摘要：Gasoline direct injection(GDI)is a pivotal technique for a highly efficient ***,how to maintain a stable rail pressure which offers good fuel economy and low emissions,is still a challengeable *** this paper,a rail pressure controller is designed basing on predictive functional control(PFC),a model predictive control(MPC)method,to surmount the nonlinearity and disc on tinuity brought by the common rail pressure system(CRPS).A control-oriented piecewise linear model is prese nted to simplify the *** simulation results on a benchmark show that rail pressure tracks the setpoint accurately even with some *** from the conciseness of PFC algorithm,the controller can compute the online solution in a short time,which makes it possible to realize the strategy on a fast response system.

摘要：The DIA-type Kawai cell possesses a larger volume and a quasi-hydrostatic pressure environment and has been widely used in materials’ synthesis and x-ray diffraction ***, few high-pressure in situ neutron diffraction experiments were performed in the DIA-type Kawai cell because there is no wide window for neutron diffraction and the second-stage anvils and guild block material attenuates the neutron signal *** this work, we tentatively modified the normal DIA-type Kawai cell(MA 2-6-8) into a MA 2-8 mode by removing the six first-stage tungsten carbide *** a consequence, the eight tungsten carbide anvils(Kawai cell) are directly driven by the guide *** results of ex situ and in situ pressure calibration show that the cell pressure can reach 5 GPa with small truncation edge lengths(TEL) of 3 mm even at the load of 300 *** suggests that this MA 2-8 cell may open a new way for high-pressure and high-temperature in situ neutron diffraction.

摘要：Perovskite SrVO_(3) has been investigated as a promising lithium storage anode where the V cation plays the role of the redox center,combining excellent cycle stability and safe operating potential versus Li metal plating,with limited ***,we demonstrate the possibility to boost the lithium storage properties,by reducing the non-redox active Sr cation content and fine-tuning the O anion vacancies while maintaining a non-stoichiometric Sr_(x)VO_(3-δ) perovskite *** investigations suggest that Sr vacancy can work as favorable Li^(+) storage sites and preferential transport channels for guest Li^(+) ions,contributing to the increased specific capacity and rate *** contrast,inducing O anion vacancy in Sr_(x)VO_(3-δ) can improve rate performance while compromising the specific *** experimental results confirm the enhancement of specific capacities by fine adjusting the Sr and O vacancies,with a maximum capacity of 444 mAh g^(-1) achieved with Sr_(0.63)VO_(3-δ),which is a 37%increase versus stoichiometric SrVO_(3).Although rich defects have been induced,Sr_(x)VO_(3-δ) electrodes maintain a stable perovskite structure during cycling versus a LiFePO_(4) cathode,and the full-cell could achieve more than 6000 discharge/charge cycles with 80%capacity *** result highlights the possibility to use the cation defective-based engineering approach to design high-capacity perovskite oxide anode materials.

摘要：聚乙烯反应过程中物流-能流剧烈交叠、反应-传递相互耦合,使得过程具有强非线性以及多重稳态。传统的顺序设计方法不能保证系统有足够的控制自由度,当存在扰动和过程参数不确定性时,仅依靠设计控制器很难提高产品质量。提出一种聚乙烯工艺稳态设计与运行控制的集成优化方案,创造性地引入Kriging高斯模型同时预测模型动态和模型不确定性。另一个重要的贡献是在聚乙烯工艺设计阶段,设计性能指标,定量描述过程稳态设计对闭环动态的影响。所提出的方法已经通过对气相聚乙烯工艺设计和运行控制的集成优化进行了验证,并在参数不确定性和扰动存在情况下仿真证实了集成优化设计方案的高效性。

摘要：为了找出影响夯实水泥土强度的几个主要因素最合理配比值,针对洛阳地区黄土性粉质粘土的土质情况,通过对108组水泥土试块无侧限抗压强度的试验研究,定量地分析了夯实水泥土桩的最优含水量、合理的水泥掺量和最佳的养护龄期。结果表明:夯实水泥土抗压强度值随着水泥掺量的增大而逐渐增大,水泥掺加一定量后其强度提高的趋势将变缓,较为经济合理的水泥掺量应在10%～15%之间;最佳养护龄期为前28天,这是水泥土强度增加的关键阶段。该结论对土建工程设计及施工单位寻求更加经济、合理的施工配合比和参数提供了理论和试验依据。

摘要：展宽现有卫星通信频段的带宽是增大通信容量的有效途径之一。为将C波段通信接收频段带宽展宽为3.625~4.800 GHz,发射频段展宽为5.850~7.025 GHz,该文设计了一种宽频带、结构紧凑、双线极化四端口馈源网络系统,通过采用宽带正交模耦合器与E面侧壁耦合T-接头宽带频率双工器,拓宽了馈源网络的工作带宽,由于该工作频带超过了标准波导的工作带宽,网络各部件的设计采取了非标波导,该文设计了八边形过渡波导解决了系统各部件在整个频带内的匹配问题。研发和测试了该馈源网络系统,测试与仿真结果吻合良好。实测结果表明,所有端口电压驻波比小于1.35,插入损耗小于0.5 dB,收发隔离度大于95 dB。

摘要：在射电望远镜和卫星通信天线中,圆极化器是关键部件之一。传统圆极化器在保证0.75 dB轴比时的相对带宽最多为41%,无法满足日益增长的宽频带应用需求。该文利用四脊波导的宽带特性,通过采用具有不同尺寸的水平脊和垂直脊,使四脊波导两个正交主模的相位常数不同,来实现宽带移相特性,并给出了一种宽带四脊波导圆极化器的设计方法。按照这一方法,设计了一款宽带C波段圆极化器,工作带宽为3.625～7.025 GHz,相对带宽64%。该文还研究了圆极化器主要参数变化对其性能的影响,加工并实测了一个圆极化器样机。实测结果显示出,该圆极化器两个正交极化的反射损耗均小于–21 dB,相差90°±3.8°,相应的轴比小于0.6 dB。测试与仿真结果吻合良好,证明了分析与设计方法的正确性。

摘要：分析了核裂变与聚变情况下,典型能量的中子与半导体器件反应,所产生的次级粒子及其能谱分布。根据中子所能导致的最恶劣情况,讨论了65nm工艺尺寸下,半导体静态存储器的单粒子效应,并给出了TCAD仿真的结果。结果显示,商用6管单元难以避免中子单粒子效应的发生。双互锁存储单元(DICE)结构在高密度设计时,也由于电荷共享效应,发生了单粒子翻转。由于电荷共享效应难以用SPICE仿真的方法得到,TCAD仿真更适用于中子单粒子免疫的SRAM设计验证。最后,讨论了65nm工艺下,中子单粒子免疫的SRAM设计,指出6管单元加电容的方式,可能是更有竞争力的方案。

摘要：介绍了大容量分布式开关电源的应用现状及存在的谐波问题,设计了阻波器对大容量分布式开关电源零线的谐波进行抑制。阻波器由电容和电感并联,外加由小电阻和双向晶闸管构成的保护电路。对设计的阻波器进行了数值仿真,并应用于某发光二极管(LED)大屏幕的开关电源供电系统。对比阻波器投入前后的电流波形,由1个峰值大且陡的尖脉冲变成了2个平缓的尖脉冲,且电流峰值、3次谐波分量、零线电流都减小,改善了设备运行的工况,保证了继电保护动作的正确性和供电系统的安全稳定运行。
