV industry is put forward.
